The old bald headed lady that’s always at the register has a very nasty attitude she’s already ugly an this nasty disposition doesn’t make it any better. She intentionally does things to slow customers down at her register like right in the middle of checking out a customer she will stop an count her register or hold a complete conversation with her co workers she is very irritating. I hate to see her bald headed jealous self there I’ve literally left several times

I wish I could give no stars. Pharmacist RAVEN was very rude and unprofessional. My husband went to get my prescriptions for me, one prescription was left behind dude to my insurance not covering it. No advisements on cost, no advisements on my insurance not covering it. They just decided I didn’t need my medication. Fast forward 15 mins later when I go up there asking for an explanation as to why he wasn’t informed about the medication and the price, Miss Raven tells me that if I argued with her about it, she wouldn’t give me my medicine. I guess she feels so important that no one can question policy. I cannot believe the treatment I received. I have filed a formal complaint. Ppl that don’t like their jobs should stay home.

BEWARE! Employees trying to steal medicine! Went to pick up medicine from this location this evening and I had a prescription for 3 items. Before leaving the store something was telling me to look inside my bag before leaving come to find out I was missing something. I return back to the register and the cashier told me that the missing medicine was picked up 2 days previous and that I had to wait until a manager rewind the camera. A while later I asked the cashier who rung me up why she charged me for something I never received and she tells me that I already got it.then mysteriously my medicine reappeared behind the counter. No apology or nothing .I guess they think all BLACK PEOPLE STEAL! Never returning to this location again I see why this location has bad reviews.

This pharmacy is is absolutely horrible. Make sure that during the day time you call but at least 10/10:30 if you’re checking on a prescription. Around 10:42 they’ll pick up the phone and keep placing you on hold until they go to lunch. Lunch is at 11:00 Am. These pharmacy employees are extremely lazy and inconsiderate.

Something needs to change at this pharmacy. I have been waiting for my prescription medicine for three weeks now. I understand drug shortages can make things difficult, but what I will not excuse is being on hold for over 45 minutes, hoping to get someone to talk to, only to be hung up on, on several occasions! I will not excuse that even when I do finally get someone on the phone, and tell them my name and medication, they put me on hold for five minutes and disconnect the call while I'm waiting, again on multiple occasions! And then, when someone finally gets my name and medication confirmed, they tell me they don't have it in stock, but will put in a special order for it, just for me to call the next day (again going through multiple rounds of waiting on hold just to be disconnected) and find out the order was never put in. What is going on here? There desperately needs to be a huge change in how this pharmacy is run!

I am currently on hold for 25+ min trying to assist someone with their newly prescribed meds and placed on hold repeatedly with no real response. How many people does this pharmacy have on staff? Sick people already have a lot to deal with, don't need piss poor service to make life any worse and end up back in the hospital. Hire more help already!

I am horrified of this Walgreens. The contrast between this store and 106th & L is like night and day.The pharmacy worker was overwhelmed with a long line of customers and a nasty attitude. She had to consult the pharmacist multiple times during my interaction and with all of the people ahead of me.She asked multiple questions highlighting unfamiliarity and uncertainty around the COVID vaccine booster protocol/vaccine updates. She said she didn't think Blue Cross and Blue Shield would pay for my vaccine even though COVID vaccines are available to all regardless of insurance (she had to check this).She did not know if it would be the updated Omicron booster and conveyed uncertainty that it would be the latest one.When I asked when I could be expected to seen for my appointment that was already late with multiple people ahead of me, she advised me to ask the pharmacist by visiting the consultation box. I left and will not be back. I don't want anyone associated with this level of incompetence to administer anything to me.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would! Older Female manager was extremely rude during my visit. I think because of the location they don’t believe in professionalism or customer service! They need to reevaluate who’s put in charge because there’s no way you’re leading by example! This place is a joke, I would recommend this place ONLY if it’s an emergency item you need to purchase. Please don’t waste your time waiting in their long lines with their rude employees.

I held off for 6 months still patronizing this Walgreens pharmacy hoping and believing this pharmacy would get its staffing and level of service at least to a satisfactory standard .I’ve called the pharmacy and during a normal conversation while refilling a prescription the lady ( female ) staff on the phone in this pharmacy got very antsy and conflictual with me. I didn’t respond back with hostility I calmly answered her and thought all was well , I looked at passenger and said wow did you hear that and I immediately brought up of all the mothers n grandmas n grandpas we’ve heard though the yeast who claim to receive a hard time or disrespectful service with prescription refills and direct communication with pharmacies everywhere,The lady failed to request my refill with my dr office, when I contacted me dr after waiting 3 days for a prescription that was never put into the system by this pharmacy I messaged mr dr through MyChart and was messaged back that the prescription has 3 available refills and it shouldn’t be any issues refilling them ( contrary to what this pharmacy said ) there was a total of 2 weeks that lapsed between my phone call to this pharmacy and my prescription getting refilled, yes I was totally out of medicineFor 2 weeks,This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy department , the drive through window is closed during hours the pharmacy is open , other times the pharmacy is closed during posted operating hours,This pharmacy is dangerously mismanaged even with a senior building directly across the street you would think this pharmacy would be operating at a level above substandard quality.

The worst pharmacy, BY FAR!!!!! Had to wait a month for my diabetic meds bcuz they had to order it. A month? Really? Rude, super slow service. Another pharmacy that comes to south Chicago could clean up if they offered better service!!!! This area around 92nd in commercial is a food and quality business desert, and the city needs to attract more quality businesses that want to be here! Do your job alderman!!!

Came for a drive through PCR test. I had an appointment and waited over an hour. No one was at the window. I called the pharmacy department and they continuously kept putting me on hold. They seriously need new staff members. Very unprofessional and neglected appointments.

This review goes to the Pharmacy Department. I called to see if they add flavoring to my sons medication, the lady stated that they can’t add flavoring to it (that you’re not supposed to). Which was a lie because other Walgreens Pharmacies were able to add flavoring to the medication. And now she states that they are out of flavoring. Had to cancel and re order the medication to the other Walgreens location just to add flavoring.

Awful service in the pharmacy dept. Not enough pharmacists working there. I received a text that my medication was ready I get there and it wasn't...it wasn't even worked on when I complained that I was going to contact their corporate office they had my order ready in 15 mins. The line was going down the aisle lot of people walked away.

If I could give this Walgreens a 0 star I would. They are very unprofessional, they never have anything ready. They don’t answer phones. It is beyond ridiculous. Where is the real management. They are basically getting paid to do nothing. They really need to fire people and start over!

This is the worst Walgreens by far, and proven over time. First, they never have your prescription when you arrive for pick up. Second, I'm released from hospital and they don't have script, "it's at 79th street...no it's at 91th and commercial.". Who was going to tell me that they are split between two locations, but none is ready? I'am waiting since my discharge yesterday and still I have not meds. The up side is that I've found out that I can fill my scripts at Osco, Walmart, CVS and even Jackson Park because I will NEVER use Walgreens for anything else. Check your insurance, maybe you don't have to suffer to through Walgreens deplorable service anymore.

By far the worst experience ever. They always lose my prescriptions even when they tell me to pick it up in an hour and then all of a sudden there are no records of it ! The wait time is never less then 30 min just to get someone to speak to you . Very unprofessional and the sad thing is no one cares to fix the problem.

If I could give a zero star review I would on the pharmacy side. The ladies take too long to assist the customers because they are too busy laughing in the back. Adriana P was assisting me but she gave me a hard time with a medication I ordered a week ago but could not find. So she made me step aside sk she can take care of the next customer even though I've been waiting for over 30 minutes in line. Worse Service ever

Pharmacy is the absolute WORST! On one occasion the attendant couldn’t find the prescription the doctor sent over after my daughter left the emergency room. He called back 10 minutes before closing and told me I should “hurry up” if I wanted my baby’s prescription because he finally “found it in the system”. Then on another occasion I sat in the drive way for over 25 minutes waiting on a prescription. There was a man pacing near my vehicle so I wanted to come inside. I pressed the call button THREE times and each time I was told “hold on” and was hung up on. They clearly need more staff, stop being cheap and hire more people!

This is a review for one particular employee who gave me my Covid booster today, Black Friday 11/26/21. Courtneigh in the pharmacy greeted me with a warm smile and a very friendly, professional manner. She was quick and courteous. I know that Courtneigh and her coworkers have probably had an exceptionally difficult year providing customer service during the pandemic, especially working in the pharmacy and administering vaccinations. But Courtneigh was kind, reassuring, and professional. She answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I had all the info I needed.I came in for my appointment after a long night shift, I was tired and hungry, and a little cranky. Even though my visit was brief, my interaction with Courtneigh turned my morning around and I left with a smile.Walgreens, I hope Courtneigh gets the recognition she deserves for going above and beyond, if she is the face of your business, you will have many more happy customers.Thanks again Courtneigh. You really made my day.

This Walgreen's needs zero stars. I dropped off 3 prescriptions at this Walgreen's on March 18th for my mom. The clerk told me that the meds would be ready after 1 pm. I went to this Walgreens to pick up a prescriptions at 1:45 pm and the pharmacy only prepared 2 of the 3 prescriptions. Then when I tried to get the 2 that were ready, I waited at the drive thru for 40 minutes and then the fat dumb clerk refused to put the meds in the drive thru receiver. Then some other dumb clerk came out of the Walgreens and gave me the bag of 2 meds. I will never go here again. This is a horrible Walgreens. In fact, I switched all of my mom's scripts to mail order. These people are inept and lazy!!!
