The customer service here is very poor. I had trouble filling one of my medications for an unknown reason . I called to find out why , the lady said they were having trouble with the computer “ moving slow “ she told me she would call me back never did . I’m now trying to call them and all they’re doing is picking up the phone and hanging it back up it’s now been 40 minutes on hold. With them picking and hanging up . I understand it might be busy but this is ridiculous.

The staff is really rude . I walk into your store to purchase some items today too young ladies were standing at the cashier across from each other, having a personal conversation. Neither employees spoke or said welcome to Walgreens as I proceeded to walk in the back to get my thing I heard her over, say something which prompt me to turn around to give her a look like I was stealing in something . I did not care to hear their personal conversation about another customer, and one young lady in the blue was telling the other young lady about a client who came in who told her that she needs to watch when she said that those people it was just an inappropriate conversation that happening outside of them being very rude. I also made a purchase of soda is a sign at three for six dollars. I proceeded to the counter to purchase the items. The young lady in the blue proceeded to tell me this ain’t my position I’m not dealing with this call the manager whoever the general manager is in this location, you really need to have a serious talk to these individuals not everyone to walk into this Walgreens are below partly some of us in the Beverly community are quite quite financially stable and to be treated like this I will drive all the way to 111th and Kezie or 103rd and western before I use this location ever again. This is my final time you hire very rude employees who really don’t care all they want to do is throw braids around all day.

The staff are so rude. I called to check the status of my prescription and was treated like trash by the young rude lady that picked up the phone.i asked for a manager, and she was no help. I’m telling her the issue, she in return puts the phone down and tells the young lady “oh he calling corporate on you” followed by a laugh. Then tells me “dont worry I’ll take care of it”. Walgreens really need to revamp this pharmacy as a whole, and I will still be reporting this encounter to corporate

Drove 45 minutes to pick up my prescription after verifying it was ready on the phone, just for them to say it’s not in stock when i got there. Called again to tell them i haven’t had my inhaler for a few days and was waiting for it to be ready, then suddenly it was in stock and ready. Why lie?

They are nice. This is a good store. I have been coming here for years.Update: June 21, 2019 I'm back in Walgreens again! No racial profiling occurred. I was allowed to shop in peace without being followed around and asked why I was there which was great since I had a super long day at work. All the items on my list were in stock. The store was clean. I was even able to find gifts and Hallmark cards for some overseas friends which was great. The cashier was an African American male. He did not rush me out of the store. He was extremely polite. He gave excellent customer service. This was a good shopping experience.

Most times you can expect average customer service, but when employees get a little vocal about not having a break with one another, while you're in line, lack of professionalism shows. Then when you get to the counter to checkout with two items and are told check out it up there because she has to do FedEx and there's no one in line, only to have the employee help the guy behind you...that's all you need to put your two items down and spend your money elsewhere.

I really wish that I wasn’t made to give a star. The store itself is nice,clean and orderly. My biggest complaint is with the pharmacy itself. It’s an absolute joke. The technicians make you feel rushed,and not to mention extremely rude. Last week I needed to go to the er and was released with prescriptions that needed to be filled. The wait for 1 prescription, 12 pills was over an hour. Their stories changed that they were backed up to they were short staffed. There are always some kind of issues with the pharmacy. The Walgreens that was in Blue Island was really great until it closed. I’m so tired of dealing with this pharmacy that I’m actually switching my insurance so that I no longer have to deal with their incompetence.

Slowest moving Walgreens Pharmacy in region. No not because your usual slow moving staff or line filled with people. People this Walgreens system is so terribly behind; so slow they’ll tell you that your prescription is ready in an hour and you can give them 2 hours and they’ll still have you wait “about 30 min.” Absolutely ridiculous!

I don’t know why but the pharmacy visit was so unwelcoming and disrespectful. I’m 2nd in line and when it’s my turn the pharm tech walked away and as I stood at the window everyone just ignored me, walked pass didn’t say anything the pharmacist as well. Smh what’s the problem I’m just trying to pick my prescription..

Cashier is a lyer I went yesterday there was a young cashier maybe 35s or 40s she offered me a credit card said I’ll get 25$ is approve or not and that she said you were approve the manager in the back said he can see it you will get an email with the 25 and card info well that’s a lie I didn’t get nothing I called the store she answered saying she was the manager lies lies she isn’t don’t lie to costomers to get ur points girl I’m a cashier and I don’t play that games

The STAFF that’s works for the pharmacy are rude and very lazy idk what’s going on at this location with these younger people working for the PHARMACY but some of them are very unprofessional and disrespectful I will never come here again.
