Today, I had an unfortunate interaction with Freddy, the pharmacist at Walgreens, which left me feeling disheartened. The pharmacist's demeanor was unprofessional but surprisingly nasty and sassy, far from the expected courteous and helpful service.Such behavior not only affects the immediate experience but also tarnishes the establishment's reputation and undermines trust in professional advice. It's crucial for service providers, especially in healthcare settings like pharmacies, to understand the impact of their communication style on customers, who often seek support in stressful or vulnerable situations.

Got the msg to pick up medicine went there it’s not ready come back after one hr, went again after 2 hrs not ready, wait 10 mins after 10 mins some of ur prescription are out of stuck do you to send them to other location.

The pharmacy staff slow and lazy. Although there is about 5 of them on duty at any given time. The Asian lady who is the pharmacist is rude and defensive when you complain. So much for customer service huh? I only go here once a month when my prescription is ready. Otherwise I avoid. There's also a Polish lady cashier who holds up the line talking to her friends, I have reported her to the manager nothing happens. The manager doesn't care.

This Walgreens Pharmacy has the terrible customer service! I been hung up on while waiting on hold for over 15 minutes. They also like to pick up & place you back on hold without saying anything. Unprofessional & rude shouldn’t be tolerated at a pharmacy!!

Well, I have to say: this is the best Walgreens in the area. And I have been literally everywhere..First of all is very clean. ALWAYS clean. They have incredible discounts here. The people are just nice. And helpful. They try to resolve any issue politely and with respect. And yes, I had maybe one not-so-pleasant situation here but guess what, the management approach was perfect and I can't complain anymore.I will not understand why some people never blame themselves for their poor customer service experience.

I went in to buy some stuff and i forgot my card at home. I was going to pay with the app and the lady was rude. She right away told me oh I don’t scan anything from a phone. That just weird like really if is an issue why hasn’t Walgreens remove pay at store . I wanted to use my reward and she didn’t let me ask if I can use my rewards. This is not okay. She was saying about scamming and stuff. Me using my phone to pay is the same as using the Walgreens app to pay. You scanning my phone to pay.

We frequent this Walgreens! Managers are nice! Great selection. Anna the cashier is always friendly and caring whenever I go in. As for the pharmacy that will be a separate review…thank you.

Went there to have my Covid shots. The staff seems to be pretty friendly. However, the waiting time is very long. The first dose took me an hour of waiting. With the second dose I ended up going to a different store, as the vial they had appeared to be expired.

After years of doing business with this location I'm pulling my business from Walgreens all together. There is one female pharmacist and one female tech that were incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. I will go to a CVS pharmacy several miles from where I live because I refuse to reward terrible customer service with my business.

I was so disgusted to see how the white/polish man behind the counter was training the Hispanic lady in the photos department. He was speaking to her in a tone as if she was stupid. Very rudely and sarcastic. He needs training for politeness and respect. Which he clearly lacks.

Did an online order pick up. Order was ready fairly fast. Processed to the store, checked in. And waited, and waited……. No one came out with my order. So I then had to call the store and let them know I was here!?!Next time I’ll just stick to order pick ups from target. They are extremely efficient and staff is friendly.

I am tired of being treated like two different people by Walgreens all depending on whether I am buying or exchanging/returning something. This is not the first time I had an opportunity to deal with their return policy and their manager but previously I thought it was an isolated incident. But today they proved me wrong. Yesterday during my lunch hour I wash shopping at Walgreens and part of my purchase was 4 packs of cigarettes, and it wasn't until later that I realized that they had put regular (shorts) instead of 100's like I asked in the bag. So today I went to exchange them for the same brand and type just for the 100's (they were not open and I still had the receipt). The cash register person started the exchange process by scanning the ones I was returning and then scanning the correct 100's but had to stop because I had used coupons to buy them and he told me that the manager had to do that because he was not able to. After waiting for the manager for what seemed like forever she looked at the receipt as if looking for something and then stated that they can't exchange them because "I walked out of the store already with them" ?????? She proceeded to tell me that they have a no exchange / no return policy on cigarettes. That's a lie! I've had the same thing happen to me before at a different Walgreens and they exchanged it for the right ones without any problems. And if that's their policy why was the cash register employee not aware of it. Also, why did the manager look at the receipt prior to telling me that that's their "policy". There is nothing on the receipt that would alter their policy, is there? I know there is not returns on cigarettes but this no exchange is BS. But this is what it boils down to, whenever I buy something from Walgreens the employees could not be more helpful and cheery but if I happen to be returning something they become quiet, distant with a disapproving manner, and make you feel like you are doing something wrong. This is not the only store that I've encountered the cold managers making you feel like you have no right to change your mind and return something (with receipts and unopened/unused items). I've been coming to this Walgreens at least twice a week for a while now but after repeatedly being treated like this I'm going to give CVS a try because I'm just tired of their double standards.

Wow, so disappointed at this Walgreens pharmacy. Poor customer service. The lady saw me in line and didn’t say anything. Had to ask for help after 10 minutes in line. And after that she still told me she’ll be with me in just a moment, she should have said that to begin with. Instead of ignoring me. People need to be trained.

Horrible experience! Kathy Shin is the manager that had the nerve to yell at me and scream/talk over me because I said that my father did not receive his medication due to them not contacting his dr for approval. Kathy- shame on you. Where they do that at ? At the end the dr needed more blood work in order to prescribe meds yet for 8 days they were telling my father that they’re waiting on Dr to send paperwork that shows how frequently he needs to take it! Wow 😳

Derek an employee there has such a bad attitude, I tried asking for an item. It didn’t appear on the app and so I asked, he didn’t even pull out a device to look it up, he simply said it wasn’t there. I asked another worker they happily helped and found the item for me.

This Walgreens is great. I don't know what some people are talking about a return problem, I mean if you're returning cigarettes, then obviously it's going to not fly. Work as a cashier before you make assumptions. It is in fact against policy to do returns on cigarettes and now most don't even do cigarette coupons, they wouldn't be telling you a lie because they somehow secretly hate you. I worked for cvs and Walgreens as a cashier and just because you got a cashier that didn't care means you got away with it so why complain? The manager usually knows more then the cashier and the receipts sometimes have footnotes about return policies like cigarettes that's why they were looking at the receipt. Not everyone is incompetent or against you that work there, this Walgreens especially has some hardworking caring people.

I just wanted to acknowledge this location. They are literally the NICEST, & HELPFUL employees and management staff. They really care about pleasing the customer and assisting them. I was a cvs customer and when thay closed down I went to walgreens out of convenience originally. Now I ask myself why I have not been going here for years.Iam by no means a friend or knew anyone here before I started shopping here. So this review is completely unbias. I am not sure what other patrons experienced but I cant imagine it being bad.Thanks you guys, Vinnie, Derek and so sorry I forgot the managers name but you know who you are.

Discriminatory walgreens! I was with my children there and my son was having a bit of an outburst. I pulled my phone out of my purse and the manager called a security walk through and was basically accusing me of stealing! Just because I had kids with me in the cart. Very unprofessional of her! I will never go there again.

Went there to buy Clorox wipes found two large containers but the employee was saving it for herself and other employees. And when I called to talked to a manager they lied and put an employee instead of a manager to talk to me.

It’s New Year’s Eve..... however the hours posted on THE DOOR & ONLINE were apparently invalid as the workers shooed us away. 👌🏼I have a picture of the time stamped on the closed store that’s suppose to be open !
