Updated review. Items are well-stocked. Plenty of staff on the floor. A good Pharmacy with drive-thru and handicap accessible parking. Plenty of items from lotion, hair care products, gift cards, toys and fresheners, greeting cards and other seasonal items. Home Health Care, pain relief as well as optional cold and cough medicines. My favorite too; beer. Lots of batteries. The film Center is working, lots of toys and stuffed animals for your last minute shopping details. Cold items on Deck as well as fresh bananas and fruit for on-the-go items. Also gift cards for your last minute stocking stuffers or holiday suggestion seasonal items already for Christmas. Lady don't forget about you female products like makeup, hair dye, nails manicure in nail polish remover as well as cotton balls. No longer Chase ATM now Citibank. They take foreverrrrrrrrrr at the pharmacy pick up window, I'm nean like u sitting 20 min waiting for the person to acknowledge u first, after u done rung the bell. Then when they do come to the window it gunna another 5/7 min getting the meds.

Horrible. I went to the pharmacy section to ask a question. Pharmacy staff was texting on his phone and asked me to wait, after 5 minutes and no further acknowledgement, asked my question again and no one seems to know anything. Horrible and I plan on taking my complaint further to management. The actual store is no better, long lines, merchandise still in boxes and not on the shelves and the security guard who spends the most time laughing with staff and on the phone rather than securing the store. Where is the management!! Please hire new staff.

Hello My name is Marilyn Rice, I've been coming to this Walgreens for about one year and a half for my prescriptions, and covid 19 vaccinations. For a whole year I was going through complications by my insurance and primary doctor to get things in order. The pharmacist Ms. Maxine have been a wonderful help and very informative based on the information she gave me. She has been a huge help, her customer service is phenomenal. As a senior citizen who is looking for help with information she's always willing to give me the right information that is needed. Ms. Maxine, thank you for all that you do and continue to do for senior citizens like me. God bless you.

The pharmacy department needs lots of attention.Technician will consistently put u on hold to be on their personal phone. Drive thru is worse seems they are agitated to be at work.RING, HOLD, HANG UP is the best way to describe this walgreens.

This Walgreens store is filled with the nicest people I have ever encountered. Everyone treated me with so much patience and kindness. I came to get my vaccine here, and the pharmacy techs, pharmacists, supervisors, and cashiers were all so warm and hospitable. I felt like I was in a small town where everyone knows my name. Please let the management know that whatever they are doing, it’s working. I can tell that employee morale in this store is high and it translated into an overwhelmingly inviting and pleasant experience for the customer. Thank you!!

The pharmacy has really started to drop the ball. It takes them one week to fill my blood pressure medicine, because they never have enough on hand. One more try, and then I'm done if this continues.

Had an appointment for 8-31-2021 for 2nd COVID-19 vaccine for 2 people. Appointment was for 4:45pm. It's currently 5:23pm as I write this review and we are still waiting!!! Unbelievable!! Why have a system to set up appointments? Also people who had appointments for yesterday are here. They don't know if they have enough to give everyone the vaccine. In my mind those people who didn't show up when they were suppose to should have to reschedule. The long wait is crazy. I should have went to Jewel's or a Walgreens in another neighborhood. This wait is one of the reasons people are discouraged about taking the vaccine

I'm a physician and I'm simply trying to call this pharmacy to verify medications for a patient. I was on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up and calling back out of concern that I was waiting on the wrong line or something. Waited another ~10 minutes before a human spoke with me. She said "the pharmacist is busy" -- I didn't need a pharmacist just a tech. Then another tech picked up, I explained my call, she said "you'll have to talk with the pharmacist" and then "accidentally" hung up the phone. 30 minutes wasted just trying to get my patient her correct medications. Unacceptable.

Been trying to reach someone in the pharmacy department to get my prescription transferred to CVS (my doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy) and I've been on hold for almost an hour....The recording kept saying you have 2 callers ahead of you. After about 35mins, it stated 1 caller ahead...then after 55mins, it just kept saying someone will be with me shortly. I hung up and tried calling again to speak with someone in customer service and got the same message. This is just ridiculous. If you don't want to do your job then quit...can't believe no one was available to answer the phone....everyone on staff tonight should be written up...I've never experienced this with CVS and I pray it stays that way!!!

I went with a friend to the pharmacy with her then I stepped outside for a cigarette and when I went back into the store they told me that I had to leave and I didn't even do anything wrong the employee had a very bad attitude while telling me to go. I then I went back a couple of weeks later they had all new employees there.

Needs to be shut down like so many other Walgreen locations have been. The service is terrible, the wait times are unacceptable! Even in the drive-thru, to simply pick up a prescription....45 minutes!!! Definitely switching to CVS or Osco drug pharmacies.

Everytime I go through the drive thru to pick up prescriptions it's a long, long wait!!!! Even if there's only 1 or 2 cars 15 sometimes 20 minutes, ABSOLUTLY RIDICOULOUS!!!!

I needed a medication which they did not have in stock. Instead of the pharmacist calling around to check other stores inventory, he wanted me to do it. I tried to, but it appears none of the pharmacies are answering the phones. When they do answer I am being told the computer is down or I am unable to access the delivery schedule, or some other trifling excuse.

Fresh out of hospital took in prescription and they lost it totally a whole prescription I had to go back to hospital track down Doctor had to get another prescription I then took it to CVS no problem.
