Walgreens is a 15 BILLION dollar business and they cannot hire enough pharmacists to keep the pharmacy open for their full listed hours of operation. Two windows of closure each day. Probably wouldn’t be as upset about it if the times they were open they operated efficiently. Needless to say, I did not recommend this location.

No sense of urgency whatsoever when it comes to helping customers . If something needs to be unlocked , good luck. You’ll be waiting a good 10 minutes and when they finally do get your item for you they will treat you like a criminal and slowly walk to the register like a sloth instead of handing you the $8 item and letting you walk to the register because you’ve already wasted so much time , are on the clock at work , need to get back to work and don’t have time for this nonsense . Stop taking your minimum wage job so seriously , the customer is always right . Seriously it’s completely uncomprehensible that buying body wash has become the bane of my existence. You need to re train the staff on how to deal with people .

The pharmacy is a big issue. If you are going in the afternoon they might tell you that they “didn’t get prescription” from the doctor just because they don’t want to prepare it. No sense of urgency. I witnessed this today, Monday April 15 with other customers too. They were in a hurry to go on their break and then close. Instead, they send everyone to the 24hours one. Don’t go here if you need urgent prescriptions.

I don’t know why but the people who work at the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens are so rude. I genuinely fear picking up my prescriptions from here because of it. I have never had so many issues with things being entered wrong to insurance. The only reason i continue to go here is because i live close by but i’m starting to consider driving to another location just to avoid them.

The pharmacy is a huge issue. I had a prescription that was supposed to be ready the same day and it wasn’t until I had called the pharmacy numerous times that they finally told me they don’t have it and that they wouldn’t have it ready for a few days. Had I known this was the case, I would have had the prescription sent somewhere it could be filled instead of being told an entire day they would have it ready.

Yes, this Walgreens is understaffed and you will have longer wait times. I went for my flu shot during the lunch hour and there were at least seven patrons cycling through the pharmacy line at a time. Two of the computers were down so they were taking customers over to other store registers. I witnessed people try to cut into the unopened lines and talk rudely to the pharmacy techs. Despite all of this, the pharmacy techs were kind and helpful. The staff is doing their best, shame on Walgreens for not giving them more support.

Unless you want to be frustrated with every prescription you NEED don't go here. Prescriptions aren't optional. They don't answer the phone, and they don't ever have the prescriptions "in stock." Then after being on hold for hours they say we don't have it, so call around to other Walgreen's.

The retail staff are very helpful. The pharmacy staff are the opposite. Generally they exhibit zero interest to be helpful or even basically competent. Today I had to go twice to pick up my scripts because one of the staff was too lazy to look for the second one only to find out that they had made an error and now I need to wait 2 weeks to get th rest of my script.Pity as this used to be a very good location under the prior pharmacy team.

Called because prescription wasn’t coming up as received online even after double checking with my doctor. First time I called pharmacy they hung up on me. Second time I called they picked up and immediately put me on hold without saying anything for 20 minutes until I finally hung up.

worst walgreens pharmacy in the area. severely understaffed, rude and incompetent customer service, and extreme lines. they also clearly have some supply line issues because they’re constantly out of medications.

I'm a walgreens shareholder and put off writing this review for a long time but this place is despicable. All around horrible and the most inconvenient convenient store ive been to. 1 single worker in the entire store on a Friday is an absolute joke. Been going here 5 years and week after week they run out of ice... like stop putting cameras in the fridges and order more ice each week so simple and so frustrating. If you're trying to do anything at the photo counter good luck and better clear off your calendar. Location is too good though so they'll never change anything and still make money.

Came in to take a passport photo on my lunch break, and she said I can’t because they’re short staffed. Went to CVS and took care of it. Wasted my time driving to you to take the photo because it says on your site it’s a service you provide. If youre a short staffed store then take your store off the list online saying you do it

HORRIBLE pharmacy. They don’t answer their phone, and I’ve waited on hold for hours just to be hung up on. I’ve called ahead to confirm they had stock in medications NEEDED before filling, only to have my prescription delayed due to no stock after verbally confirming they had it. Absolutely useless pharmacy that needs to be shut down.

All I am going to say is there was a women who helped me ship my package and she was delightful. It’s always annoying to ship things and she was caring and highly considerate ! I didn’t catch her name but she was younger with curly hair and glasses. Give her a raise she deserves it

The Indian guy at the register needs to learn customer service skills. The product was marked on sale, I had to go take a picture and tells me to hurry up. Lol.. had to use a coupon with the app and people were waiting. I know they have the coupons . So he asked if I wanted or not. So , with his attitude , I said no. Going some place else.

The mangers/ staff are very rude, Countless times I’ve gone in and have tried to find help and there were no staff on the floor when I brought this up to the head managers they were VERY unprofessional and rude with attitudes. They only ever have one person working register, the lines could be 6-7 people long and they will not open another line. When trying to get my photos I always have to use the ringer and I still am there for 5-10 minutes before someone comes to help. If I could rate this Walgreens less than one star, I would

I have been in there for last minute late night shopping and they have been friendly, helpful, professional, and just great.

Went there for a passport photo today which Walgreens offer any time they are open. The photo guy told me to come back in 3 hours and they didn’t have the staff to do it now. I don’t have the flexibility to come back in 3 hours so I just left. Don’t offer passport photos at “any time” if that’s not true?!!

Hello all, I usually never write reviews, but here I go. I was waiting in my car while my dad went into the store. He used the restroom. I went to go in and asked a woman to use the bathroom, and she told me, “no public restrooms.” I asked why did they let my dad and not me, and she again said, “no public restrooms.” I am half Latino and gay and my dad is a white man, I never feel discriminated against but this time I did. Her name was Megan she made me felt so bad about myself. Will never return back to this location. Update my dad asked and now they let me in…. Sad.

This is definitely one of the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. Customer service is pretty good but they never seem to have the correct prescriptions and every time I go they request the same information to put into my account, though I’ve been giving it for months. Their excuse is the last person didn’t enter the information correctly. When certain notes do save, they rarely apply them to the prescriptions.

Workers are nice but this place never seems to have any good variety of candy. Most of the time the chocolate bars are near expiration. I Generally do not prefer their pharmacy because they insist on giving you generic, despite prescriptions written for brand name only.
