Went in a few days ago to Walgreens been going to this Walgreens for about a year a lady that works there named Chevon when I was already having a good day really blew my mood and energy with her toxic attitude and negative behavior and the only thing I was trying to do was put money on my cash app which I successfully did but the lady made me feel like I couldn't afford what I was buying or that all my bills were fake she was very cynical very dramatic and when I confronted her about the situation had a very poor attitude. In closing I never felt more offended or discriminated against by my own kind why I'm a black man and this was a black woman who obviously does not belong in customer service if she can't leave her problems at the door and focus on her job. She made me feel like my feelings were not valid and was very difficult to deal with especially when I'm just shopping...

I'm still trying to figure out how a pharmacy is open and I can't get anyone to pick up the phone. I've been trying for several days now to have a prescription transferred to the 67th and Stoney Island location but I can't get anyone to pickup. I'm going to try another location to see what happens. This says a lot about how the organization is ran. Next call, Corporate. Ridiculous!

If you are a young black male you are not welcome in this store they will treat you like a criminal no matter what, the energy is very bad and the people are always rude and evil to young black males always.I get better deals and service from Amazon.com and ebay, never spend money where the people hate you for the color of your skin. A bunch of old black miserable people work at this store.

Hello this review is for the pharmacy staff only as I was only there to obtain a vaccination which was by appointment.The pharmacist and staff were very nice helpful and efficient. It was a pleasant experience.

Worst Walgreens that I've ever been to. The staff definitely doesn't know what act with a sense of urgency mean. They will have you waiting in line for 20-30 mins just to drop off a prescription. I've been through the drive thru and inside and still receive the same service. I'm definitely moving my prescription to CVS.

Terrible customer service at this location 67th street and stony island Chicago, Illinois. I had my receipt and the product was unopened. The sales associate called manager for assistance to make sure she has approval to do the return. Waited over 5 mins. When manager came, she refused the return because I didn’t buy the ice cream from her store and her store doesn’t sell this particular ice cream. Ridiculous. This is a corporate store and I had an unopened item with my receipt. And she still denied my return. Walgreens all round has the worst customer service when it comes to returns I noticed.

Pharmacy staff needs to work on prioritizing! Waited for an hour, then was told my insurance wouldn't go through, problem solved, but they didn't even fill the script, had to wait another hour.

I have been taking Chantix which I was prescribed a starter kit by my physician which has a week of lower dosage medication for week 1 and he prescribed one refill. so upon refilling my mess I was issued a second starter kit by the Walgreens on the corner of 67th and Stony I believe Store #1101 and when I went back for the correct medication. The pharmacist onsite at the time stated she couldn't exchange it so the clerk flings it back at me. I asked her why to which she asked me "did I issue it?" I said "Walgreens issued it and you work here, aren't you a pharmacists?"Monique, the pharmacist says she has no authority to do it. So I left. I returned today only to have the manager Hakim inform me "your doctor is at fault so call them..." "I don't have nothing to do with that" I asked..."well if my doctor prescribed an overdosage wouldn't you call for clarification or correct the mistake?" He says he's not going to argue with me. Meanwhile I've been without my medication since yesterday and I'm really trying not to smoke and reach my health goals but its not easy with the rude "professionals" in Walgreens Pharmacy refusing to correct something so simple. I guess since the store is in the hood they hire hood mentality workers but guess what in the hood we deserve to be respected and treated courteously. I'm paying good money for my insurance and prescriptions and people like me don't have to use Walgreens pharmacy... but out of convenience we do. I'm truly rethinking it cause there is a CVS not too far as well as a privately owned one... but I've always used Walgreens and it's disappointing. It's sad that your company isn't represented by your staff and that your customers aren't priority for your staff when ultimately we are the reason this company is still in business.To top it off I followed their instructions and the petty manager now says it's out of stock. Lol! This Walgreens Pharmacy needs a new staff!

I love this Walgreen's and the customer service team who was around when I first started going to the Walgreen's... My experience last night was unpleasant the young man ringing me up seemed like he didn't want to work and was not friendly at all

I’m sorry but I gave this Walgreens chance after chance every time I go there they photo department is always down it’s something always wrong with the printer I don’t understand why Walgreens won’t fix this problem but they lose me as a customer

Close and convenient, but, compared to other Walgreens stores, there is not that much in there at all. The trip to the store may not have everything you need, but, nontheless, it's alright.
