The worst pharmacist ever.. I work all day and the only Walgreens close my job is this one.. I made my appointment for vaccination at 7.45 pm and when I got here they just said she is too busy for me , so.. what is the point of make an appointment??? She was rude and not options to solve my issue .. I totally not recommending this pharmacy…

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! I’ve been waiting 3 days. First day representative said she put it in come get it 10 am the next day. The next day new rep says no one ever put it in. She told me they would door dash it at my house between 3-6. It never happened! Called at 6 got put on hold for 30 mins then they went on lunch. So I called again at 7:30 lady says it’s been picked up but she has to transfer me to someone else for status for drop off. Transfer me… no one answered. It is now another day. I’m in severe pain and currently on hold. If you have serious meds that need to be taken DO NOT RELY ON THIS WALGREENS.

Ensure you always take the time to carefully count your change and obtain a receipt. Unfortunately, a woman named Cynthia deceived me in the past, which taught me a valuable lesson. She would try to pass off a coupon as a receipt, withholding the change that was rightfully mine. Determined to prevent others from falling victim to her scam, I returned to discover her name. Beware of her deceptive tactics!

This store needs to be shut down. Every time I visit this location the service is terrible and the shelves that aren’t locked up are always empty. Today I waited 10+ minutes for someone to come unlock a case and no one showed up so I eventually just walked off without the item I wanted. This was not at a busy time but this is also not the first time this has happened to me at this location. There are way too many other Walgreens locations in Chicago that are much better put together. Avoid this store if you can!

Please Do Not get any prescription filled at this location. For one the insurance card was given to a young lady with red/brown braids and she typed the information in wrong. Please go back to class. The wait time was extended because the cashier next to mine wanted to have a conversation about what school her child should go to. Then got all the way home for the prescription still being wrong. This was the worst experience of my life. I would never come back to this location idc if I’m on my death bed this place needs to be shut down.!!!!!!!!

I just hung up my phone for after being next in line to talk to someone about making my mom an appointment for covid. I was kept on hold for 1 hrs 32 minutes wait time. Finally I hung up. This is a shame that paying customer's have to wait that long to ask a question about concerns we have, and if it was that busy at that time, why not get an extra person who answer calls only. I'm so tired of people who work with the public, not doing their job. I know this is a waist of my time writing this review, because it's been going on for to long now. Thanks for nothing Walgreens employees

This Walgreens either needs to be shut down or hire more proficient and responsible employees. I came in on Friday to drop off prescription order at the Pharmacy. The guy told me it was going to be ready by the next day around noon. I called up there the next day to check to see if it was ready. They had me on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up in my face. So I decided I would go up there today on Sunday early in the morning. I get there and they said they do not have my prescription in the system and cannot find the paper with my prescription on it. They also didn’t offer any additional help nor was sympathetic. All the person could tell me was to call my dentist office and have them resend it. This didn’t help me at all because my dentist office is closed on Sundays and I really needed my pain medication for my tooth. Prior to coming here this weekend, I came last week and the pharmacy was very crowded and their drive thru are always backed up as well. They always only have one person working the counter while 2 work on the computers. They are understaffed and need a lot of help. If help isn’t provided, then they should just get closed down because it makes no sense to keep it running if the staff isn’t helpful to the customers.

Lowered to one stars because the pharmacy staff are slow, discourteous, and hugely understaffed for a busy store. There is usually ONE person working both the drive through an inside counters. There is no express lane for those of us who pay for our prescriptions online and are instructed to go straight to the express lane. And on top of all this, they are trying to give vaccinations. HIRE MORE STAFF! And teach the ones you have that acknowledging our presence at the window and saying something like, "good morning, I'll be with you just as soon as I can" goes a long way. The customer service in this pharmacy is just absolutely horrible. I highly recommend the one a mile away at 3800 Madison. It's worth the walk on a sunny day or the drive/bus fare when it's not.

The Worse Walgreens Pharmacy EVER!!! My Granny put her Prescription in this morning at 11am. But they didn't put it in until 3pm. And when we called Multiple times no answer, so we decided to go up there at 5pm and they said it won't be ready until 8pm tonight. Just for one prescription!!! It's takes 8 hours, are you kidding me. Corporate Please Step In And HIRE A New Staff ASAP!!!! This Is Ridiculous...

I asked them to check my blood pressure because I feel light headed and dizzy and she asked the Pharmacist and laughed and said No. Poor customer service, no empathy for customers and there health. Everyone in the medical field should be able to provide BASIC medical services to ensure customers are healthy and well.

This is the worst Walgreens to go to if you need to go to the pharmacy for medication. And they don't check online their refills either, every time I refill online with them they NEVER fill it and I have to go inside and talk to the confused people at the counter. And they always have insurance issues with their systems here even if you are providing the correct information. I have issues here with refills EVERY SINGLE TIME, and they barely wanna help and always misinform you. I switched to a Walgreens downtown and they refill my prescriptions thru the app in less than 10 minutes. I wont be going back to this location. Plus just the homeless and solicitors that they do nothing about, why have security guards if yall just gonna let people camp in front of the doors??

Not a great Walgreens to shop at. I normally come here to pick up medication and it’s usually chaotic. Except one time I came during the morning and their employee “Angelique” was Amazing. She was very helpful and on point....this Walgreens just need to hire people who want to do their jobs like her.

I go in this Walgreens all the time for my prescriptions and other needs. I never really haf a problem until today. Well today i was humiliated, insulted ! I checked out my items and the security guard came up to me and asked me to check my bag cus he said some one said I put something in their. Well I didn't and he soon found that out. How embarrassing. I called and asked to speak with a manager and no answer so I called back and left my name and number still nothing.. I'm going to call corporate now!!!

When I say this place needs new management and soon!! Manager is never somewhere to be found when a situation occurs. Let’s start with how the store is so unorganized and nasty floors are disgusting. Customer Service level is awful as ever... they don’t care about nothing that goes on in store. Pharmacist sometimes rude and frustrated as well.

The worst walgreen store i have ever been to the pharmacist on duty today 22/06/18 is the worst pharmacist i have ever had to deal with. He didnt care what the situation is with me he just stays on the phone like forever. I almost had an heart attack on my way out just thinking of the look he gave me when i complained about not being attended too. He didnt even flinch.

The FED-EX stand people don't know what they are talking about! and worst of all is the Pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!! prescriptions are NEVER READY WHEN THEY SAY AND THE (I GUESS) HEAD PERSON HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE!!! This place has the worst service ever.. it's been two days and my wife still haven't gotten her medicine.. we tried to get the prescription transferred to CVS but they phone service is so terrible can't even do that.. I recommend no one uses the service at this place

There is trash all over the parking lot, bums and drug dealers are soliciting customers by the store entrance. Very unsafe neighborhood, go at your own risk.
