Wally loved his time at the Wag Hotel, and we especially loved getting daily pics of how much fun he was having with his kennel mates. The in-suite and play area cameras were also great to use anytime we were missing him. We will definitely be back!

I am rlly thankful to Lincoln park Wag employees for all of their consistent communication with me during the time our dog was staying here. Having some bad experiences in the past , we felt some anxiety but then peace during our time away from town during the whole time our dog stayed here. Not only they were able to do what we asked , as we needed some special accommodations , without any hesitancy they provided much more of an experience and special care for our dog. We appreciated the fullness of care , and concern , curiosity , and focused help for our dog. We know this is not easy. Thank you so much to everyone who was able to help us , our dog (she) came back healthy , happy , looking even better than when we dropped her. We appreciate your transparency , love , and efforts

This place is great! I love the easy view camera and my pup picture updates! Puts you at ease. The 24hrs availability is what I was looking for as I do get off late from work and most other daycare places close early. So thank you Wags for being open late and being a great place for my dog to stay!

After doing trials with 4 daycares we landed at Wag Hotels and without a question, it was the right decision. My dog LOVES going - literally starts spinning in circles in the back seat as we approach and *pulls* me to the front door every time we arrive. The staff is fabulous and the “Wagcam” and visit memory photos capturing all the fun are great. Josie and I highly recommend Wag Hotels and if you give them a try I am confident that you will too!

I boarded my dog here while I was on vacation for a week and a half, and he loved it! It was great getting a picture update every couple of days as well as access to the webcams during daycare hours. It was assuring to know our dog was being care for, and we even got a sweet note and report card when we picked him up! Also, I love how the hotel is open 24/7, and we were able to pick up our dog at 9 pm when we landed back in Chicago. Merlin will definitely be coming here whenever he needs to be boarded.

This was my go-to place for taking my dog to day care or boarding. Booking is easy through the app or a phone call. I was hesitant about the price when I first started using them but having your dog in their network of facilities is a definite bonus. Drop off and pick-up is super easy, had a few 6AM flights where I needed to drop off my dog at 4-5AM, never had a problem. My dog always left happy too. He was never happy to see me pick him up because he wanted to stay and play with the other dogs. For boarding you'll get some picture updates through email which is nice. The webcams are a nice touch too. You can see the dogs playing well and attended by an employee. I moved to a new place where another of the Wag Hotels is more convenient and I'm sad to not use this location anymore, but have not had any complaints about any other facilities in the system, it's all been great! Highly recommend utilizing the grooming services for a bath after using boarding for more than a few days as well.

Wag Hotels LP is such a huge part of my pup’s life. He loves going to daycare and playing with all his friends. The kennel services and amenities are outstanding. It’s such a load off my mind knowing he’s being cared for and looked after by the amazing staff who truly love the pups in their care. I can’t wait to enroll our new puppy so he can have the same amazing experiences. I recommend Wag Hotels LP to anyone looking to help their pup learn socialization skills, or enjoy daycare or kennel services.

My husband and I took a 5 day vacation and couldn’t find a reliable boarding place for our dog Jax . After researching we found The Pooch Hotel in Lincoln Park. We decided to take Jax there . When we got there they were courteous, professional and were ready to receive Jax , through their app we were able to book our reservation ( very reliable app) they had all of Jax profileInformation ready , veterinarian’s info, vaccinations, meal times, medication instructions etc. . During our vacation they sent pictures of Jax , they kept us informed , and their live web cameras are excellent we were able to see Jax everyday . Jax had a great room , they also sent us a picture of Jax in his room . We like this place so much that we will be using it for daycare and boarding .They never leave the dogs alone there is someone always with them . We highly recommend this place .

I brought three dogs here for a week over the holidays, and I immediately felt at ease from the moment they checked the pups in for their stay. The staff notated all of our dogs’ needs and kept us informed throughout the week with regular “pupdates.” These pics and messages always put big smiles on our faces. We also arranged for our pups to have some spa time. They came back smelling great and seemed real happy. We’ll definitely be using Pooch Hotel again.

Pooch Hotel saved us and our dogs!!! Our dogs had run through so many brambles and were stuck and matted to their fur. But we called Pooch Hotel and they were able to take us in without an appt. They are truly amazing at accommodating their customers and did a great job cleaning the boys up and they look great!!! Very well done Sophie (groomer)!

Pooch Hotel is the best! The staff is very friendly and caring! Our dog Essie loves going for daycare weepy and for boarding when we are out of town. I always know she will be taken care of and I feel more comfortable when I can check in on her via webcam. I love the flexibility of being able to pick her up 24/7.

Our dog always has a great stay at the Pooch Hotel! We have boarded him here several times (as well as at the West Loop location!) and used the daycare. It has consistently been a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and patient, and it really gives me peace of mind knowing they are there 24 hours a day!

Our friend has stayed here 2 times, one for a week and most recent for 9 days. She loves it. We get daily pics of her and first day pic her tail is down(sad probably) all other pics are tail up and better. Will continue to use this place when we can't take her on the vacations

Pooch Hotel was great. Our dog went there every week for day care for over a year and also spent some weeks boarded. Never had a problem. When Pooch was sold to Wag Hotels, everything changed for the worse. We are not sending our dog back. Zero customer service.

We have been using pooch hotel for yeas, but our dog who is blind stayed at the hotel for her first time. We we were so worried to leave her behind. She takes a ton of meds, is a fussy eater, and is very attached to humans. Let’s just say she came back so happy, her eyes were bright, ate every day and even made some new friends. We can’t wait to take her back! The ease of going out of town feels so much better and less stressful! So grateful for pooch hotel! Our newer puppy stayed there too and he just thrived with others. Getting daily emails on how the pups were doing as well as photos make us dog parents at ease. Can’t wait for our next trip

We found the Pooch Hotel after trying to work with a few other doggy daycare/hotels. The Pooch Hotel has an easy way to request daycare or stays. The 24/7 policy makes it very easy to pick up our dog whenever we get back from traveling. No missed pick-up windows. That is my favorite part.Plus, our dog goes crazy as soon as gets there and can't wait to get inside.We will definitely keep using them as our first choice.

I boarded my Labrador and I was skeptical at first..The staff who took my call, helped coordinate my dog's registration, and welcomed him for his stay were each very friendly and helpful, top notch at first glance. I got the suite where I could see a live feed of my dog — it was a single room without too many bells and whistles but ample size. My dog hadn't touched his bone and was up at 10:30PM when I checked in — both very unusual, so I was skeptical from then on.He wasn't neutered at the time so he couldn't get playtime and he loves other dogs. I realized he was probably anxious in wanting to play with all the other dogs he was hearing. Also, the size and style of his "crate" are probably standard, if not above, in the area. So among all that and it being his first visit, I was okay with it.So, I called to book again and they were full on Clybourn, which was too bad. BUT, Angela, who took my call, called me back (!) and had checked with their West Loop location, which had availability. She, like the other staff, was so friendly and helpful (clearly!).All that said, I'm all in on Pooch Hotel! Having interacted with a lot of the staff, you know that the dogs are in good hands, from facilities to handling.

This is the second time that I've had my dog stay at the Pooch Hotel in Lincoln Park while on vacation and I can't recommend it enough. The team is very responsive, has policies in place to keep dogs safe, sends you photos/updates on your dog and gives you the ability to periodically check in on the dogs via their webcam while they play. Added perk is that I was able to coordinate a bath for my girl on pick up day so that she was happy, healthy and clean when I picked her up post vacation.

We boarded our two dogs for about a week over a holiday weekend. The staff at pooch takes the time to understand each individual dog for a personalized experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring! We loved receiving the updates and pictures throughout their stay. Our dogs were happy and very tired when we picked them up!

I was disappointed with our stay at pooch hotel because i have heard such great things. We boarded our dog there and had him for daycare twice. I didn’t have any huge issues with the daycare. I did wish that they would provide more updates on his play and his bathrooms schedule as we have had at other places but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. We boarded him there for two nights. We again got minimal updates- only one unprompted update then one other update via email after we asked. But the worst part was that he came back very dirty. Smelled weird and had poop skids on the tops of two of his paws. All this being said- I will say it seems like our dog enjoyed his time there very much and was always happy in the lobby when i picked him up!
