I’ve been bringing my dog here for 5 years. I recently moved in the summer & mistakenly took my dog twice to another groomer that’s 5 minutes away from me. Never again due to the horrible cuts they give & both times have kept my dog for 7 hours. Decided to come back here & glad I did. Had my dog back in an hour & he always look cute. The extra drive time is worth it & they’re always very friendly.

They always take care of my dogs! I went to a different dog groomer before and they always complained about my male dog. They would say he was aggressive and they would charge me extra. I warned this groomer about my dog as well, but he ALWAYS disagrees. He tells me that they are excellent dogs. Bilingual place which I love.They have reasonable prices and they're all very kind

Love this place. They are kind and caring with my two bichons that I love so much. Don't always feel good about dropping my dogs off to a groomer, but this place is different. Quick and very professional, they do a great job and are well priced. Drive the distance to go here, it's totally worth it.

My husband went there with our dog after the owner gave him an early appointment for today (Christmas Eve). The owner made it clear for us to pick up our dog by noon Because of the holiday. Understood, everybody wants to leave early on Christmas eve. My husband gets there by 8am and waits for the owner to open. Meanwhile there is an elderly gentleman waiting for him to open too. The owner shows up and rudely tells the man to leave. At that moment my husband gets out of the car and says good morning to him. He then turns towards my husband and rudely tells him he has no appointments for today and aggressively tells him to leave. My husband then gets upset and tries to show him the confirmation text that the owner sent him and he refused to look at it. The owner then makes his way to the shop, locks the door behind him and sticks up his middle finger at him. Not sure what this guy's problem was. I get it, it's Christmas Eve and if he mistakenly booked appointments he could have communicated that to my husband then and my husband would have been on his way. We are human we all make mistakes. He didn't have to be rude to him or the elderly gentleman. My parents and I have been going to him for years. Not no more. We will be looking for another groomer.

First time going here and let me tell you it was a waste! I believe they overbook and can’t handle it when services need to be completed. As I walked in 15 min early for my 12 o clock appointment he stated “I’m early, and for me not to think I was going to get my dog back early “. Strike 1 for me and very unprofessional. 12:45 comes I check on my puppy and he tells me how all he can offer is a nail cut and bath since he didn’t have the professional groomers, had an appointment at 1 with other dogs who were easier to take care of and it’ll take hours for my dog to be groomed which is ridiculous because petsmart literally takes an hour to bathe, cut my puppy’s hairs and nails! NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN. WHAT A WASTE!!

I took my pup in for an appointment, however I changed my mind when they said it had to be a full shave in the middle of winter. I told the owner I come back when I discuss it with my husband. Called him back and he made up some story about me being rude and used bad language towatds his employee and refused to provide service. Totally made up story don't know who he used to dealing with but why make up a lie. After all said and done it up to the customer what kind of service we are willing to pay for. So sad, won't be making any more referrals to my friends.

i loved this place for years but i referred them to a friend and they had a horrible experience regarding customer service :/ i wish i can go back but my dog was sick after leaving this place last time so i don't think i can go back :( sad to go but i hope they can do better

Y'all this woman loves animals. I was traveling there and found the sweetest cat that needed a home and she helped, no questions asked. I was moved to tears at this woman's kindness. Thank you Vicki!

I have been taking my dog here for the past 5 years. They are great & caring! Reasonable prices and the owner knows my dog very well! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

They are not very good with large dogs with an undercoat. I took my chow mix dog in for a bath and brush out. His fur still feels dirty down near his skin and he still has a lot of lose fur they didn't brush out. Not worth the money I paid.

Called for an appointment and they wrote it on the wrong date. I show up and they tell me it's for tomorrow and called me a liar. I don't see why I would lie very unprofessional and the lady was very rude.
