don't come if you have maine coons. lady is CLEARLY scared of them but instead of being honest she lied and said my moms cats attacked her when she took them. as if we don't know our own cats behavior

Been coming for almost 2yrs after struggling to find the best fit grooming for us. Haven’t had any complains until last timer my dog was there took 5 hours to groom plus her hair didn’t come as usual, looked like they did it in a hurry. They for sure need better organization in regards to keeping pets for more than five hours, especially to the pets who aren’t use to be in a cage for a long period.

I took my puppy to this saloon and they told me to pick it up after 3 hours. When I pick him up my puppy was complaining about pain on his neck. We couldn’t even touch him. He definitely looked clean and neat but he was hurt. They need to be more careful.

We left a formerly great grooming place that really disappointed us.(owner changed) and went looking again.A couple places basically told us we had no say in how the dogs got trimmed....( artistically) or were over $75 each for small dogs (we Have 3) which with a tip would kill us...Vianey's Pet Salon seemed to meet our needs,so we tried them...they used Oatmeal Shampoo (sensitive skin) and returned the dogs looking fantastic.And they looked happy, not weirded out by how they were treated.So we'll be taking them there from now on..Thanks!

I absolutely love this place. There customer service is amazing. This is a very welcoming spot. I have been taking my baby here since they first opened there doors and I’ve never had a complain. You can tell that they really love what they do. Most def recommend this grooming salon.Thank you for being so amazing 🐾🐾🐾

We been bringing are boxer to vianey’s pet salon for half a year now and let me just say their the best when it comes down to grooming they always do a great job with my dog and not only that but my boxer REALLY loves them she’s always happy to go in and always happy when we pick her up she smells good and looks good too! we never had a problem with them or there Service were so glad we found them!! Absolutely love this place! I live in oak forest area and got referred to this groomer by a friend and let me tell you..they are great!!! They left my dog beautiful! Just the way I wanted her haircut. Did not disappoint me for being a first time customer. Will definitely be returning!&&& honestly who takes a CAT for a haircut! Lmfao.

We have two dogs, a French Bulldog and a mini schnauzer, and they do excellent work on both. I highly recommend them. My dogs come out looking like lil divas and smelling gorgeous. Never have had any bad experience.

I brought in my mini poodle at 10 am and they had her ready at around 2-3 pm. The grooming was great, my dog looked amazing.Once I picked her up I noticed she was incredibly dehydrated. She was drinking from whatever puddle she found, which she never ever does.My mom has brought her here before multiple times and when after two hours they hadn’t called me to pick her up I contacted my mom and she said they always had her ready about 5 hours after going in. It doesn’t take 5 hours to get her groomed. So, all I can imagine is that she’s locked in a cage until they have the time to cut her hair... this place needs to get better organized, because that’s just cruel to leave dogs locked in and getting dehydrated in an unknown place.

Took my Grand doggie her and she was with family she was calm and spoiled like with us and they did a magnificent job on my grand doggie and it was her first time. We were running late getting back but she did not have an anxiety attack. Just great and she had her nails done

After going to many pet salons and feeling like groomers were constantly cutting corners, I found Vianey's. The staff is super friendly, takes excellent care of my dog, expertly grooms him to my specifications, and always does so in a timely manner. What more can you want from a dog groomer? And the pricing is an absolute DEAL.

I’ve been taking my dog here for a while now and I love the way he’s groomed each time though recently I noticed he started peeing blood and having diarrhea so I took him to a vet. Now I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt but my vet informed me that it could be because his private area was hurt. I’ve never had this issue before

They did an amazing job with my Bichon Frise! It was his first salon grooming experience and I was so scared after reading other place’s negative reviews but Vianey’s really worked wonders. They did a great job with my dog. I don't have to worry about her nails anymore. She has black nails and I'm always nervous about cutting them because a couple of times I have cut them to have bled.

My dog was groomed nicely. Appeared unharmed when I picked him up. However a few days after I read they are being accused of choking a dog. Therefore will stop taking my dog there. Parking is not easily available there. That also is another reason.
