Dissapointed in my experiences there. Second time I have felt uncomfortable. Unfriendly environment lack of communication. Maybe it was a bad day the first time but twice. My dog did get good haircuts there in the past, excellent skilled job done but I no longer feel comfortable leaving my dog there.

When you are a first time dog mom and this is your pets first time grooming you have a lot of questions and may even be nervous so you would like reassurance you want to know your pet is going to be treated well however i didn’t feel like that it was three ladies there 2 of them extremely pleasant and understanding however the groomer that groomed my dog was rude as hell not friendly at all and just didn’t care he will never go back there ever

I took my airedale Delilah to these people and they did such an amazing job! They were so gentle with her and when I picked her up, she was the happiest puppy ever! I can tell that they care for the dogs they groom there. From the start, they came to greet me and my pup and made sure she was comfortable with the groomers.

The ladies in here were very professional! They took care of my special needs Yorkie, with such care.He has had bad experience at another groomer and they understood and I am so grateful it was stress free. Shop is very clean and the groomer was on point with his cut because I had no clue what to ask for, my puppy was so handsome when I picked him up.

Uncle paws has an amazingly caring and talented staff. My dog doesn't really like when he's left with strangers but when I picked him up, he was inlove with his groomer and the receptionist. 100% recommend going here if you want quality grooming and quality care.

My dog was a rescue dog and she was very timid.. I love how caring and loving they're with her. Once I had to cancel my appointment do to her being sick and they called me to check up on her. I love them and my fur baby loves them. Would recommend them to anyone...

The first time i took my dog it was great. But the second time I sent a deposit but was never told exactly what the deposit was for. and I ended up having car trouble I couldn’t make it. I called for like 10 mins straight and no one answered. Tina finally called back and said she couldn’t give me my deposit and didn’t have another opening until the weekendShe claimed I needed to give a 24 hr cancellation but this was never mentioned. They just are not accommodating.

I took my Baby Patchez (cat) to Uncle Paws to be groomed. Tina was very professional & friendly. She did a wonderful job. I am so happy that I had such a great experience. I would recommend Tina for all of your grooming needs for your fur babies. GOD BLESS UNCLE PAWS STAFF!

Tina has a passion for animals, especially dogs. I've taken my dog to her who doesn't exactly cooperate when being handled by strangers. Her and her staff were excellent with him. They take pride in their work and their love for the clients they service. I don't feel that the negative reviews are very fair when I know personally they would try to rectify any issue a customer may have. Tina has also taken the time to come to my elderly dad's home to cut his dogs nails because it's become too hard for him to handle the dog and go somewhere with him. She goes above and beyond!!

Just got my Zoey back from uncle paws. This was her first visit. They did a fantastic job on her. The staff was great. I just wish she didn't have to stay 4 hours. But she and her mamas are very happy. That's all that counts.Thank you. 😊

I want to thank Paws for doing a great job grooming my Little Buddy when he was full of fleas and a matted ball. I thought I would be able to groom him myself, but soon figured out quickly to leave it up to the professionals. Great job ladies. I will be making an appointment to get him and his brothers in for a spa day.

I would not recommend going ! I had an appointment at 9:30 and went to pick him up they had "lost him". I was devastated, my puppy meant the world to me. All this just to find my poor dog in the alley. The workers there were very disrespectfully and made me payed extra because I’m gay , this had trump & alm on the walls.

Sad because I used to love this place just down the road BUT they ask for a deposit then if you trying calling/texting to cancel they do NOT answer. Not to mention they changed location & didn’t let me know until it was THREE hours past my appointment time ! They are not considerate at all…

Another much needed professional service right here in our neighborhood, the South East side of Chicago! Uncle Paws Dog Grooming salon provides a clean, nice smelling environment, staff is professional and very welcoming. Most importantly the Groomers know their breed of dogs and how to cut them accordingly! The Groomers are like “Dog Whispers” lol! My little Griffs were not scared or shaking after coming home from their very first grooming! Uncle Paws has my business and I will definitely promote them at my shop! Thank you Tina and staff!
