So appreciative Of the amazing service and work done on our puppers! Didn’t know he could like even cuter until now. Wonderful cut and style! And incredibly reasonable pricing. Great customer service. Groomers were attentive and interested in feedback and learning of any areas of improvement for next time if needed but there was no need! They did a tremendous job. Will def be a regular customer.

Nice spot at first but I’ve been taking my dog here since he was 4months old great place, he’s now a year old a pretty big furry playful & energetic dog. I recently took him to get a cut & asked for a summer cut since he got lots of not's picked him up and something seemed off, he kept licking his tale and not wanting to walk just wanted to lay down & not move. He’s a playful dog so seeing him not act like the usual did worry me. Started to notice they gave him some clipper burns around his private areas & I get it it’s a summer cut it’s a really short cut but if the dog is not letting it self to go near that area then why go in. I just wished they would’ve told me when I pick him up what had happened or that he wasn’t letting himself. Good customer service at times but need to improve in giving feedback to their customers.

Very good pet grooming place!! They left me dog so cute and handsome! I never been to place where they actually could handle my agresiva dog like they can! I will be coming here again for sure!

I decided to try this place for my beagle (Jumbo) after a horrible experience at Dog-E Stylez. I am so glad I did. From the accessibility of being able to schedule appointments online to the front desk service I was amazed. My beagle is very anxious and I noticed when I picked him up that he wasn't as anxious as he normally was at his previous groomer, who I was taking my dog to for 2 years now. The front desk lady even went above and beyond in adjusting my price due to my dog chewing on his leash. She didn't have to do that but because of actions like this I can say Top Flight has earned a new customer. Great place! I definitely recommend it to anyone who is debating. Just like any other pet parent I was anxious but I am glad I found this place. :)

We moved to the area earlier this year and have taken our dog McLovin twice. We've tried two different haircuts (always with his Mohawk) and both were great. Plus, he always smells so good!We just rescued a second pup and will definitely be bringing her here.

I was told his hair was going to change as he gets bigger.. but had no idea it was going to be when I got him groomed lol my Ziggy looks completely different and more adorable.. love how he came out.. loved that he smelled really good and his mouth as well.. they did a really good job!

My dog, Vada got the best haircut of her life. They did exactly as I asked. She is 13 years old and they took extra good care with her because she’s so old. I always take her to Top Flight and am always satisfied!

EDIT: I started to have some worries about taking my dog here due to him becoming strangely scared of the place a few times, but after the employees contacted me about my concerns I decided to give them another shot. I went back and everything seemed to go fine. I have always thought the haircuts and shampoos here are better than any other dog salon I’ve tried, and that along with the salon’s personal outreach about my concerns has made this again my go-to place.Took my Scottish terrier puppy here for his first grooming at 4mos. Turned out great! Took about an hour for haircut, ear cleaning, wash, etc. Employees very kind and make good conversation. Do not yet have a credit card reader so pay with cash or via Zelle. Will return!

During our first visit we took our two small dogs for grooming and all was fine but on the second visit we noticed our dogs came out a little scared and as if something bad had happened. Well one of my dogs started shivering a lot and we decided to take her to the VET a few days later and the VET stated that our dog had dog bites as if she had been attacked by another dog. As a result my dog had a fever, and dog bites all over her back and had some hives. Never taking my precious doggies to this place. So disgusted that they would not share that one of my doggies had been attacked. The truth will always prevail. Not satisfied at all with this poor unprofessional service!!!

We are so glad we found a reliable groomer in the area with reasonable prices. I will say that although their schedule fills up quickly, their service is worth while. Groomer usually is attentive to our requests and it seems like their clientele is growing and their hands are always busy, so I won’t harp on the fact that sometimes our boy does come back with a few matts here and there but nothing we can’t take care of at home, otherwise they would get a four star rating from us! Give them a try, shop local!

What can I say about Top Flight Paw Salon? They are truly the best!!! Everyone is so friendly and the establishment is extremely clean. First pet salon I've gone to that does not smell like animal urine. I would not trust my adorable fur baby to anyone else but Beto and his grooming staff! They do such an amazing job! Also the front desk staff, Carlos and Maria are super friendly and are eager to answer any questions you have! And almost forgot...the prices! LORD they are so reasonable! Full service and such low prices! You won't find a better price for the AMAZING SERVICE they provide! This is a family owned business and nothing more rewarding than knowing you are helping a Latinx family owned business grow! Support your local businesses! I highly recommend Top Flight Paw Salon!

A little disappointed with Top Flight Paw Salon they're not prepared or have the right staff for large breed puppies. I was told my 3 month old Cane Courso puppy was no longer welcomed, Will not recommend for bully or large mastiff breeds.

Time and time again this salon loses my business because lack of appointments. It sucks because I’m local to the area and loved how my dog was groomed here. I call months in advance to make an appointment, they say their schedule doesn’t go that far. I call a week in advance, they’re booked out. I’ll take my business elsewhere and where it’s appreciated. Great salon if you have all the weeks and time in the year to wait on them to finally have an appointment.

If you are looking for a place to get your dog bathed this works. However, if you are looking to get anything else done, I would look somewhere else. I requested to have my Australian shepherd’s rear area trimmed and matting behind the ear to be removed and when I went to pick up my dog, she was washed, paws pads trimmed, and nails trimmed but no what I requested. The matting is still behind her ear and the hair on her rear is the same length. If you are looking to have your dog’s hair to be trimmed, I would suggest checking out Poochie Barber, located at 9707 SW Highway, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Topflight is a convenient location but has subpar service and I don’t plan on coming back.

Their excellent, knowledgeable staff has done an amazing job getting my dog acclimated to the grooming experience. The groomer especially has been so kind and patient, my pup is excited every time I drop him off! Would definitely recommend.

Best pet salon in the city. Have gone to others and my dog was always terrified going in and coming out. Here, you can tell they treat your fur babies with love and care plus they are very nice and friendly to you as well. No nicks or cuts here! Glad I finally found a good groomer even if I have to drive further. Prices are good. Book your appointment online; Your pet doesn't have to be there caged and waiting for their turn all day like other places. Love it. Thank you for being so kind to me and my 2 fur babies, Rue and Bangtan 💗💙🐕🐶🙏

I brought my 8lb persian cat. Was told on phone it would be $40. When I went to pick up my cat they told me $70, I didn't want to argue so I quick paid but let them know I was quoted $40 on the phone. Brenda went back and spoke with the groomer and came back and refunded me $15 in cash. When they brought my cat out after 2.5 hours all they did was give him a shower, no hair cut. Then I was told haircut was not part of the package and I had to return the $15 cash to get the haircut. I was upset at this point and pointed out the multiple signs throughout the front area where everything was included. 2 stars cuz my boy came out handsome but will not go again.Edit: they quoted me $40 on the phone. None of your signs list cat prices. It's "size of pet". Best of luck to your business.

Had a very foul smell! Never in the 2 years of taking my dog there had it smelled like that before. I picked my dog up after 2.5 hours, he didn’t smell like the normal cologne they put on him, he had a foul smell like the building. Also, he’s a maltipoo which as of recent they consider a “medium dog” and charged me $45 the last few times. I did complain and they said they’d charge me $40 instead. I raved about the place to my neighbor when I first started going, they have a husky, also consider him a “medium sized dog” and charge her $45. Confused on who makes the decision on what size dog it is and since when is a 10lb dog considered medium? unfortunately the smell was veryyyy off putting and will not be bringing my dog anymore.

They did a fantastic job with our husky. She came back back smelling nice and fluffy. Staff was nice and prices were reasonable even after our puppy had an accident during grooming. Def going back.

Great customer service on phone and in person. They were good with both my large dogs when brought I them in. They were quick and did great job on both of them even though they were covered in paint. My dogs came home feeling soft, smelled great and they weren't a bundle of nerves afterwards. Pricing was affordable as well.

My dog had an appointment here he is 12yrs old and has cushings something we told him when making the appointment. He said he would only see him a couple of times because apparently they don’t see senior dogs. We took him on his appointment time and he refused to take my dog reason being because of cliental. What kind of dumb excuse is that why even say you will see him and then turn him away. Why make me go there then make it seem like my dog is not good enough for your place is that something they do to everyone?

Top Flight did such a good job with our Rocky! He smells so good and looks like a million bucks! I had lost track of time to drop him off at his original set appointment and they accommodated me. Definitely going back for many future grooming sessions!
