All these animals are in pretty poor condition because they’re only in it for the money. They don’t even really care they had this poor cockatiel who’s beak (both top and bottom) were so overgrown her beak was long enough that it was almost an inch long and preventing her from being able to climb, groom herself and even eat! There was plenty of other poor cared for animal as well…

Recently bought 2 birds here and 1 did last a while which was a sun conure and he was the star of our family. We did ended up getting a white cockatiel bird for more company but in under a week the white cockatiel bird started acting sick and had a “fishy” smell and diarrhea. We discovered it was a “bacterial infection” and died in that same week. A grey cockatiel bird that was given from a family member passed away less than a month cause it was exposed to that white bird before we knew and our beloved sun conure was also exposed also passed away recently.

I was looking for a Quaker parrot to purchase and a friend recommended me this store super pets at super mall on Pulaski. I purchased it for $400 and Took the bird home and he ended up dying 4 days later. I called the owner a couple times to ask him questions about bird to see if he knew if the bird was sick and he just kept avoiding me. He just kept passing the phone to his wife that does t know anything about birds. All I wanted was some answers and maybe to see if he can give me a discount on another bird. They both didn’t seem to know how long they had the bird or were he came from. They say they raise birds since birth but couldn’t answer me specific questions that I was asking. So for all I know the bird was already sick and they still sold it to me anyway. So my experience was terrible at this store. I would not recommend anybody to buy any pet here. But if you decide to purchase a bird here make sure you ask questions but to be honest they might not even know how to answer your questions....

Me and my best friend each got one bird on a Wednesday. Both birds looked happy and well. Then my bird died on Friday suddenly. Then her bird just died Saturday night. They died suddenly with sickness from that place. They had about 12 birds in each cage. Very dirty place (first time getting a bird I didn’t see the signs unfortunately). They overcharged for the birds as well. Way overpriced. They don’t have any warranty or anything so they won’t give you your money back. DONT GO HERE. They don’t check their birds and if they do they just sell their birds for money. I’m just lucky me and my friend got to give the two cuties their best last days. This place is horrible. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

The only good thing about this is place is the variety of animals. Although those animals are kept in horrible conditions and jammed pack. I called prior to coming in, I asked if they had a specific animal, they did. I specified the color I was looking for and was told one price. I went in, twenty minutes later, and asked about the animal and was told a different price, seventy dollars more than quoted! This is after I specified on the phone exact type and color I was looking for. Not only this, we were rudely pushed out of the store 30 plus minutes prior to their closing time. The customer service is horrible. Even after trying to meet somewhere in the middle with price, the salesperson would not budge. I would love to investigate further to see if this is even a legal operation. Needless to say, I do not recommend this store at all.

DO NOT BUY ANIMALS FROM THIS STORE!!!!! My girlfriend and her friend bought 2 lovebirds for her birthday. One second they were full of life and then the next they were at the bottom of the cage passed away. The birds had green poop which is a sign of disease. They upcharged for them too. This place is a disgusting excuse for an animal shop.

most of the animals are in terrible conditions... I bought two chameleons and one of them died the next day .. I call to see what they would tell me and the only answer was a rude and despotic woman saying there is no guarantee on the animals and I got very hung up … terrible service

I've used Boomerang dog tags for years. They're sturdy and easy to read. The double-sided option allows for additional information such as weekend addresses. When our previous dogs have moved the great doghouse in the sky, we hang their Boomerang tags on the Christmas tree! Great product.

I LOVE SHOPPING HERE, THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICES ARE DECENT FOR THE MERCHANDISE. THERE ARE MANY STORE OUTLETS IN THE BUILDING SO YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. IF A STORE DOESN'T HAVE IT, THEY CAN ORDER THE ITEM FOR YOU.

animals are kept in terrible conditions. I mentioned to the owner (older guy with silver teeth) said all were healthy yet leopard geckos were missing tails (they drop them when stressed) 8 iguanas in a 20 gallon long. I was told to leave the store if i wasnt happy. Would not recommend to anyone, surprised it hasn't been shut down.

Awful experience! Look elsewhere to buy a pet, avoid doing business with the shady owners Rosa Zárate and Martin Zárate who do not provide a receipt of you purchasing your pet.Bought a Quaker parrot from them at $650, the bird died in less than 48 hours! Took the bird back and the owner Rosa Zárate was there with a nasty attitude. After showing and letting her know that we had recently purchased the bird she said “I hate people like you who don’t know how to take care of a bird” I was speechless because they were so quick to take our $650 dollars with eagerness no questions asked. Rosa said they have a NO REFUND policy regardless of the amount of time we have had the animal, and regardless of amount paid to them for the animal.We went out and bought the food Martin suggested to us the day we purchased the bird and fed and cared for the Quaker! IIt would be helpful to have a sign saying “NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES even if we are selling sick birds or birds who need special care!”Read their reviews here and Facebook, not the first time it happens and they are disrespectful and nasty. Save your time and money for a reputable business. Ask for a receipt if you are buying here even though they won’t give you one.

terrible they had all turtles without basking lights which means those turtles will have shell problems when older they also had about 20 american cichlids in maybe a 20 gallon tank with no filter they dont care about the animals they just want the money also there animals die really quick i tried saving 1 of the baby turtles as i have a baby turtle the first week he started getting better but then i woke up and he was dead its so sad that these people dont give these animals the bare nessesites dont buy from here

I bought a love bird their on a Monday and by thrusday my bird died. I took the bird them and the guy their was really bad telling me he can't do nothing about it. That he didn't care. For just that he is being reported to the bbb office.

Customer service was good and the animals seemed to be in decent shape but most of the animals are kept in small cages with a bunch of other animals and barely any room to move.

Everything is extremely over priced and mislabeled they try to pass off cheaper species of animals as more expensive ones for example tried to sell an Asian forest scorpion as an emperor scorpion which is up to a 60 dollar difference in price one is 20 while the other is 80 and the rest of the animals are even more over priced along with all of their supplies and half the fish are dead in the tanks it's no wonder no one buys anything from here and they just look around the most I see people buy is bird food
