My pup Benny *loves* going to daycare. The first time i picked him up, they told me, and I quote, "Benny plays HARD," and its just so true! I love that he gets to run around like a loon on the days I have to work bonkers hours. I love scrolling their insta-stories to see all the fun the pups are having. It always seems like the staff are always as excited to see Benny as he is to see them. They are all so caring towards him, and I appreciate they patience they have for me when I've had my new-dog-mom freak outs, too. 10/10 highly recommend these folks

PupStars is the best. We’ve been taking our dog here for almost 2 years and have only the best things to say. Our very energetic dog LOVES going to daycare and comes home absolutely wiped- it’s great for her and for us! The staff at PupStars loves her and she has benefitted so much from their training and attention. You can just tell their relationship is special! They’re also always making cute videos with the dogs for holidays and special occasions that are so silly and adorable- it really shows they take their dog care seriously! Another perk with PupStars is that they offer grooming, walking and boarding services too, so you can get all of your dog’s needs taken care of in one place. I would recommend PupStars to anyone!

I moved to Chicago recently and was looking to find a new groomer as soon as possible. I called probably a dozen places, and PupStars was by FAR the kindest and most accessible. They even got me in the next day!I also overheard them talking to my dog when they went back to get him for me and I could just tell how much they cared for him. On top of all that, Teresa also did a wonderful job on Duke. So happy I found this place, I won’t be going anywhere else!

I love PupStars and so have my pets over the many years that we've been a customer. I first met the owner, Tara, and became a customer when they first opened on Western. I originally used them to feed my cats and bearded dragons when I went on vacation. I appreciate the daily notes they write whenever they service your pets. I got my first dog last year and now use them for dog walking and my dog absolutely loves going to their day camp. I get to see him having so much fun because they post photos on their Instagram.

Our lab loves the staff at Pupstars and I love that he is so well cared for by everyone on the team. They are professional, responsive and the center came highly recommended by our dog trainer. He is so tired when I pick him up from daycare that he falls asleep and snores the whole drive home!

We have been going to PupStars for almost 2 years and have loved it! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and recognize our dog, Evy, anywhere they see her. We trust their care and compassion any time we send Evy to daycare, boarding, or grooming. Pupstars is absolutely fantastic! My dog Merlin gets so excited every time he goes there. The staff is so amazing and they make sure that every dog is safe via limiting the number of dogs assigned to one handler at a time as well as having a “temperament test” for each dog to make sure that they are a good fit. They are responsible with the dogs and truly love them, which is so nice to see! I love the pickup option as someone who doesn’t have a car. Plus it’s always fun to try to spot my pup on the Instagram stories when he’s there!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pupstars! We have been bringing our dog here for six years for daycare and boarding and he loves it. It’s one of the few places in the city with large outside spaces AND inside spaces for dogs to play. They staff is incredible; so caring and attentive. We also use their drop off service at the end of the daycare day which is super convenient. Would recommend Pupstars to any dog parents in Chicago!

Our dog Peppercorn has been going to PupStars since he was a puppy. The staff there are like his second family and he gets so excited when we tell him we’re going to “camp”. The first time we went on vacation and he stayed at PupStars, we did a FaceTime with him. He was having too much fun to chat much but it really put our nerves at ease.

honestly, cannot say enough good things about pupstars! where to begin!? From the very first day we met the staff, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as we navigated the early days of parenting an incredibly high-energy puppy (Lettie). Lettie was so, SO excited to come to pupstars every time, so much so that she would sit at the door and wait until we left, refusing treats, at the mention of going to "school" for the day. Despite her quirks, the staff welcomed her warmly and we knew she was always in good hands. Fast forward a year, and we got another puppy who turned out to be equally as high-energy. New pup (Ruby) was a rescue with a difficult history, so we knew it would be a little trickier acclimating her to other doggos. Pupstars again welcomed her with open arms and provided such a warm and welcoming environment. Now, both dogs have spent many a days at daycare, and have both been boarded, and they love it more each time. We are so happy to have a place like pupstars to send our incredibly high-energy and ridiculous dogs where we know they will be safe, well taken-care of, and accepted with open arms. I give pupstars a 100/10!!

My favorite pupstar story is the evolution of of my dog Mamby. He is 3.5 now and he has been going to pupstar since he was a puppy. When I dropped him off he use to cry his head off and when I picked him up he would lose it. Now when I drop him off he doesn’t even look back because he is so excited. When I pick him up he is way more under control thanks to pupstar working with him. I also love the stories of how good he does on obstacle courses and him hanging in the baby pool !Highly recommend! Staff is amazing , boarding conditions are top notch . The prices are market level but way better condition. My dog has been going since he got his puppy shots, he loves it

We used Payton's Playground to have our dog and a dog friend play. It was so nice and well-maintained. There are some agility pieces and plenty of space to play. The turf is also in great shape. We will be back soon!

I love pupstars! The staff is wonderful and always tells me about Manchego’s day! They also post the best photos of play time on Instagram that help mom get through a work day in the office!! The staff are also very patient with Manchego, especially when he’s sleepy at drop off!

My dog Ghost was groomed by Natalia who was absolutely phenomenal! She is very detailed and dedicated to her work and my pup absolutely loved her! She makes every pet feel comfortable and takes her time to make sure your pup comes out looking their very best.We tried tail dying for the first time and couldn’t be happier! Ghost LOVES all the attention he’s been getting.Highly recommend their grooming services!

My pup has gone to other daycares in the past that o wasn’t impressed with but Pupstars’s has blown me away! It’s clear that the staff loves my pup by how thrilled she is to go to school each day. She’s a pup that loves to sleep in, but if I say it’s a school day she’ll sprint out of her crate and wait by the door to head out. The stuff goes above and beyond for their pups and families and I'm so grateful!

Wonderful team that does a great job taking care of our little monster Loki. Loki was found in the area and it has been a struggle to keep him in daycare locations due to his anxiety and high energy; however Pupstars has never given up on him. All the amazing staff members do their absolute best to work with him and to ensure he is safe and well taken care of. The manager and owner are patient, understanding and just absolutely wonderful. We love Pupstars. Loki gets a lot of playtime in, which helps with his appetite when he gets home and also helps him sleep through the entire night. No pacing or midnight spurts of energy to play. We love the videos and pictures posted often and the fun pup events that take place here. Thank you to everyone there…your location has truly been so beneficial and helpful for us during the weekday.

We LOVE Pupstars! We started sending our puppy to Pupstars to help socialize him, and now every time we turn on to their street, he can't wait to go in. The staff is so friendly, patient, and reliable. We've sent Peppercorn to daycare and have boarded him when we went out of town and I've always felt comfortable with the level of care he receives. They have an awesome outdoor area for the pups to play in which is great with our high energy puppy. He always comes homes happy and ready for a nap.

My husband and I love trying to see what Cali got up to by following the IG stories on the days she’s at Pupstars. Our favorite is when all the dogs are playing and she’s acting like a princess up in the tower on one of the structures 😂 pretty sure our dog thinks she’s more human than dog sometimes but she is happiest at Pupstars!

If I could give them 10 starts I would! My wife and I have been taking our mastiff, Maggie to PupStars every week for almost 2 years. She is generally pretty shy and a bit skittish because she’s a pandemic puppy, but because of the staff‘s love and patience with her it’s one of her favorite places to be. Whenever I interact with the staff I can tell that they truly love what they do and care about each dog that comes through.i definitely recommend them if you are looking for doggy daycare or boarding!

Where do I start … I just love PupStars. Thank you to the Team - Jato, Alex, George, Kim, Joyce, David and last but by no means least, Malik- our driver who always comes with a smile to pickup/deliver Freddy- my 13month BMD. Fred started out very very excited, and through their gentle, yet firm training, he is turning into a very happy, socially accepted dog. Thank you for your care, advise and assurance with Fred. I know he loves you guys too as he leaps from the car and runs to your door … then sits very calmly waiting to be greeted! 😝 Thanks for the emails and calls when you need clarity over something and to chat, all things Fred.
