Butter and I love Pups Pet Club! Butter attends roughly twice a week and has so much fun playing with her friends.She starts pulling on the leash about two blocks away because she can’t contain her excitement. Everyone always addresses her by name when she enters, which makes her feel so special and loved. I can see how much they love and care for Butter and I completely trust them to treat her well while I’m at work.Butter and I also use their dog sitting services, which we also love. Butter is obsessed with her dog sitter, Devyn, and dog, Duchess. The pictures Devyn sends me of Duchess and Butter playing in the park or at her place warm my heart. Communication is great and Butter is smiling in every pic. It’s also really easy to drop Butter off whenever fits my schedule and pick her up.I totally recommend the River North Pups Pet Club for daycare and dog sitting services. I attached a picture of Butter with her best friend Duchess at Pups in front of their Halloween decorations. I personally enjoy the holiday photo shoots :)

We have been bringing our dog here once a month for a routine grooming for about two years now (bath, nail trim, teeth brush, gland compression). The staff is overall great and our dog loves her groomer, Wendy. We always leave happy with a clean and fresh smelling pup!

I sent my Cavapoo puppy, Cali, to PUPS’s Play & Train program which includes daycare + 1 hour of private training per day. We had a fantastic experience working with our trainer Veronica to educate Cali on basic obedience, loose leash walking, and improving upon her natural puppy reactivity. Veronica is incredibly knowledgeable, only uses positive training reinforcement, and quite flexible in her training — I was also able to join her at the club to partake in my dog’s training with her. Getting a mix of private training, hands on training with me at the club, as well as training videos to watch at home has been instrumental in equipping me and my dog to take on different situations in the day-to-day life of raising a dog in a busy city. I’m so glad I made the training investment for Cali and I highly recommend Veronica and PUPS Pet Club to anyone seeking a fun, positive, and professional dog training!

I had an amazing experience to work with Chrissy (trainer) . She worked wonders in correcting various behavior issues with my dog (Mochi - mini aussie).From my experience, Chrissy's patience and expertise were instrumental in addressing problems like leash walking and separation anxiety. She took the time to understand Mochi's personality and provided tailored training solutions.What impressed me the most about Chrissy was her deep knowledge in dog behavior and training techniques. She communicated her instructions clearly, making it easy for me to follow and understand.I highly recommend Chrissy and PUPS Pet Club to anyone seeking professional dog training.

Pups Pet Club River North~ I love Gracie’s haircut! Thank you!! I think Pablo always does amazing work with cutting Gracie’s hair. Gracie has an even haircut, with remaining curls around her face and face and ears, and fluff on her tail ~ all of which I requested. Gracie and I play a LOT in the park (re dirt & mud, depending on the weather!) and the lake, and therefore I wash her hair in the tub about once per week. This has always been worth it to me to continue having a clean pup who gets to play often! Conversely this does impact Gracie’s curls and crests tangles. Pablo is always super gentle and realistic with Gracie’s haircuts based on the tangles and matting, and extremely skillful in giving her a great haircut in a safe way. I am so grateful for Pablo for grooming Gracie!!! I recommend Pablo to friends with dogs all of the time.

Their grooming services are top notch! Stephanie is fabulous. She is so kind and patient with my somewhat anxious dogs. Plus they always look SO good after. I have never had a groomer cut my dogs hair so perfectly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for really great service and a very kind and considerate staff!

My puppy Louie, finished 1:1 home training seasons with Ryan and I can’t speak more highly of him and the training program. Louie, (although adorable) had a lot of behavioral things I really needed help with and Ryan was so knowledgeable, understanding, supportive and very professional. Louie has made HUGE improvements and I feel better equipped on training him properly. If your pup needs some extra training, I highly recommend the 1:1 training program and Ryan.

We brought our 1-year old puppy to PUPS club River North and when we took him, his toes were bleeding badly. The groomer didn’t even mention the accident before we noticed there was blood on the floor. They were trying to make us pay first, and hide the deep cut by putting powder on his toes without telling us until we noticed the injury. When we found out, they were not apologetic and blamed my puppy for jumping. This PUPS club is not a safe environment for dogs. Groomers had no patience or empathy towards dogs. I would give negative star if I could. I would not trust them to take care of your pet.

Terrible and the most horrifying experience with their grooming service at River North location.First of all, the groomer made a pretty deep cut on my puppy's front left paw which resulted in a flap wound. She was bleeding and I had to take her to a vet immediately after I picked her up. Secondly, they failed to disclose that an apprentice groomer will be assigned to my puppy after a long conversation over the phone when I clearly expressed I want an experienced groomer. My puppy has been to a groomer before she was fine with no injuries whatsoever. I just wanted to tryout their place for stylistic reasons. She also is regularly groomed at home so she is not new to being touched which makes it very unfair for them to attribute the injury all to my puppy. What about lying to me about having an apprentice groomer handling my puppy?Simple apology and promise for changes in the future is not an adequate way to address incidents involving PHYSICAL INJURIES. If my puppy were a human baby and got a cut which caused bleeding during a haircut, would they have dealt with the situation differently? Sad and truly ironic since they are in the pet industry where most of pet parents think their dogs/cats as one of their family members. They also refused to compensate me for the resulting vet bills($130) and not to mention the roundtrip cost for uber($55). I only took her to the vet because their staff recommended me that I take her to a vet because the injury was on a very sensitive part.Would never ever return to this place. Definitely NOT TRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIABLE, and most of all DISHONEST. I have never had such an unpleasant and traumatizing experience as I have at PUPS Pet Club. Accidents can happen, but how they addressed it is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to any caring pet parents.

We relocated to a different neighborhood in the city so we’re in the market for a new groomer and Wendi did a great job with our Aussie. We are particular about wanting her chops and ears pretty short and she did exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back!

My dog Dobby spent a whole month at Pups Pet Club for boot camp for Canine Good Citizen Test! The boot camp is a 3 weeks program and all of the days come with day care and classes!This is where we met Liz, our amazing trainer who has so much knowledge and patience. Liz taught Dobby so much in a month, note that the boot camp I joined even comes with extra classes! Liz is literally the sweetest and absolute BEST!!! We love her so much! Liz films every single lessons with really detailed information for us to review at home after the class too!If your new puppy or dog that needs training I would 100% recommend Liz!!🏆✨💕Thank you so much Liz❤️and the Pups Pet Club for our time there! I will definitely bring Dobby back to day care, more classes and bath! Dobby LOVES PUPS PET CLUB!!!!

Shout out to @pupspetclub per usual I waited till the 11th hour as we were heading to Dallas (more exciting news to come) and @pupspetclub literally saved the day! Not only did Mr.Presley have the best time and did not have to stay in a kennel but they offer you a service for the employees to take your babies home and dog sit! He also came back fully groomed and I think he already misses his pals ;) major PSA: if you need a place for daycare, training, grooming, over nights Pups is a 10/10 in my book! Thanks so much to the wonderful staff and experience Mister P had this weekend. I couldn’t speak more highly of how nice it was to go away and know my anxiety isn’t through the roof and my baby was safe! @presleythevolpino

Awesome job by Will. I took my very shy dog in for the first time Saturday and he looks so good. He was overdue for a grooming and I'm new to the neighborhood so I didn't even ask the price before but It was way cheaper than I thought. We will definitely be coming back.

We brought our puppy in last week for a grooming and when I got her home, I noticed she was hesitant to place her left paw down. Further inspection showed she had a significant size cut on one of the toes and blood.Additionally, her nails were poorly cut and left very jagged, requiring us to do extra work to clean these up.The 1 star is for the disregard for my dogs wellbeing by not properly inspecting the areas of grooming afterwards, not providing any details on how her behavior was during the visit if she was indeed causing a fuss, and not doing a good job overall.

Pablo did such a great job of grooming our little pomachon, Lulu. He was so gentle with her and she looks amazing.I am not sure how he was able to get her nails trimmed (she is very challenging with this). However, he successfully got her nails trimmed to a decent length.I recommend the conditioning treatment if your dog tends to get matted. It does make a difference.

PUPS has a very convenient location for tourists visiting Magnificent Mile area. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and inviting. Reasons for only 4 stars - (1) only needed dog sitting services for 3 to 4 hours, but they charge for a full day (2) the on line portal system you have to sign up for was cumbersome and really useless for a one time customer visiting the city.

The staff, groomers and vets are amazing, professional and friendly. The service is great even when is last minute/urgent appointments. My dog Thor got 1:1 trining with Veronica and there has been huge improvement in his behavior and social skills.

I love Pups! Stephanie does a great job grooming my small maltipoo who has papillomas all over the place. Stephanie is one of the few groomers who doesn't bump them and make them bleed during grooming. She also doesn't shave her down to almost nothing. I would recommend Pups to anyone!

Working with Veronica at the Pups Pet Club has been an amazing experience!!!! She was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule and adjusting my puppies training regiment based on her exact needs. 100/10 would recommend to anyone looking to improve their dogs behavior. :)

Bought 16 in home training sessions for my puppy and noticed a huge difference in her after the first few. My pup loves her trainer, Jazz as well. We’ve conquered everything from basic commands, to stopping jumping to building confidence in a dog that was terrified to walk on the street. Definitely worth the money to set your dog/pup up to be a wonderful well behaved pet

We have been visiting Pups Pet Club ever since moving to Chicago in 2017. Pablo is an amazing, gentle and compassionate groomer and the whole staff is so kind. We were very nervous because 1 of our dogs had only had 1 groomer his entire life and had trust issues, but Pablo won him over immediately and not only is Pablo gentle; he is a great stylist!

Veronica Mazzola was our trainer and she was fantastic. Not only did our dogs love her but she accommodated our schedule, and she was always available to answer our questions between sessions. And our dogs (and us!) learned a lot!
