We had to change doggie day care facilities suddenly, and thank goodness we found PUPS Pet Club. It is located conveniently close to the Division Blue Line station. They have a wonderful groomer, Sebastian, who makes our dog look adorable while keeping it low maintenance for us. The staff accommodates our puppy's lunchtime meal, which is not typical, but makes a huge difference. We get daily report cards of how she much fun she's having and comes home exhausted every time!

Took my new shelter dog for a quick nail trim here and was satisfied with the results. He is a little reactive at times and the staff was very accommodating meeting me outside to take his leash and being understanding of his issues while he adjusts to a new happier life! I'm very comfortable sending him here again

Our dog walker, Jenni has been absolutely wonderful for our puppy since we brought him home. We work out of the house and can always trust he will have a safe, fun, and overall amazing time with her! He is always so excited when she walks through the door! Even with all of the dogs she walks she always finds a way to make Ozzy feel special. We can’t recommend Pups Pet Club or Jenni enough!

The grooming crew at PUPS Wicker Park is always so terrific! They are accommodating of both of my very different dogs, and they both come out looking clean, healthy, and beautiful each time! Plus there’s nothing better than being able to walk over and not have to load the dogs into the car! Love having them in the neighborhood!

I've taken my pup to daycare in the Wicker location for almost 2 years now and have nothing but great things to say! The attendants are all wonderful and I always feel my dog is safe and in good hands. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, and Bowie is always excited to go play with her friends. Also, the facility has great hours and is always very clean which I appreciate. I would recommend Pups Pet Club to anyone who is looking!

I have been taking my dog to Pups Pet Club Wicker Park for the last year and a half. My dog loves going here and he loves absolutely everyone. The attendants are kind, polite and pay attention to the dogs. I mainly interact with Patty and Daniel and they are both amazing. I also get my dog groomed here and Heather does an excellent job at not just grooming but also making my dog comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend Pups for day care and grooming.

We have taken our 2 dogs to PUPS for over a year and love them! We use them for day care and grooming at Wicker Park, and overnight at Lakeview. The staff genuinely love our pups and remember us (and the dogs!) by name - Patty, Daniel, and Samantha (lakeview) are great. Heather is an amazing groomer who is so good with our dogs and takes pride in her work. They look perfect every time and we always get comments asking what groomer we use. We have a golden retriever who sheds a ton and a mini doodle who gets very matted - Heather is great at handling them both.

I cannot speak highly enough of Pups Club, specifically the Pups Club Wicker Park location. I have been bringing my dog to them since he was a puppy and the love they have for him, and he (we) has for them is mutual. They make my anxious dog feel comfortable in a social setting and it is so reassuring he’s in good hands. We recently ran into an employee while on our walk and my dog was so excited to see him - a true testament!

I am so appreciative of Patty and co. at PUPS Pet Club at Wicker Park! My anxious pup, Penny, has never enjoyed going to daycare in the past. When we moved to Chicago and started her at PUPS, that changed. She quickly warmed up to the staff and now is excited to go to daycare. She even responds to the words “daycare” and “Patty” with a wagging tail :) And she is happy and tired when we go home. A plus after a long day. Thank you PUPS!

We recently adopted a dog that was having trouble with getting territorial when our friends came over to our house. We worked with Chrissy as our trainer and the progress we have made in just a few sessions has been amazing! Our pup is now much more calm when our friends come over and we are able to take her out to dog friendly restaurants/bars without significant barking. Highly recommend Chrissy for training!

Our pup Millie loves Pups! Anytime we walk down Division she tries to drag me into the parking lot if we aren't headed there. We use grooming services, daycare, and dog walking. We LOVE that the staff knows and loves Millie. The email updates they send from daycare and after walks are fun to receive and just remind you that your dog is in good hands. Jenni (dog walker) is the best and truly treats Millie like her own pup. And shout out to Patty, the manager, who has helped me numerous times with bookings/questions and is super responsive!

I have use Pups-Wicker Park for dog walking services since I got my dog Eddie 4 months ago. Jenni was my initial walker, and instantly put me at ease with her knowledge, professionalism, and personality (plus Eddie loved her). And everyone since then has been great as well. Which is why I have started training through Pups, used their grooming services, and will be utilizing their dog sitting services for the upcoming holiday. I would recommend Pups-Wicker Park to anyone…especially if you are looking for a one stop shop!

Teresa is fantastic! We used to live in River North and Teresa was our dog Winnie’s groomer for years. We moved about 20 mins away and continued to bring Winnie to Teresa because she’s that good. When we found out Teresa had taken a job at Pups Pet Club, which is even closer to us, we were so happy. We immediately canceled our appt at the last place she worked and set up appts with her at Pups Pet Club. We’ll follow Teresa wherever she goes!

I was nervous at first to take my dog to daycare but the people at Pup’s have made it the best experience! They love my dog Charlie like their own and he’s always so excited to see them when I take him. Wow - I love PUP! I adopted my dog Harper in April and she was pretty timid, so I started sending her to PUPS a few times a week to build confidence. In just a few months, she has gone from being afraid to walk through the door to running to the attendants and leaving me in the dust 😂. To me, this is a testament to the kindness and great care they provide. In addition to daycare, I had a last minute emergency a few months back and Olivia was able to accommodate and same day overnight for Harper. She was a little scared and nervous but Olivia comforted her and with her frequent updates, I knew she was safe. I wouldn’t trust my girl with anyone else!

Heather always does such a great job on my Golden Retriever!! Never cuts too much and is really patient with a dog who is very terrified of blowdryers! I would recommend to any friend with a larger, long haired dog!

PUPS is absolutely fantastic! Our dog goes twice a week and so exhausted from playing all day. The facilities are clean and the staff is very attentive to canine messes. The staff is great with communicating with dog parents and I receive a report card for each day my pup is in their care. Prices are reasonable and definitely worth it!

Our dog Appa LOOOOVES Pups! All the staff are so friendly and truly caring for all the dogs. Appa not only loves going to daycare, but he's obsessed with all the staff as well - it's always a treat for him! We live walking distance from the club and it's super convenient to leave our dog there for daycare & grooming services (shout out to Heather!). I'd highly recommend!

PUPS Pet Club Wicker Park wins the award over and over again for professionalism, reliability, responsiveness and all around exceptional service. While there might be countless doggy facilities and I don't have another one to necessarily compare it to; I will say that we've found pure joy at PUPS Wicker Park. We've been customers at PUPS for over one year, and every visit has been consistently exceptional. From the moment I drop off Luna until the time I pick her up, I have great ease of mind that my girl is being taken care of. I even stopped paying for the camera access because I immensely trust the staff. Luna loooovvvees going to "school" at PUPS Wicker Park, and I have no doubt that it's because of the amazing staff.You've got Daniel who treats Luna like his own. He loves Luna and she loves him just as much. Daniel's nurturing side sometimes makes me want to be a dog. Hahahaha! He's a "calm in the storm"-- his spirit resonates kindness and love, which is what every doggy Mom could ever dream of. He's respectful and courteous to clients and to all of the dogs. Everyone needs a Daniel!...and then you've got Patty. The superstar-manager-extraordinaire who knows how to multi-task like no other while giving all of the doggies love as they enter the facility. I'm not sure how she does it, but she's a master at making each customer feel heard and feel special-- even the ones like me, who are always flying by the edge of her seat. I can call or email Patty at anytime, and she responds promptly. All I have to do is tell Luna "Let's go see Auntie Patty!" and she is excited from the time she gets in the car until the time she arrives. Luna is crazy about "Auntie Patty." Patty is about the business and has a keen sense of the clients needs as well as the doggies. Luna is fairly reserved with the majority of people, but not with the staff at PUPS Wicker Park. She bolts through the door just like it's her second home-- well come to think about it, it is! This lets me know that she is happy and feels safe at PUPS Wicker Park.Gabby, Migdalia, Jenni, Heather and Sebastian are all wonderful! Heather and Sebastian make the tedious task of grooming easy on us pup parents and the fur babies.We hit the doggy daycare jackpot when we were recommended PUPS Wicker Park! Oh yea!... and the facility is sanitary and clean, which is HUGE plus for me. No one wants their dog sitting in a stinky facility for hours at a time.

Beyond the worst experience possible.This groomer booked me for a haircut and groom on my Pomeranian. They then proceeded to cancel me day of. The haircut was needed before an upcoming trip and was urgent.They proceeded to reschedule from 11 to 1. Then called again and cancelled and offered 3.At the haircut, they offered to shave her down to her skin due to matting; and their limited time available. Please note; it’s extremely unhealthy to shave a Pomeranian that low, it ruins their lower cost and can damage their health.I will not trust this groomer. They clearly are unorganized and hiring low quality labor that is not familiar with dogs.UPDATE: My dog has been taken to another groomer and they said she was not matty. I believe this was a tactic to illegally charge me a $45 cancellation fee, or the employee was lazy and didn’t want to do the work.I will not recommend this company. They are unethical.UPDATE:This business says we worked toward a resolution in their reply. We did not. They had no empathy towards the experience and did not even apologize.
