I did not have a good experience at my dogs last grooming appointment with Jesselyn. This is my first time booking with Jesselyn. When I arrived she and the receptionist were not friendly at all. I showed her a picture of my dogs usual cut and she barely looked at it. I asked if she wanted me to send it to her and she declined. When I picked my dog up the cut was nothing like the picture or what we discussed. I definitely will not be booking with Jesselyn again. I’ve got my dog groomed here a few times and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. If booking here avoid booking with Jesselyn.

There have been 3 times that I have taken my dog, a Pomeranian, and they always leave her sheared. There is a part where you can see that they don't even cut her hair and today, Saturday, December 16, it was worse. I won't take her again than 3 times, only once, and I am happy with it. result that's why I only give 2 stars
