Glad this place has Groomers again. Location is way too convenient for us. The Groomers are always professional and relatively quick. Good news, you can get your dog in for an appointment without a long wait. I highly recommend especially since some grooming prices are a little out of control.

I had an appointment for 5:15, also someone called me in the morning to confirm. I drove 40 minutes to get there (it was the only place with time available for the day I needed), but for some reason they said that at 6pm the lights shutdown and they wouldn’t be able to take care of my dog. So disappointed, we will have guests in our house tomorrow and my dog needed this bath. It’s just impossible to find another place at this time of the day.

I informed the front desk that I will pick up my dog at 3:30. they called me to tell me my dog will be ready at 2:15. when I arrived they charged me 23 $ late free, it’s not the extra money that bothered me, but the poor quality customer service from the manager Amanda and her employees. I always have a great experience at the lakeview and the Lincoln park locations, Won’t be returning back or recommending this location for sure.

Donna is the reason we keep bringing our fur Baby back. She is very gentle and patient with her. She is a very well liked woman by many that I have talked with while waiting to either drop off or pick up my dog. She takes her time to explain things to you and even though Baby hates her nails cut Donna is gentle and still manages to clip them.

I had ordered a bag of food for my animal and said on text I should get an alert when it was delivered and it failed to do so I called to get a replacement and they told me it was going to be 3-5 business days and I thought that was ridiculous and unprofessional since I had placed the order and expected it at my door and for them to make me and my pets wait. I don’t recommend this petco to anyone! Only petco I’ve had ever had trouble with and to mention it was my first time ordering from this store and last time.

My dog has Addison's disease and does not handle stressful situations very well. Jessica was very accommodating and highly attentive to my dog's medical condition. She finished grooming my scottie in under an hour to prevent her from getting too stressed out from the visit. Thank you so much!

The Lady did awesome job. Haircut is perfect, nails perfect fali, service was fast and the best thing is my dog was very happy on the end 🤗🤗🤗 thanks a lot for the service. We will come beck for sure!!

The staff was friendly to me and my dog Judge. The staff explained the process for Judge first hair cut. I would be returning to that location for all of judges .cares

I forget her name (sorry) but our groomer went above and beyond to make sure my hyperactive dog was comfortable during his nail trimming, and made notes going forward as to how to best approach grooming him in the future
