I took my dog in for grooming and was throughly disappointed Cassie was my dogs groomer and needless to say she was having an extremely off day. She didn't do anything to my dogs head.. no face trimming she says because he was moving not ears taken care of nothing on his head she literally took clippers and went short on his body once there were long hairs sticking out all over his body. Also my dog doesn't have front teeth just wanted to put that out there. I watched a 20 second tik tok video when I got home and cut his face hair with details shears that I have around the house... I don't know if she is unskilled or just lazy when it came to my dog but I'll never book with her again. Now the team leader is amazing she did an amazing job with my dog and that's the only reason I'll take him back.

Cynthia was wonderful with my dog, patient but thorough. He looked great afterwards and hasn't been doing his usual chewing on his feet ad scratching.

The person who handled our two collies was very kind and patient with our dogs, particularly our older collie (12 years old) who had difficulty standing for four hours. The grooming she did on both dogs was outstanding. Our only issue was the price, which was $305. That was considerably higher than when we last had our two dogs groomed at this Petco.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Petco on Roosevelt. Everyone was kind and helpful. The groomer Cynthia did an excellent job on my dog Sunny. Tyler mentioned the sale going on and the woman who checked us out about the program that was happening. I left with a positive feeling.

The job that was done was rather poor because they only gave my senior Yorkie a body haircut and ignored her head, face and feet. Thankfully I received a reasonable refund from a very kind and understanding manager two days later. I definitely will not be returning.

Place looks nice, looks really hygienic. I was thinking of bringing my dog for grooming until I needed help. Impossible to get service. We got more help from a lady that was only there for a pop-up. Unfortunately she couldn't help us with what we were looking for but she directed us to the grooming counter. We had the misfortune to speak with the manager. She told us to hold on and went in the grooming room. We waited over 5-7 minutes not knowing what we were waiting for exactly as she was staring at us through the glass until we left. I highly recommend to go somewhere else. Fortunately PetSmart was just a corner away and we got help within 30 seconds.

Was not impressed with the grooming. My pet's nails had not been cut when I arrived and he did not look as nice as he did when he was groomed at PetSmart. The detail just wasn't there. My dog seemed upset and scared. He did not want to come out of his crate for a day. I will likely not return for the grooming service.

Bear was a little anxious during his vet appointment, but our groomer was very patient and kind to him. I'm sure after a few more appointments, he should be better during his appointments. I'm so grateful for them being so good with him. Thank you!!

I absolutely enjoyed how Aaren handle our furbaby, he is a new member to our family and we were excited to see what he was going to look like and she did a great job. His face was trimmed well and his body was trimmed neat.But what I enjoyed most, when we got there she got down on hands and knees and played with Dolce before whisking him off where we couldn't see the interaction. Thank you Aaren see you in 4-6 weeks.

My groomer Yessenia was so knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. I told her about how my dog has sensitive skin and she gave immediate recommendations and told me about the products she would use. My dog was very well-groomed and comfortable after a groom with Yessenia.

Cynthia has been nothing short of amazing with my dog Sophie and I've never had a grooming experience I wasn't extremely satisfied with over the past 3 years. I am sad to be moving out of state and unable to visit in the future, but would definitely recommend Cynthia and the rest of the team to anyone.

The groomer was very unprofessional. My dog’s cut was uneven and the services I requested were not completed. The grooming department and the store manager were both rude. When I informed the store manager that I was not satisfied with the treatment nor the service for my dogs, he told me “well, don’t come back”. These people mean and should not be trusted with animals.

My dearest coworker was in an accident and I was tasked with fostering her two beta fish, Nigiri and Sashimi. I had to learn everything I could, as fast as I could, I stopped into this Petco tonight to grab some supplies and the young lady that helped me could not have been any nicer! What a great help she was, she quickly picked out the items I needed and ran me through all of the do's and don'ts, she was just plain and simple, awesome! Obviously she loves her job and all of the critters, so If I ever grow up and am responsible enough to get my own real pet, I will only shop at this Petco.

Kiko was safe and cared for. The groomer (I cant remember her name) took the time to show him everything she was doing, which helped to alleviate his anxiety. Will definitely be doing it every shedding season.
