This was our first grooming appointment. I had only been to Petco once before and that was to meet our potential groomer. I got a good vibe off of Megan. Now that we had our first appointment we are so happy with her work. Our boys looked great but more importantly they came out relaxed. No signs of stress or trauma. I think Megan treated our boys very well AND gave them both a great new ‘do! This is why we rebooked immediately and plan on returning to see Megan every 8 weeks! Thank you Megan!Also thanks to Monserrat at the front counter. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful.

My dog is a "squirmer" when he gets his nails trimmed. And he lived up to that with the groomer. She was AMAZING with my dog, Max. She comforted him. Gave him treats. Got the work done REALLY well. She engaged a 2nd set of groomer hands when she needed them. My dog was never yelled at or was ever scared, even though he hates getting his nails trimmed. I tipped my groomer $25 for her excellence and demeanor. She was great.

Yesenia has been our dog groomer for about two years. We absolutely love her! She was originally at the Petco on Roosevelt which is not that close to us but close enough. Then she moved to Lincoln Park and when I went to Roosevelt to drop off my dog, the groomer was rude and irritated. Our dog liked her and she said eew out loud and that she needed to go wash. Then she tries charging us for a larger dog than what our dog was. So I immediately asked where her old dog groomer went to and I found out it was this location. Ever since coming here we have been greeted kindly everytime. She is the best dog groomer ever and loves our dog. Our dog (husky) always talks to her when she’s getting groomed. Literally ! Haha I am so grateful for your location and all the animal love and support you guys truly provide! Thanks for all you do! If I could do it everytime I would tip Yesenia $100+ each time! I am forever grateful for all her love and assistance.

Their website says that they accept walk-ins for nails trimming but they actually don’t when they are too busy. The front desk person said that they only can make an appointment for another day. Waisted 30 minutes just walking there. So disappointed
