I experienced PETCO Grooming Salon early this year in March and have no complaints. I looked at reviews before going so I knew the groomers I wanted for my fur baby, fortunately I received one of them and she was my first choice, Donny. She did an amazing job, couldn’t have asked for more and her professionalism character and patience was on point. She seems to love animals and it shows in her work. Everyone else I encountered while there were wonderful too. I just purchased another baby and will be taking them both in for grooming. You seem to have a great staff there, don’t let them get away.

I was overcharged for service my puppy never received keep in mind for the FIRST time visiting was a terrible experience and I would never be back to 95th in evergreen they charged me 76 but my booking state 55 scammers, they did NOTHING I PAID FOR but cut my puppy nails no teeth brush, no bath, or scent on him, clearly no hair cut(reason i brought him in first place!) no paw balm or bowtie they LIED about not having that too!! Smh terrible service indeed!!! They get AWAY with this by making sure the pet parents cant come in back with are pets to see what we PAY for cant even look throw the windows cuz they TINTED smh wonder why.... Wish i couldn't give NO STAR to post review i want a FULL REFUND

Scrappy did not receive services paid for. No deshedding treatment nails were still long. He wasn't there an hour. It them all but 20 minutes then I get a call saying he's ready. Once he dried he still had dead hair shedding not happy at allThe groomer before took her time this one didn't.

Donni at Evergreen Park Location in Illinois is the best groomer I have ever had. She is gentle, sweet, accommodating and most important to me with my latest furry baby Mushu, she is patient! He is a handful and does not sit still but she somehow ALWAYS has a beautiful, perfect cut!! She is knowledgeable about breeds and products. She always goes the extra mile and calls to ask whether she can deal with it. Petco better do all they can to appreciate her. Miniature Schnauzers may have skin and dandruff issues! She is a gem! Lastly, I made the mistake of taking my dog to another groomer at the same location, you should be happy that I was not asked to leave my (hostile, scathing and belligerent) review then!!!! We didn't even RECOGNIZE Mushu, he was shaved bald everywhere!! I was so mad if I opened my mouth I would have gone viral! Doneisha (Donni) at Evergreen Park Petco in Illinois is the absolute best!

Donny was great! She took great care of my dog Nova and went above and beyond to help me find a harness for Nova after the service was over. I always feel like my dog is in safe hands when I leave her with the grooming team at your Petco, not to mention she always comes out looking and smelling great!

Our groomer, Jessie, is the best! I know when I drop my dog off and leave him in Jessie's care that he will be in good hands. Jessie is very talented and my dog always looks wonderful after receiving his grooming from Jessie. It is important to me to know that I don't have to worry while our furbaby is being serviced.

I LOVE MY GROOMER JESSIE! He's the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have the biggest baby a Chocolate Lab and he's Two hands full we drive all the way across town to come to Petco Grooming so My dog Handsome to get a good oatmeal bath, and his nails trimmed and buffed. He's treated so well here, there fast and great on my budget!👍🏽👍🏽

I take my dog for grooming services, the staff is usually friendly. Lately I noticed a decline in the quality of the service. I asked for my dog's nails to be trimmed and when I picked her up she had only received a bath. The groomer said she missed the nails but could so it really quick, I opted not to and was not charged for that but it was disappointing to see

I gave the score of 10 because i been coming since they open and customer Service is always excellent i love the shopping experience. My groomer logan is awesome if she leaves don't know what i will do she is the only one i let cut my dogs hair. Let someone esle cut it before when she was out it didn't go well

Donny did exactly what I wished for on Teddy. I am so, so happy with the results! It has been difficult for me to take care of removing the knots and matting from Teddy’s fur on my own at home. And, Donny did a beautiful job with bathing him and brushing out his knotted fur and slightly shaving his chest to remove knots. I am so, so pleased!! I truly believe that I’ll be able to keep Teddy’s fur better groomed now on my own at home, in between his grooming appointments with Donny! 🐶👩‍ 👍🤗💖

The wait is entirely too long. Don't make appointment times if you are going to create my dog for 6 hours before the groom. The haircuts were fine, but she had to go to the bathroom so bad when I finally could pick her up, she barely made it out of the store. Wrote to corporate and no answer from the store. Have been going here for 2 years and each time the wait time gets worse and worse. Furthermore don't lie about how much time it will take.. another 30 minutes. After that another 45, then I get there and she's STILL on the table. Busted.

Fantastic work on my 80 lb. goldendoodle who is afraid of grooming and was trying to climb over the gate and escape. They show the customer a sample of what the final cut will look like based on how short you want the cut and the extent of the matts in the dog's coat. The package deals are great to include teeth cleaning and nail trim. You can also get vaccinations here - one stop shop. Very very kind and sweet staff who obviously love dogs.
