Told the groomer exactly what we wanted and showed a picture for our puppies first real cut and they did not listen at all. Decided to shave him with a 1 where the picture that was shown was clearly not that short of a shave. Cut very close to his face which was also not similar to the picture shown or the requested “teddy bear” cut.Could not be more disappointed with the result definitely would not take him back as there are many other places in the area with a similar price point.

This is my go to place to get Isabell ( my land turtle) supplies. They always have what I need and new food items for her on the shelves.The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I also love to see the fur babies ( dogs) shopping and picking out toys and supplies with their pet lovers . Im a senior and it's accessible by bus . There is plenty of parking off the street in the back of this establishment.

Been going to this Petco and I'm always happy! Tiny, but incredibly neat and organized store!! Grab my cat and reptile needs here with no problems (except maybe the weird front entrance, haha). Staff's got major vibes & super helpful. Shoutout to the managers too, all about spreading good juju. Always there to lend a paw. The area's kinda sus, but props for making a safe & pawsome space for all the furrbabies (and their hoomans). Overall, I get a positive experience at this store.P.S. Their VCP rewards program is a lifesaver - trust me, it saves money and offers perks!

Don't bring your dog to be groomed here. They hacked the inside of my dog's ears to bits. Left with bleeding and oozing sores.I only chose to get my dog groomed here because I was desperate. I have only ever received GLOWING reviews from groomers about my dog's behavior and when I pick her up she is usually still her happy go lucky self.When I picked her up from this groom, she was in an agitated state. She didn't act like herself for 24 hours.ALSO - the cut was so unbelievably uneven. I had to trim stray hairs everywhere. There was an entire strip on her backside that was missed. The woman who did this cut has no business grooming animals, or coming anywhere hear them.

Don't get your dog groomed here. My Bonnie gets groomed regularly and we've never seen her hanging from the harness like that. Why is she being choked? Of course she's acting up, she's uncomfortable. And why is the groomer speaking to her like that? She was so loud a crowd started forming to see what was going on. This person needs to work the register not with animals. I did receive a full refund but my Bonnie is not the same.

The manager wouldn’t let me use the washroom, even though I begged him and said it was an emergency. I had to go to a store next door, then come back to buy food for my pets. Later, when I said that a store that big ought to have a washroom for the customers, the cashier said their store was not that big.

If you have a little dog do not take them to this groomer. The groomers will botch your pup. They made me pay with Zelle. If you want a decent job honestly you should go somewhere else.

Very helpful employees. They were wonderful, they helped me carry a very heavy aquarium and get it into my car. The parking situation isn't good. It's a paid parking lot that you need to validate. If you forget the validation, you have to pay to get out or hold up everyone trying to get out of the one exit. It's a small store with not a lot of pet supplies, especially for fish.

This location has great customer service and are really good with the dogs! Our poodle is super shy and rarely likes to be around strangers, but the staff is so friendly that he loves it. I really feel he comes home super clean and happy. I love the shampoo they use on his coat and how fluffy he looks when we take him!

Petco was a good experience. Many people in the store with their pets. The staff was very friendly and helpful and had a decent section for cats. I was quite surprised that their prices were comparable to the Big Box Stores and a lot of healthy options. Glad they have this location with free parking in the back of the store. Lots of metered parking in the front of the store.

First time doing Pickup, it was easy, stress free especially when time is of the essence. The order was ready for pickup without any delays. Also employees were helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience pleasant. I'd definitely do this again!

Staff were so polite, helpful, and attentive. The associate that helped me find wet kitten food was so nice and made my experience extremely enjoyable. The cashier was also very accommodating and a joy. Although they are quite pricey I appreciate their brand being available for a very reasonable price and better yet they're grain-free. The store itself was clean and easy to navigate.

The store had the terrarium items we were seeking and took the time to find one of the items for us. The staff seemed knowledgeable and was very friendly to the humans and animals that we saw in the store. Free parking is also a plus!

Please Please Please do not take your animals here. Tracy R and line- back Mylessa are the epitome of rude, unprofessional and disrespectful women . I had my dog appointment today and they refuse to groom him. I told Tracy, can you please be careful with his back leg because he had a fractured and he has a limp. Mind you the fractured happened with he was a baby, which was two years ago. Since then my dog has been coming here and line back Mylessa has always groomed him.They refused to groomed my dog and when I asked to speak to line back Mylessa, she refused to come out to talk to me. I went to complain to the store manager Sam( very nice guy). However, these two ladies has showed the worst customer services ever and I have already filed my complaint. I’m not stopping until these two ladies are removed from the store.

I only take my family pets, Cat and a Dog, to Petco on Roosevelt Rd. in Chicago because our groomer, Mylissa, is the absolute best groomer ever. I have taken our pets to other places, but the staff are not always friendly or caring. Mylissa is always courteous, friendly, helpful and just overall amazing for she treats our pets like family. Thank you for all that you do Mylissa.
