it seems to be a problem with my rewards and not being able to buy a grass plant for our cat. Cashier claimed my mom had to order it online and can't use the points in the store???. I've never heard of such a crazy thing. I walk in there and use the points on food, toys and exc. So why wouldn't she be able to use the rewards in the store. That's what the points are for to pay for items.

I like this place cuz it's near my house. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have many selection of food for my one month old puppies.

Ricardo is amazing and so kind to my fur baby. I Had a bad experience at the one on Lawrence, and I told them all about it. They were so understanding and ready and willing to make sure my cat was taken care of. Seriously a gem.

Very disappointing š the store was clutterd and dirty.Stock levels of temptation products were beyond low.Almost nonexistent and their house brand was completely rejected by my š cat.And the neighborhood possum !!*I will be taking some stuff back for a refund.I was so disappointed.The store was just a mess.At least in the cat and small pet area.It was a waste of my time.I forced myself to buy someItems since I drove all the way there.I normally don't feel this strongly but I was shocked by Petco.I was insulted by their lack of responsibility toward me as a customer.

Amazing grooming staff that went above and beyond to help my dog Minnie she was a hard case and was really in need and they did everything possible to help her and accommodate her. Forever grateful, and will only use them from now on.

I noticed online that 12.5 bag of the puppy Science diet dog food was $38 something but in the store was it was $57 ...I brought it to the attention of the store clerk and she said they were more than happy to match the price....so I was extremely happy that Petco did that.

Two weeks ago & Second time on this location, don't think I'll be back . I needed help @ the fish department nobody was around went to the front after waited a bit, cashier black hair & pony tail asked the other cashier if can help me out. He was taking care of a client, he said after he finishes the transaction. Which is Understanding but he finished, grabbing his cellphone started talking with the other cashier figuring out who was gonna help me out. I asked again is someone is gonna help me out because need some assistance. Their response was.. we going to get you someone, also another employee white lady, blonde hair with a Bob haircut was back and forward didn't even bother( not sure if was the manager). After waited for like 15-20mins decided to leave. I understand that could happen once but twice, same location. One star, I will them cero since there was no good service @all & definitely I won't recommend this location.

The store manager Hugo helped me try to find a tshirt for my Lenny. However the M was all sold out. He asked one of the cashier to assist in ordering it and it arrives Saturday. So Happy š

Staffs are mean. There was this lady that I approached to ask question, I tried to get her attention for 3 times even if Iām so close her and she pretended that she doesnāt hear me. And when I asked her a question, she answered me in a mean way. She is not friendly at all. Not just her tho. Iāll never go back to that Petco ever again.

Usually well stocked with solid deals. The Petco monthly rewards are awesome. The membership basically pays for itself with the rewards and discounts.

There is a wide variety of pet food and kitty litter. I've never had any type of bad experience with staff, they are always willing to help. I come here often to buy crickets. They also sell mealworms and roaches. It's a nice and clean space and obviously very dog friendly.

My visits are usually nice and quick. I had gone to pick up an online order and my order had been complete. The employee in charge of online orders made me wait simply because I didnāt have the confirmation email. She had glasses not sure what her name was. I didnāt have access to my mail at the time. I was also in a rush and I am usually understanding as I have also been an employee myself but her attitude was just unnecessary. All she kept saying was she needed the confirmation email to be sent. I didnāt receive the confirmation until days later. If it had been someone else they would not have been as patient, do better

I only took two pictures but there where multiple dead fishes in all the tanks. They clearly don't clean the tanks in a regular basis because one of the dead fishes was just bones. It's truly sad to see animal not getting the proper care.

Me and my father normally go to this Petco because we have a turtle, and we went to go get fishes normally they are cute and pretty but they where dead, and the water was dirty and we saw the ferrets and there cage was dirty. Normally they are clean and the people there are so nice but they have an attitude for no reason.

The fish section of this Petco was so disgusting and so uncared for in my opinion. The man at the fish section was very nice. Some of the fish had ick (thatās what the white spots are). In my opinion the worst part of the fish section was the amount of molded over, dead fish carcasses and fish skeletons. I came here three days out of the week (Iām setting up a 55 gallon tank and buying things for it) and each day I kept seeing the same dead fish carcasses that are not being cleaned out. I even saw a couple of fishes nibbling and eating a dead molded fish carcass. The staff at this petco has to take better care of their fish section. I am a fish keeper and this made me so sad to see.

I bring my dog here for nail trims and ive had no issues. My only complaint is that i wish they had more toy options for aggressive chewers.

This review is specifically for Sarah C the amazing grooming specialist. Thank you for being so patient with Mochi! Sarah gave my dog an excellent quality cut. She listened to my specific requests and gave a great shape cut to my pup.Definitely book to see Sarah shes the best!Associates at this location are great and the store is clean and an enjoyable shopping experience.

Terrible experience at Petco West Diversey with the Dog training. Michelle said she is not capable to work with my dog. Why you hire someone that is not qualified? She told me to call the costumer service and get my refund. My dog is not anymore allowed to go to dog training

I had an appointment today, while waiting in line, somebody (she was really nice and apologetic, I am not complaining about her) approach me and said they wouldnāt be able to take my dog in for grooming at my appointment time, if I want to come later today?! First, why youāre giving an appointment if youāre unable to accept more dogs, 2, why do I have to come back later when I have an appointment?! I understand your time is important but what about me driving there 30 min and back to home 30 min wasting my time for nothing? At least someone couldāve called me say Iām sorry but we wonāt be able to take you in today. So I wouldnāt have drove for 1 hour. No matter what the reason is this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.!!PS: I have a vital care membership with them, paying money every month!!! So donāt waste your time and money here!!!

Really bad customer service and they always blame policies, it seems they donāt even listen to the client and it always seems they are playing around. I come often to this branch because I found an amazing groomer here for my dog, he has a special diet and at this place they make it so complicated to get his food either they donāt know what I am talking about or they donāt see outside the box, my vet stated that is I had a picture of the prescription they should be able to sale the food. Here it seems they donāt want to sale the product. Itās. Shame that management just becomes arrogant and donāt listen to the client at all. I donāt usually leave reviews but lately I have noticed that customer service is in decline and we need to speak up to see a change.

First of all I would like to thank Ricardo for being very helpful. Very professional. I brought my girlfriends shitzu Gizmo there to get a grooming. When I picked him up he was very well taken care of. We were very happy with the results. And the price was very reasonable. And the girl that helped me with finding him a collar, thank you so much for helping me. It was my first time doing anything with a dog. Never been a dog owner so I'm very inexperienced. She was very helpful. Very nice and professional also. I cannot remember her name but thank you. I will be bringing Gizmo back.

I am a Premier Vital Care member I have three rescue dogs and yesterday was my second experience at Petco to get my dogs their annual shots. The staff was so great. They are kind, experienced, sensible and so dog friendly. My experience was great, my youngest dog and newest member of my pack was adopted last year from CACC. She has always been high strung but has improved dramatically in the last couple of months. I was afraid to bring her but they were great and she was even more amazing. The experience of getting your yearly vaccinations for your dogs does not have to be stressful I recommend Petco and their vital care program. You make an appointment and you show up you don't have to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes for the vet to be available. It's also very affordable.
