This place is great, 1st time pet owner. Staff is resourceful and knowledgeable, grooming department is super. It was my puppy 1st cut and he looks amazing. Definitely going to continue coming here for all our doggie needs😁

Terrible store. This cat is being neglected sleeping next to his litter box and Tortured by dogs owners with managers as quiet as a mouse about it . When I said something to the manager about how they are allowing animal abuse to take place I was immediately unwelcome in the store anymore, this store is a disgrace to animal welfare. Do better!

Visited this location 3/26/24. What a waste of time. Not one employee said hello or asked if I needed help during the time of walking around pretty much the whole store. There were about 6 employees until I asked someone to help me. I went to buy mealworms, small dubia roaches and crickets for my leopard gecko . No crickets, worms and half of the container were dead and starting to turn into beetles and 1 container of small dubia roaches dead and the other half dead. Waste of time took me 40 minutes on public transit for nothing. I stick with my Elston and Addison location. They're awesome there

As long as you're not looking for a pizza or an Italian beef and you're looking for pet related stuff, this place is pretty good. They had a very cute orange tabby there for adoption and we talked for a bit. Well, I did most of the talking. He just looked like he wanted to go home with me or some other very nice person ( I don't mean to imply that I'm very nice, maybe just nice most of the time. I'm sure there are those out there who would say I'm more of a jerk than a nice guy, but those would not be cats ( or dogs ).Anyway, they seem to be a little understaffed at times, but the cats are cool and everyone who works there is pretty helpful. The prices are what they are. They are ok overall. If you want to get a car however, stop on by. I don't remember the orange tabby's name, but it started with a "V". Did I say he was pretty cute? One of his ears has a boo boo on it, but he's a trooper.

I will always come here... plus they price match..Amazon etc... also if u bring ur food back with half or more, you can get ur money back and they will donate the bag.. the employees were nice. They have fish, birds, hamsters, ferrets

This is my neighborhood store and I recently purchased the self wash station package for my pup and Amy went above and beyond to help us, answer our questions about the process, and she was so kind and welcoming! She made it such a wonderful experience and our pup loved her too! The rest of the Team was also amazing, everyone is so nice and helpful. It's the same way every time we go. Wonderful store! Horrible experience.We were running 10 min late for our puppy grooming service, and called to let the worker know. As I was apologizing for being late, they were giving me attitude on the phone and they hung up on me. I had my mini poodle come in for a full grooming service and got charged for a service that was not done properly. I never asked for them to make my dog completely look bald, the nails were not cut, and did not smell fresh from a wash. This was poor service. Never again.

Amy was great! She even remembers my dog BY NAME! I forgot my coupon but she was able to get me the discount anyways. Customer service like this is rare these days. Its one of the reasons I return to this store and recommend it to my pet owning friends.

This store is always so amazing. Me and my husband made the switch immediately from Petco to this store after one visit. Always clean, always stocked, always someone ready to help. The people that work here really care about what they do and you can tell they care about you too. I have never had a bad experience and I can't imagine ever having one with the way this store runs. It truly is a breath of fresh air shopping here and we will be life long customers. Me and my newfies thank you!

This is a nice location with plenty of parking. I only purchase canine related things so I can only speak on that. There's such a variety of food and treats available. Staff is also pretty friendly. I'm always in and out.

Check the scale when the cashier weighs your items, I was charged $3.45 for a 2.5” piece of millet.I asked her to make sure the scale was zeroed out..and the actual price was 22 cents. This has happened on 4 separate occasions. Not once did the cashier acknowledge her mistake, but rather that I was being difficult.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!I had a bad experience at pet supplies plus on 2/4/2023 because they canceled my dogs grooming appointment 3 minutes before the appointment time and I lost a day's worth of work and I told the manager Isabella S. Amy and she didn't care at all. Then they said that they will take care of my dog but that I would have to leave him for 5-6 hours after being told that they wouldn't be able to cut his hair. I don't want other customers to have the same bad experience I had.
