Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time today and Pedro was great at explaining the process of cutting my dog’s hair. It was $57 for a full grooming, which is reasonable to me. He speaks Spanish and English, which is great since his location is around a Latino community. Overall, I am very satisfied and look forward to taking my dog again in two months.

Pedro is an amazing groomer, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute and treated my pupper great! The cut was perfect my doggo looks amazing and Pedro even helped point out a possible ear infection. Super stellar service - very friendly and nice I will definitely be back!

When speaking with the groomer I asked him not to cut the dogs hair short. His response right away was defensive and said no he cannot do that and said to take my dogs elsewhere. Very rude and unprofessional

Pet Palace Grooming is the only place that can cut my dog's nails! They are patient, kind, and accommodating. My rescue dog is a lover of humans but is terrified of other dogs (even though he is 65 lbs) and can be aggressive. Juan & Pedro make sure he is taken care of and work with my schedule to get him in when they aren't busy. I've been coming to them for over 4 years and I make the drive all the way from Lakeview because they are THAT good!

Highly recommend. He's speaks both English and Spanish. Prices range from $40 - $65 depends on size of dog and package. And he took his time. Luci looks and smells great!

They did an okay job on the haircut but they told us they would call us in 2 hours. Instead they didn’t call us at all and after 3 hours of waiting, we went in and they were eating sandwiches and my dog had been ready for over an hour. Also left the hair in some spots pretty long.

Used to be my go to for years. But the owner, told me I could not take my dog anymore bc he “barks too much.” (Pomeranian). I feel like this isn’t the field for you if you complain about a dog barking “too much”.I used to promote it to everyone I knew w a dog. This place is probably the best you can find around the area (pilsen). Just keep in mind they don’t really cut your dogs hair as you ask. They do as they can.

We have taken our large labradoodle Red here a couple of times now and have been happy with the results each time! She has a really thick curly coat that’s prone to matting and they do a good job cleaning her up without her looking like an alien when she gets shaved haha we have been to 5 different groomers and feel like we have finally found the one we will stick with!
