My dog was injured at the daycare and we really liked taking him for him to play. We kept him away for a few weeks until he healed and when we tried to make an appointment to bring him in we were told he was removed from the Daycare since he was not considered a good suit anymore. Thats rude and unacceptable. Oreo was calm and happy and didnt deserve to be kicked out rudely. I would never recommend this place anymore. I found one great new Doggie Daycare. We were told management would call me and never did. Their loss of a good client.

Firstly, the intensity of the air freshener upon entering the building is so awful and overpowering. Initially grooms were of decent quality, nothing amazing, but I stopped taking our dog here following an awful experience in May of 2023. He was groomed by a new groomer with clearly no experience. I actually took out the scissors when I got home and tried to fix it, it was that bad. I sent feedback and got no response. Customer Service? Staff turnover seems to be a bit of an issue. I took our dog to Tucker Pups from that point on and the groom quality was so much better! Would recommend going there for sure. To add insult to awful groom, 7 months later Pet Care Plus contacted me via email out of the blue to say payment failed and I needed to settle the account. I actually initially thought it was a scam email. Within about a week they sent a follow up slapping on late payment fees and banning our dog from their business 😂😂 Awful customer service and approach. Pick up the phone and call me as a first step, I would have happily resolved the issue and asked when they might get round to responding to my feedback. I settled the account without paying any late payment fee obviously as it was their issue and they had 7 months to reach out to me. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend overall. However, I will say Gina is a decent groomer so if you get a booking with her you should be ok.

We love Pet Care Plus and how they look after our pup! On his first day, he was sent home with a report card and a big smile. It made us happy to know and see how attentive the staff is with him and to see how much they love animals! We’ve been to many places for daycare but this by far is the cleanest, most attentive establishment we’ve found in the city thus far!

my puppy and I were on our daily walk and I happened to spot this place and decided to go in to check it out and see what services were provided. To my delight I was greeted by Eloni, who was beyond friendly and helpful. She patiently explained to me the services provided, pricing, helped me look for items I needed, and was really friendly with my puppy. I ended up buying a few things and thanked her for being so kind, I wasn't sure how I would be reacted to because I came in on a random Sunday and didn't have any appointment or anything.Nugget and I will be back for grooming services, thank you so much eloni, nugget and I had a great experience! 🐾🖤

Gina did a wonderful hair cut for our golden. Taking a star off because they had no treats/bribes to offer our doggy to help with the transition of handing her off to the groomer. So I would recommend coming with a bag of your own treats to give them. I will say when we picked her up she had completely acclimated to her groomer, so we were happy that she seemed to be well taken care of while she was there.

These two love to be home but their second favorite place is at Pet Care Plus where the staff know all their favorite friends and make sure to keep these two busy and the happiest. Luna and Emmi rush to the door to get into daycare - for the lazy white one its the most excited I see her that doesn't involve a treat or a meal:) Thank you PCP we love knowing our pups are loved and cared for, your staff is wonderful and clearly our dogs don't miss us at all when they are busy playing at PCP! I have been a regular customer for both boarding and daycare since 2016.

We had no issues for 2 years until today they let another dog harass Colbie and bit her right next to her eye. They even told us they watched this attacking dog provoke colbie and decided to not get in the way before it attacked colbie almost taking her eye out. This speaks levels to their incompetence. One of the only places I trust to board my dog. Sol, my dog loves this place for day care, and boarding. My dog can be a little timid, but when we get here she gets so excited and walks in happily! I have boarded her several times here for work, and on some weekends, I get the sweetest updates and I feel comfortable and trust that she is well taken care of. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful! It is also a plus that I can check on her when needed via video. Overall, I highly recommend this place for boarding, and daycare, they are professional and loving towards the puppies!

Our 5 month old cavapoo CJ had his first ever grooming today with Summer. The entire staff was friendly and professional and our pup seemed very comfortable with them upon picking him up! Summer did an incredible job with the grooming and bath, giving him a very nice teddy bear look. We will definitely be back, highly recommend Pet Care Plus!

This place is GREAT! I was looking for a new groomer. I moved to Chicago less than 2 years ago and have tried many different places since moving here. Nola has come home with cuts, nicks, irritated skin, sore paws, and even what looked like a bruise. She’s always terrified when I pick her up. I decided to try Pet Care Plus and am so happy that I did. Nola is happy, not at all anxious, and looks beautiful. Gina really knows what she’s doing. Thank you, thank you, many times THANK YOU!!

I take my one year old golden retriever to Pet Care Plus for daycare, boarding, and grooming. I can not recommend them enough!!! My pup is always so well taken care of, she is happy, and she is always so excited to go!! The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming to my pup and they answer all of my questions. When boarding, we received daily emails that put me at ease knowing my girl was happy and well taken care of! It’s also fun to check in on the webcams, too! I am so happy that we found PCP, and I would not take my pup anywhere else!

Hated to change doggy daycare providers when moving from Chicago. Pet Care Plus is hands down THE BEST doggy daycare. My pup pulled at the leash to get in every morning. Can’t go wrong with them.

I cannot express how much Sunni TRULY enjoys the staff and her pup friends at PCP. I know I always send her with extra things and she tends to be extra anxious, but every staff member at PCP makes me feel secure that she is in the best hands possible. I appreciate getting the "pupdates" which put my mind at ease when she can be a picky eater. Also, we have even run into a few daycare friends outside of daycare and become friends with them! I have and will continue to recommend Pet Care Plus to friends that ask - in a city where you have a lot of options, you only want the best for your fur babies <3

I’ve used PCP multiple times for boarding. My pup comes home happy and tired! I love that they have cameras you can log into to see them at play. They offer grooming services which is great especially after boarding! The staff always very friendly and helpful. They also have after hours pick up/drop off. I highly recommend them!

I would be very careful about leaving your dog here for the groomers. I dropped my dog off for a grooming at 12:30- the groomers said she would be done at 3. I get a text at 2:24 saying she is done and ready to be picked up- I get there at 2:58 and the doors are locked and no one is answering their phones. I am calling them consecutively- sitting outside their doors crying wondering where my dog is going to get her next meal or have they given her water. At 3:24 the groomers walks outside with my dog acting like nothing had happened. Wow. Just wow.

Our dog, Remy is always so happy to go to pet care plus. The staff is super friendly and checkin is always a breeze. One note for owners who walk their dogs in the area, keep the dogs on the sidewalks and be careful where they step. There is always broken glass, trash, etc on the sidewalk, streets, and grassy areas. The area could use a city sweep.

We love Pet Care Plus! We take our yellow lab here for both daycare and boarding and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is very welcoming and excited to see him, and our dog is always excited to go which I think speaks for itself. Their doggy pool is a great added bonus and we always take advantage of this perk.

We have been taking our dogs to Pet Care Plus for about 6 years now - they are the best! We have 2 high energy dogs that need one on one play with their staff instead of group play with other dogs. Group play is great too but we stick with what works for our dogs’ personalities. When we board them, our pups get to share the same suite. They love the pool. Their staff really gives us peace of mind so we can enjoy time away without having to worry about the safety and care of our dogs.

Pet Care Plus has been a real boon for us as first-time dog owners. The staff seem to genuinely love working with animals and our dog is always thrilled to head to daycare. She even enjoys grooming appointments, which is in stark contrast to her at-home baths. The service is amazing and we would recommend this option to anyone with pets.

We have been going to PCP for grooming for a few years; and just started with daycare for our new puppy as well. I can't say enough good things about Pet Care Plus. They are amazingly loving and caring and take every precaution to maintain safety for the dogs. We have never been disappointed with groomings and our puppy absolutely loves going to daycare. He gets excited as soon as we pull up, and his tail wags all the way into the building. We couldn't be more pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

I've been sending my dog to Pet Care Plus for daycare, boarding and grooming since he was a puppy and I can't recommend it highly enough. He doesn't do well in crates and their grooming is perfect for him because he can go back to daycare after he's done instead of sitting in a crate waiting to be picked up. The staff is incredibly friendly and they're very flexible. I can always adjust dates and times for things and I receive updates on his day when I pick him up. I trust that he's in good hands when he's there and he comes home happy and tired!

They are the absolute best! The facility is nice and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and takes such great care of my fur baby! Each dog has to pass an assessment day which makes me feel comfortable about the safety of my dog. You can watch each play area live, so you can see exactly what is going on! You can tell they care about each dog and the cleanings of the facility. 11/10 for sure!

Turk LOVES going to Pet Care Plus! His tail wags with excitement when we pull up and he practically drags me in the door! I love that everyone knows us and welcomes us! Turk seems to really love all the staff there. He always goes up to all of them with excitement! I love being able to pop online and watch him playing. The staff is always either engaging with the dogs or cleaning! I also love the pool area! Turk loves water and seems to really enjoy that time!

Truly the best day care facility ever. Carmen is AMAAAAZING!! I hope PCP knows what a gem she is. I’ve never seen my pup Oliver connect with another person like he has with her. She is incredibly kind and truly cares about the doggos.I’ve had just wonderful experiences with all the other staff too. Grooming services have been great as well. The fact that they have web cams so we can check on Ollie is just awesome. I’ve never utilized the boarding but the pricing is great and they offer a lot of options.Would recommend PCP 100000x over!

Pet Care Plus is the best doggie daycare in town!I send my frenchie for daycare several days each week and it has now become her home away from home. The staff takes pride in what they do and are truly incredible with the dogs and care for them as if they were their own pets. The facilities are fantastic and they have different play areas to accommodate dogs of all sizes, as well as a pool if your dog likes to swim! Another bonus is the taxi service they provide which has been a life saver.We love this place and will continue to send our little fur baby here!

We did a Board and train at Per Care Plus over spring break and our 6 month old puppy had a great stay. Although it was a busy boarding week there, he adjusted ok. And he received great training with Jamie. Learned a lot in just a few days and we’ve been able to apply his training at home. The facility is clean, there are a variety of boarding packages for your dog, you can call or email for updates and they are overall great with dogs. Will definitely board with them again in the future. And highly recommend training with Jamie!
