Diana was terrific! I have an 18 year-old cat that had a terrible mat of hair, which I couldn't take care of, so I took him to Paw & Claw for the first time. Since Diana was booked like 10 weeks in advance, I was put on a waiting list, and she called me when there was a cancellation. She worked on my cat for about 30 minutes and completely combed it out. I highly recommend this place to every cat owner.

Took my 7yo tortie here. In and out nail trim and thorough brush for $20 (only cash/check) - what a steal when city places are booked out until fall or not taking cats. Diana's fantastic price wise and knowledge wise. Give the gal a break with personality - spoke to her on the phone prior to my appointment and she answered all my questions. Reminded me of my mom, and she's working with cats all day, haha!

I brought my Himalayan kitty to Paw and Claw for the first time yesterday. This was my first experience with a groomer, so I definitely took time to do my research. Long story short: the matted cat that I dropped off was not the same cat that I picked up. She looked like she lost 5 lbs, was silky, soft, and frankly, she looked like a whole new cat. Diana did an incredible job, and she will definitely be seeing us again!

Where would you bring your very best, very finicky, friend for a day at the spa? Only to a place that understands the reluctant, the easily agitated, the fragile heart which is easily hurt but able to forgive. One that is used to people with claws that are not politicians. She sells a limited number of supplies but what she has she trusts, so you can. Call and be prepared to leave a message if it's not early or late- she's taking care of your babies, no matter what their age. Pesky fee will be assigned if your friend gets skitterish. My highly spirited Silver Persian baby started like "you're going to do what?" but later calmly posed as beautiful coquette ingenue, 🎀 in her hair, ready to be adored. Diana will go out of her way to resolve and repair mats. Your rescues are SAFE here. Butt trims available. Tell her what you need. Very open, easy to talk with and honest. Tribe or singleton, she will help you care for your best friend. Just call.

I can’t tell you all about the actual grooming services because I did not set up an appointment. I was called by Diana after I left a voicemail inquiring about pricing. She was extremely rude. I greeted her with a “hi, how are you?” And she responded “what do you need” Is this how you speak to prospective clients? I I wanted to know about pricing on grooming for my kitten and her response was “well they don’t need grooming”I responded “Well my kitten has long hair”And she says “AND??”She did not bother to explain pricing, she did not bother to explain what she offered.Just rude and not informative AT ALL.No thank you, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Diana did a phenomenal job with my extremely matted and dirty cat that got out one night! After I got him back, he looked like a completely new cat (in a good way). All his terrible mats were gone and his nails were very nicely cut. I will be coming back regularly. Keep up the great work!

Diane is very sweet and she returns your call at the earliest convenience. She is the only one who grooms them. She HIGHLY knowledgeable on cats and in how they should be groomed. Which is a reason in itself to take your car there. She’s reasonably priced. I haven’t gone yet. I have a kitten Himalayan. She was recommended by furry tail groomers to me, whom I used to take my dog to get groomed then passed. So I hit a kitten and I’m a new kitten mom ,ok grandmom, cause she’s my sons cat.I will be a walk in this weekend.

My older kitty Sloane has a difficult coat to deal with. Diana did a wonderful job, getting her down to a beautifully soft, manageable coat. Diana also uses fear-free and low stress handling techniques, which is very important to me. When we got home, Sloane (who has arthritis) wasn't limping or in any pain, which has happened after other groomers. Thank you so much Diana, we'll see you again!

Brought our scared and aggressive cat for an overdue claw trim. Diana knows all the tricks from over 40 years grooming cats. Snip, snip and we're done. It used to require 3 people at the vet. She's a gem!

First of all why call your selves paw and cat grooming when you mention to your customers your not seeing any felines at all!so if your a groomers and unsure if your groom cats don’t call your selves groomers so if you want to get your dog groom well come on down to paw and cat groomers because like they said they don’t groom cats!
