I used this place because it was located close to my house. Charged $30 more on top of original price for matted fur, which I normally do not see a problem with. But to pay extra and not be satisfied with the services is completely different. The girl at the front desk also verbally told me $85 dollars, and the slip clearly said $80 after they wrote it up, I assume she was including a tip for herself. I was aware that they had to shave her due to the matted fur, but they completely shaved her and made her look like a chihuahua. My dog was behaving very strange when we picked her up from here. I had to ask my girlfriend a few times if she thinks they gave her something, just because she was kind of in a daze for the entire day after being groomed that morning. She also screamed loudly a few times when I physically picked her up that day, after we left the shop. I believed she was nicked a bit. I’m always cautious when leaving bad reviews, especially because it’s a family owned business. But seeing that other people had similar experiences, I had to share my story. 2 stars because the service was speedy and convenient, but that was the only good thing about the experience.

ARe you kidding One lucky puppy???? These people cut my puppies paw 💀💀💀💀I tell you they are rude unprofessional. They need to go out of business….. it was my first time and I totally regret it . I don’t take it to small claims cour because I feel bad hurting anyone. But don’t DOnt take your dog there . I will report them to the better business bureau. I have to take my puppy to the vet now 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠. I don’t even want to give them one star

Small place so you'd almost miss it if you weren't really looking for it. I'm so happy we found it though! This shop has very reasonable prices for all that they do.It was our first time here and the staff made me feel very welcome, also they took great care of my dog! They gave her a trim, nails, brushed teeth, and gave her a bath at a very reasonable $45. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely come back and will definitely recommend to any of my friends with dogs.

I actually works directly next door to puppy salon and their work I haven't experienced it myself due to the fact I don't have a lil puppy luv one I would luv to have 1 that's another long story but anyways I see puppies coming in n out the whole day they be so full that @12pm they stop taking lil puppies in the puppies comes out happy n pretty n looking clean, so yes for those who do believe in taking care n grooming their lilpups Puppy Salons is the place to take ur baby

I've taken my dogs here a few time and they always seemed anxious when i picked them up. The last time i got my dogs back and one had a huge knot on his back we had to take him to the vet and the other one was shaven so close under her chin you could see skin would not recommend be careful

Took my fur baby for his first hair cut and I honestly am left very satisfied with the outcome.Prices are VERY reasonable and its a family business which makes me support the dog salon even more. Would recommend to anyone in need of a great grooming place!

The first time I went here, the girl at the front desk welcomed me in and checked me in. I was then very surprised to see how she proceeded to take my dog to the back and move on to the next person WITHOUT asking me what type of haircut I wanted for my dog. I had to interrupt her other conversation to let her know what I wanted my dogs haircut to look like and ask her what the duration of the grooming was going to be. When I came back to pick up my dog I asked her how she did, and she rolled her eyes at me and she said she did alright. My dog looked scared and I had never gotten bad feedback from previous groomers from her. They always comment how she is such a sweetheart. Don’t recommend. PS: They do not ask for your dogs Rabbies Vaccine!

My dogs had been going here and the service was exceptional. But the last time my dogs would go during a pandemic the owner increased the charges by almost more than double the cost.Where I typically would pay $130 for both a little pricey I know. I’ll admit due to time lapse in the grooming services both being of bisheon breed would be overdue their regular grooming and their fur in some areas would be a little matted. Therefore I would expect to be charged more than the $50 regular price per dog($130because of matted fur)but on the last visit a price of $220 thats almost double the price for both small breed dogs. I could deal with extra fee but to over charge customers that are Patronizing your business in these hard times. To up a charge increase in that amount is ridiculous. I was able to go to Petsmart right down the street and pay a total of $150 for both dogs and a fee was included for the matted fur. Let me add the lady pulled the huge price increase on my teenage daughter that was dropping the dogs off for me. When I called to question why such a huge price increase she immediately got defensive.With no explanation other than they are matted is the reason for a $90 increase. ( I assure you just a few matted spots)After being confronted she then refused to groom the dogs. Stating “she didn’t feel comfortable grooming them anymore and that I needed to pick them up” And I immediately did just that. Avoid this shady place.

I have taken my Shih Tzu a number of times here to get groomed. Despite the bad reviews and always being charged a different price, I still came here. The boys that greeted me were always very nice. This week I came for the last time. The women that charged me a different and big amount was rude and told me that reason for the amount was because my dog was very knotted when she wasn’t. She walked away from me while I was still talking to her. My dog didn’t like going there because they mistreated her. She always came out of there shaking and terrified with the urgency of wanting to leave. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

This is a really bad place .I wouldn't recommend you guys to bring your pet here.The reason why I brought him to this place was because they recommended me to bring him here..So I took him to this place to check it out he got his hair cut and few hours later after I had pick him up he started itching we didn't notice what was it until we got closer to see what was going on and we seen that he was getting a rash so we called the place and explain what was going on ..and they just told us that they weren't responsible for anything that was happening to my dog skin they were being so rude I just hang up on them I took my dog to the vet and they told me it was fungus If you really care about your pet don't bring him here. I see alot of people who be complaining and I do believe that it's true because this is not right what happening to my dog!!

Took my Benji their Monday he looked sad and was sick throwing up and I checked him and looked at he’s under belly and he’s balls looked like they just passed the machine and not being careful I feel like my dog got mistreated here I wouldn’t recommend at all will never bring my poor puppy here again.

Brought my pup a little over 2 months prior, went in for a second visit and the owner would not take him in. Understandably so my pup was nervous to be groomed and growled at the owner as I was turning him over. My dog, however, is a 9 month old goldendoodle, doesn't bite and is very friendly. The owner tugged and pulled at his leash and yelled "No" at him, so my dog freaked out and began barking at him. Perhaps the owner is intimated by larger dogs--just saying if ur in the pet grooming business you should know how to handle dogs and pulling, tugging, and yelling at them is not OKAY! He then said there's no way I brought him 2 months ago, and that he needs to be accustomed to grooming by bringing him every 2 months (otherwise he wouldn't take him)...I reiterated that I had brought him 2 months prior (surely they must keep a record) and that it was not communicated to me that he would only take him if I brought my dog in for grooming every 2 months consistently at that time.Needless to say. I left with my shaggy dog, but I definitely won't be back. If I could give him 0 stars for CUSTOMER SERVICE I would.

Took my dog here for the very first time they try telling me my dog was completely matted and they would have to shave her down completely when my dog WAS NOT MATTED!!:..Told the girl give me my dog I’ll take her to PetSmart moral of the story is don’t ever cheat on your dogs groomers for another place..
