Big store with lots of useful items. Great place to find holiday decor especially inflatables.Some of the quality of items there were low specifically at check out like the candy and some cheap Halloween candy bowls with superhero's.

I like that you can use the QR to look up where your item is. However, the item I was looking for had “6 remaining” but in fact was out of stock. I did have a helpful employee encounter, but ultimately had to settle for a different item.

The store was clean and organized, I found a great deal on outdoor seating! I definitely have to come back and check out more of their products. The home department is a must to look at. They have more plants and flowers outside but it's gated. The cashier was friendly and there was no line. There's a free parking lot and public restrooms.

Went here for potting soil to replant some of my plants that grew. Asked a sales associate because all they had was cactus potting soil and nutrient top soil. She said they do indeed have it, and I don’t have to worry about it and they will grab it and bring to the register but it will take a half hour. 45 minutes later as a friend and I explored the merchandise, I went up to the front counter and the sales associate calls someone and tells me that i can EAAAASILY go out and grab it. Kudos to the other stock guy who said that he would get it for me. Went outside, and it was top soil and mulch. Not even the soil that I waited 45 mins to purchase. Will try Lowe’s instead, or Amazon at-least then I can get the merchandise and customer service that I want.

This Menards location is Middle Tier in size compared to other Menards within a few mile radius. They do have a large outdoor lumber area if one is looking for building materials.

This is a good menards- their contractor service team is attentive and friendly. The customer service is quick and friendly. Well stocked with many building material options. Good parking lot layout. Clean store, too. Cashier's are friendly too.

I do not understand how this place has 4.3 reviews. No one was helping me at the door section and then had to went back exchange something because they put a wrong item in my bag for the order pick up section. Asked two sales associates, they just bluntly told me in my face to go away. Never come back here… it looks like they pick customers to tease and prank

Great store not only for everything home DIY but you can find well selected trusted top brands of absolutely everything when you need it including health related items like NyQuil or electrolyte drinks! Clean and well organized shelves. The best part is that prices on everything are lower than everywhere else. The staff

For years , I thought that the Home depot is the unique hardware , diy and light construction store, I looked for a ceiling fan in 3 different locations, but I didn't find something that would be a good fit for my living room , a friend told about menards, they have a huge selection of fans and light 😀. Will definitely keep shopping there.

The prices - as advertised! - are really great at Menard's and it's the same quality stuff! And I would give them more stars except I have to say it is just impossible to find things in this store. Good thing the staff are friendly and helpful, but even they couldn't find some of the things that I found online on the Menard's website. I spent a good amount of my time following different staff members around as they escorted me to sometimes really unexpected places to locate parts. 15 years ago, this would have been a four or five star review, but nowadays it's hard to compete without giving customers some way to connect the items on the website with which the section of the store you might find those items in the store itself. Help, Menards! I want shopping at your store to be less stressful!

I made a purchase yesterday and came to the store today to return the item, which did not work for my home. I had my receipt which listed the date and time of purchase. Laura, the lady working at the returns counter, accused me of “not purchasing this item yesterday” because the packaging was open. I told her that I was returning the item because it did not fit, all packaging was present with the item, and that the date and time of purchase were listed on the receipt. She was incredibly rude, huffing and puffing for 3 minutes before issuing my return. I will not be returning to this location; go to Morton Grove for a better customer experience.

I purchased a pan for my shower and the staff were SO helpful! They helped look up information to verify I got the right size, and drain direction. They pulled it down with a forklift, and had a second one pulled because the first one was damaged. The staff went above and beyond!!
