I’ve been to the Menards on North Ave a number of times in the last 2.5 months. At least 3 or 4 times I’ve ran into Devin. He has been extremely professional in each encounter and has helped me in multiple departments. He seems to truly care about the customers which is always great !! Alondra on the registers has helped me a few times as well. They both were a great help m and very patient with me on multiple occasions. Thank you !!

This is an excellent store that has everything you might need for your home improvement needs. The staff are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Get to know the layout the store if you plan on coming here regularly and everything will fall into place. And definitely take part in the whole rebate game. It adds up if you do a lot of DIY projects, starting a serious garden setup in your yard or overhauling a new property. Give them your business - save yourself some money too. The jingle wasn’t lying, you do save here

I love this Menards! They have everything you need, and everything you never knew that you needed! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. You can even pick up food items along with home improvement items. One stop shopping! That saves so much time!

I switch out my apartment bathroom since the landlord was too cheap to do it & the last tenant was trifling. total cost for sink, faucet, lighting& medicine cabinet $317.00 and I received a $31 rebate, so actually I paid $286 for everything, however labor was free courtesy of the landlord, lol

This Menard's has a lot of products sometimes what other stores do not have in stock. The Store is organized and clean, There is also plenty of parking. Every time I stop by the store I purchase more things because there are all of ways interesting things to buy. Will come again.

Huge selection. They even have a food section. Prices are reasonable. They also have a large outdoor section. Lots of water fountains and the restrooms are clean.

I'm a loyal costumer. Have been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Couldn't find anyone to help. Couldn't find help with key machine. When I found someone in doors didn't know how either. I was told I could talk to manager. Ask to see the manager at 3 PM was not available. Re thinking my future visits. Went to the competitor. NEED enough people who are trained in customer SERVICE. This is necessary in this and any other business.

They steal your cart with your items then you ask for them to locate the event through their video cameras and they couldn't find it! Never go here again. Surprised my car was still in parking lot!!!

Pierre, the store manager, did a phenomenal job in helping out with a difficult order! He helped facilitate an exchange via corporate for a special order item within a 24 hour period of ordering. He went above and beyond to get the order fixed and followed up daily via phone or email communication. He has been with Menards for 19 years and it shows in his amazing customer service skills. I highly recommend working with him in the building department on new builds or large renovations to help with take-offs and material ordering.

The customer service at this store is outstanding! On 06/03/23 Tawanda went out of her way to help me get the item I needed, after asking me if I needed help. Every time I have went to the North Avenue location all of the Menards team members have been so helpful and kind. The management team is clearly doing a great job. I will always shop here and not at Lowes and Home Depot, where customer service is non-existent.

Dreadful, rude slow customer service. Return took 20 minutes and they tried to cheat me out of $3. Changed propane refill policy gad two employees aggressively repremanding me for doing it the way they used to do it for 15 years! Clerks in plumbing were annoyed/incabable when asking to match a worn out part I brought in. Things on web site were very difficult to grind in store. Prices missing on others. Manager is clearly setting a bad example.

Bought $8000 on tiles had to pay $110 for delivery but since they did not have all the tiles in stock I had to rent a truck and pick up the the rest of the tiles. The service in the back by the stock yard is horrible they run that’s place like the post office this girl no name tag an African American girl with a bad attitude send me a block away in the stock yard and there was no one there, waiting in the cold than had to walk back and ask what’s going on and she telling me don’t yell at me. She should have taken me back there and made sure I was taking care of but no there were 5 people chit chatting instead of helping the customer it’s just like post office.I’m surprised Home Depot is much better service.

This store can be great but the store staff personally needs more training in customer service. How to talk customers when asked direct questions concerning store products, availability as well talking to customers in general. The few that do don't make up for the ones who lack simple Customer service skills.

I had a good shopping experience at Menards I went for a pressure washer that was on sale I end up put it back and getting a better one, Lol, But I couldn’t find it at first so I ask a worker she point direction over by the lawnmower then I walk right passed it and had to ask another worker she right there, me and my brother had walk passed it again, lol, well the moral of the story everybody was willing to help no body wasn’t to busy to help, also the first young lady that I asked for help she came over there to make sure we found the pressure washer.

If I could give Menards 10 stars I would do that! They have a huge selection of everything we need every time we shop there. They even have groceries! The hardware, tools and other items are well organized so you can find what you want, the staff are friendly and they know where everything is. The store itself is pleasant and attractive. It is actually fun to shop there!
