We bought a Samsung washer/Dryer the gentleman at lowes got our order in . He was fast and awesome. We got in and out of lowes. The guys came to put the washer/Dryer together.. They were in and out . They did an Amazing job. Thank you guys. We are Satified Lowes Customers.

I have experienced very poor customer service at Lowe’s from delivery to trying to speak with someone regarding my complaints. I was given a four hour delivery window for an item. At the end of the delivery window the driver called to tell me he was running about 30min behind. After a few follow-ups and excuses of traffic…..the delivery wasn’t made for another four hours. When I called customer service they were not understanding about the complete interruption of my day.I had a second delivery scheduled for two days after, this one was conducted just as poorly. I received a call an hour before the delivery window stating my item was not assembled correctly and I can either have it delivered anyway since it’s only a “screwdriver fix” or I can wait until the assembly worker returned which they had no idea when that would be. They stated “either next week or the week after.”When I informed customer service of these additional complaints all the rep could say was “the appropriate channels” were notified and that “this type of feedback isn’t set for a follow-up.”Highly would not recommend.

Huge store with a better selection than many. Always have my hard to find furnace filters. OK prices, friendly staff. Many brand names, few generics. Self checkouts. No bags - you need to bring your own.

MANAGER KURK on duty is a Straight up LIAR. I went in the inquiring about having some wooden pieces cut for me and he immediately shook his head and gave me BULLSHIT about them not cutting any other wood other than 2x4..such LIES.. he just didn’t WANT to deal with me and my needs as a paying customer. Luckily HOME DEPOT is more than glad to help me down the /street.FYI LOWES does offer these cutting services it’s posted all over the internet!!!WONT BE COMING HERE AGAIN.

Very difficult to check out using self checkout and still receive military discount. Ended up going to customer service but had too long of a line and left.

Placed a curbside order, when I arrived at the store, I was called and told do to the weather they won't bring my order out. Being handicapped I was upset, but I understood the store might be short staffed. Since I was going in to pick up my order I wanted to get a key made. There was nobody working near the machine and a few associates walked passed me without offering to help. I went to the service desk twice to ask for assistance and here I am 20 minutes later writing a bad review for poor service

Couldn't walk out with a fridge today. The sales associate for that section was on break, and no one else knew how to check out. Then, I asked for a military discount, and they said I had to sign up online and wait 24hrs and another co-worker offered one of the discount codes under the keyboard, but they weren't updated. Waste of time. This was the customer service department. What a joke.

The place is clean but sometimes its hard to find employees in certain areas. I waited for someone for lights to search a brand and the same for paint but the guy for paint was quick and very helpful.

Went in for a few things couldn’t find anything I needed. Than an associate I think his name was Eddie, Edgar or Evan something with a E, told me Home Depot was down the street and have way better stuff. Best experience ever found everything I needed at the Home Depot glad you have amazing customer service. 10/10

Spring Time is here and with that being said, I had to go to my favorite store. I being searching for outdoors pavement to enhance my garden and I found a variation of floors for the outdoor. What I never thought is finding a lot of precut woods so to all my diy wood crafters, Lowe's seems to have a variations of pre-cuts. Overall, experience was great the flooring representatives are also very nice and more than willing to help with small and large projects. They have a decent amount of staff just in case you need something. I hope you get the same experience that I got and keep coming back to this location😊

I won’t be shopping and Lowe’s and none of my projects will have any material coming from this location, the return policy is terrible with a receipt. Literally 2 days past the 90 day mark with a receipt wouldn’t even give a store credit.

Just stopped in to see if they had any kitchen/ microwave exhaust fan light bulbs. Wasn't sure of the size, but they did have a few on hand in different brands and sizes. So decided to come back with my old light bulb in hand. Aisles were very nice and organized. Very well lighted.

Unfortunately, this is not a good place to purchase house plants. Half of them were dead and being sold full price. Some plants were out of their nursery pots, some were parched dry with dried leaves, just very neglected plants. It’s unfortunate because their section could be great if they cared for their stock appropriately.

Horrible experience, avoid shopping for appliances at Lowe’s store #2304! My husband and I got our appliances here because they were the only store in the area that had what we wanted in stock, now I see why. We purchased a Samsung stove and fridge on 11/20/20, they delivered on November 22nd as promised. The fridge had a dent on the front left door, the delivery men insisted we keep it and get money back for the damage my husband told them he would think about it and singed on the fridge noting it was damaged. He then went to the store and explained what happened they told him they could only refund him $100.00 for the dent of a brand new over 1,000 dollar fridge what a joke from this big company. My husband told them they could take the fridge back in that case and they brought us a new one on 11/27/20 you guessed it still damaged two gashes on the side and they haven’t refunded him anything for it & we have no choice but to keep it since we need to move in already. Do not shop here!!!The 1st delivery staff did not wear masks while we did, that was very unprofessional as well.

Very disappointed. I went there to look tool boxes and tape.. that’s it. While I was looking at the tool boxes after a few minutes a security guard walked by me and he wouldn’t leave my surroundings, he was clearly checking on me, and then a store associate came over pretending to work next to me… she was pretending to stock just by moving things around. I put the tape back and I walked away. Screw this! This is a perfect example of why Amazon and online shopping is best.

Curbside pickup requires going inside to verify your purchase? The check in process didn't communicate this. Waited outside for 20min before walking in to check on the status.Then, after checking in, the clerk says I can take the item? Me thinks not. Curbside pick up is Curbside pick up. There is a need to revisit the process and retrain the staff.

Great staff when you can find one. They need to hire more staff. lots of items to look at. They probably have what you need if you have time to search the store. Great store, clean, and the bathroom was clean. But need more staff.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Went to go buy some paint and waited 40 minutes for someone to help out, completely unacceptable! I then asked more than 3x for assistance in getting a toilet down from one of the top shelves waited over an hour for someone to help. I kept asking employees for assistance and would be ignored, again completely unprofessional. Spent almost 3 hours at this location when it should’ve been a quick easy in and out situation. Overall, I really bad experience at this location. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

No one works here. I got the wrong information from a kid who evidently knew nothing about what I needed to get. Bought a nail gun that I didn't need. And I have to check myself out cause they have no cashiers. Just going to start only going to Home Depot instead.

NEVER AGAIN...Will I step foot in THIS Lowes ever!!! Went in a couple months ago to purchase a Craftsman rollcab tool storage box and they (certain floor workers) profiled me as a THIEF and personally treated me as such! If it wasn't for the fact that I really needed "THAT" particular unit, I would have just left without making purchase and filed my complaint with corporate (which is exactly what I did when I arrived home)! Far as I'm concerned they don't even deserve one star. They're just lucky I'm not a hell-raiser type of person otherwise things would have gotten ugly FOR OPENERS...TOTAL THUMBS DOWN EXPERIENCE!!!

Like to say I purchased a 2800 dollar refrigerator from Lowe’s had it delivered. If it wasn’t for the drivers honesty showing me before he brought it in the huge dent by the back compressor and then telling me they told him to bring it anyway and see if I would take it I am now still w out a working refrigerator which is really stressful my mother is il and needs her meds cold idk why they would try to do that to anyone just watch what you get there not to trustworthy
