I love to bring my dog by here as a treat on his walk. We always grab a bully stick. The bully sticks are advertised as odor free and they truly are! The owner is very friendly and pleasant. I'm always happy to support a local business instead of a big name pet store. Highly recommend!

Was super excited to have a self dog wash in the neighborhood that’s walkable, when I arrived around noon the shop was clean, bright, and cute. I was disappointed to find that the owner was closing up for the day, so I wasn’t able to utilize the dog wash. I’ll call in advance next time before making the walk over to confirm that they will be open during the listed hours. Otherwise, excited to try another time!

Our overly spoiled Chihuahua-Yorkie mix turned 7, and one of their cookies was the perfect size for our little photo op. The lady running the store advised me to wet the cookie before hand, I just made sure to cut it into smaller pieces, and she loved it.

I had ordered a cake for delivery. The next day I received a call that their supplier had issues, and they would personally deliver it themselves 1 day later with a cheaper price due to the delay. They also said they will fix any issues with their supplier for the future, and I appreciated the transparency about that. I felt very taken care of as a customer, and would recommend them for others to use! Our pup is very happy with her cake!

This place is such a fun stop for us on our walks. My dog lovessss the owner because she’s so sweet with him. He’s definitely a bull in a china shop when he barrels into the store and she’s always so patient and helpful. He’ll drag me in here if we go this way. He loves everything here. Highly recommend stopping by!

If I would be able to give a negative one on this place, I would. I bought a treat for my pup there and it made her super sick. She was shaking and vomiting the treat an hour later. Customer service was terrible, lady was very unpleasant and inappropriate. Don't recommend.

Daniel, the owner, was such a delight to chat with over the phone! You can tell she genuinely has a passion for pets and their people. A very welcoming presence in the Chi dog lover community. You won’t regret using Le Barkery!

We ordered a cake, came to collect it on the day and was advised the cake that was allocated to us was just sold, to the lady walking out as we walked in - even though we had paid for it. Our pup missed out on his birthday cake. We will not be using this store services again.

It's a cute a little store, but I didn't feel like the front associate seller was a pet friendly person. She was not giving us informational answers on the questions we asked. We just really didn't feel the vibe and was uncomfortable at times.
