Ever since I adopted Caboose, we have loved coming to Kriser's to browse and shop. Caboose got groomed here for the first time yesterday and she looks fabulous! She came home very happy, too! This was my first time at Kriser’s,so I didn’t know what to expect. I was concerned at first, because it’s been a while since my cat’s(Kaname)last wash and cut. Cris is amazing, she was able to shampoo, shave AND cut Kaname’s nails with no problem. I will definitely be seeing Cris again.

Kriser’s on State and 11th is a great shop! The people there are caring, but also understand how to give a customer room to peruse. The rewards are great, and they keep me coming back! It feels like Kriser’s really wants my business and makes a point to be well stocked, easy to use and welcoming. The three employees I frequently interact with are so nice to my dog! I love going here almost as much as my dog does!

Melitza has been our dog groomer for several years and she does a fantastic job! She is a good listener and I have never had a problem with my special requests. I know my dog ​​is in good hands because she takes the time to ask the right questions and point out the things that concern her.She always adds a little extra, like bows or bandanas, which I find adorable.

We absolutely love this location. We have had the best customer service and both our dogs really love to visit. Francesca has went above and beyond to make sure Tobias has the best experience when getting groomed. All of the groomers and staff here are excellent and I can not recommend them enough. I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was assisted with all questions I had regarding Medusa, my pet cat. I was assisted with finding products along with recommended food for Medusa. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. This place rocks!

Had to share my experience of my dog Elmo. He has been a dog who has always had issues with grooming and it's been difficult to find a groomer with enough experience to make it a good experience for Elmo. But I found Melitza and Elmo instantly was less stressed and didn't fight her that much on staying still. Before only part of his body would be groomed but now he comes looking great, smelling great and his nails are trimmed! I'm so glad for meli's experience and patience with my dog. We will coming to her more often and I will definitely recommend her to anyone that needs their dogs groomed for the safe and pleasant environment that she provides.

I recently took my dog Oliver to Kraiser's Natural Pet for a nail trim, and I couldn't be happier with the quick and easy experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They understood that time is valuable, and they efficiently got my dog checked in and ready for grooming. This place was infamous for a bartender named Michael “Mickey” Finn. Between 1896 and 1903, he ran the bar. Mickey and his employees would put drugs in alcoholic beverages and threw the victims into an alley nearby. They would not know what had happened. The bar was closed in 1903. We LOVE Kriser's South Loop! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable and our dog Lola loves them. We purposely buy the smaller bags (and probably end up spending more) so that we can make a trip there at least once a week. They always know our name when we are checking out and treat Lola like she was their own!Lola will even try to pull us toward the store when we are out for our normal walks!

I was in town for a family emergency, which led to me having to cancel my Chloe’s grooming appointment at home, she was in desperate need of a cut, bath and all of the works, so it had to get done. Kriser’s was very understanding and accommodating, they were able to get my baby girl in for a “Spa Day”. They were very attentive to what I asked as far as her cut, and I couldn’t have been more than pleased with the results. I must include, this was by far one of the best groomings she has had. Whenever I am in my hometown of Chicago and baby girl needs to be groomed, Kriser’s it is!!!

Mel and I meet at a different location about 5 years ago when my Luna was just a puppy. Unfortunately, she left, and we lost communication. Years later I find her at this location and when I tell you my dog has not looked this good in years, I mean it. She looks amazing and was in good spirits compared to her previous groomers. Luna and I are staying loyal to Mel and following her anywhere she goes. ☺ Mel is the best and will leave your pup looking like a star!

The whole team is fantastic! They go out of their way to get to know your pet and you. Their suggestions and recommendations are spot on!I usually don't utilize their same-day delivery option (add a very reasonable $7.00 charge) via Uber, but with my car in the shop, I need to. When the delivery driver didn't respond, the Manager delivered my order herself! I dare you to find another company that cares about its customers that much!

The best store, ever! I go there with my pup who is in training, and everyone loves him. Everyone at the store is super duper nice and friendly. One of them also dog-sits my pup and she's awesome. Although the store is a bit too hot during the summer, they always leave out fresh cool water for the dogs. They have a great selection of natural treats and doggy food.

I would like to thank Mel for fixing up my lovely Miniature Schnauzer. I took her to another store and they messed up her hair cut but Mel was able to fix her style and managed to also groom my other two dogs. She is so lovely and attentive to my doggies needs. I highly recommend her.

I am very disappointed with this location. Adrianna, the store manager refused Lola for grooming service due to THEIR employees misplacing Lola’s shot record. This appointment was Lola’s holiday grooming appointment (very important). Lola received grooming here just a few months prior and everything went just fine. This was my first time meeting Adrianna and I firmly believe that she is RACIST (due to the way she down spoke down to me, cut me off in mid sentence and appeared with an angered look upon me entering her store) and I will refrain from patronizing this company again. There were no accommodations, no apologies or consideration for their company’s mishap.

Marco is THE absolute best groomer... our dog is 10 years old and has always had major anxiety going to the groomers. Marco is seriously the first one in a decade she trusts. He is so patient, attentive and flexible with their routine to help her feel comfortable. We are so grateful and lucky to have him in the neighborhood, we’d seriously drive across town for him if we had to! All of the staff at the store are great too. We appreciate you all so much!

We love this Kriser’s and visit at least once per month! I take my two pups here for nail trims and Julio is their favorite groomer. He always takes time to say hello and make us feel welcomed. More importantly, he genuinely cares about my pups and always treats them like his own. The manager, Laura, is always around to give pets and snuggles to each pup as they take turns having their nails done and she always has treats ready! We love coming here and always have the best experience. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Right around the corner from us and everyone is so friendly and high quality goods. My puppy had his first ever groom today with Tristan and it looks awesome (or “pawsome” as they said on his report card). I was so pleased and relieved that he had a good experience on his first time— even with fur cutting around his eyes (I was terrified to try this) but now I can see his eyes again and it’s so great!

I have lived in Chicago for a bit over 10 years. I have always come back to the Kriser’s brand and specifically the location in State and 11th. Love them for trimming my dogs nails. They always take care of him! You even get rewards when you stick with them and my nail trim was free today! Good people. Good service.

My pups has always exhibited extreme anxiousness while being around other pups and most definitely the sound of the infamous fur blow dryer! Over the years, it has been a challenge to find a genuine heart warming welcome and safe groom shop environment. It is not until my pups stepped paw into this shop and into the hands of our attentive and exceptional groomer Marco that he felt at ease for once in his privileged pup life.
