Staff was very friendly and upfront about their low stock of winter gear. The store was really nice and clean. We were able to pick up a fleece shirt for our dog as well as treats! The man was thorough about the rewards program too.

I love the way they gush over my slightly reactive pup. He does not enjoy grooming, but it speaks volumes that he, though hesitantly, will return knowing it could be possible he might be groomed. The other benefits he receives from all the staff must outweigh the “horrors” of grooming. Other places he just downright won’t enter.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say ... this place offers the best d*mn customer service I think I have ever received. I order and auto-ship cat food, as well as get same-day delivery of cat food for my 3 cats from this location and I tell you it is a well-oiled machine. There have been a number of times, where my same-day delivery gets to me so fast, I can't imagine who could be knocking at my door, only to find out it is the delivery already! They are ALWAYS kind and upbeat, eager to help, and even always call me to make sure it is okay to send my delivery! One time when I had an issue ordering online, the online chat person had someone from this location give me a call to order it directly from the store AND they gave me a discount for the "trouble". It's truly impeccable, and I am a loyal customer now. Thanks so much to the team here, if y'all ever read these! You keep my babies fed and me very happy.

The Andersonville store offers a great variety of organic treats and fun dog/cat toys. They have groomed our poochon Teddy a few times and have always gone above and beyond. Their skills are outstanding and they have such passionate groomers it's refreshing to know you can trust your pet in the hands of anyone there. Took my dog for a groom today and unfortunately, my puppy still pulls when he has a leash on. When he pulls harder, he chokes like any other dog would. However, the person at this facility would not believe that was the case and thought it was a respiratory thing. So they would not take my dog for a simple groom.As much as I understand their care for other dogs, it was so obvious my dog had nothing. I even let him lose without a leash and he did not cough or choke one bit.So disappointing. I’ll have to take my dog somewhere else where people think before panicking.

The staff at Kriser’s in Andersonville (Chicago) treat my pup, Wammy, so well! We’re probably in there 3 days a week. They have a great selection of treats, food, and toys that Wammy loves, but also has grooming that Wammy tolerates better than other places with excellent results, looks wise. Wammy and I will be back and back again and again…!

Besides having great toys and treats for my guy, Keats, Destiny is Keats' groomer. And every groom I think he couldn't look any cuter. He also loves Destiny so much that bringing him in he looks forward to it. I tell him he has a "date with Destiny" and the goofball runs for the stairs. Can't recommend them enough.

Great experience getting my dog groomed. Groomers are careful and caring. Cost was about $20 more than other places but my dog got the correct cut unlike at the cheaper place that sheared her down to nearly her skin. We will be back

Krisers in Andersonville is fantastic, I bring my dog Cooper in there all the time, he loves the staff, they're always just wonderful with him. The selection of different foods and treats and such is just crazy, and the services they offer are top notch. The Manager is the nicest ever, the staff is the nicest ever, the groomers are the nicest ever, and my dog stops me in there every time we pass by and is bummed out when they are closed. I have to show him that they are closed by rattling the door.
