We had an awesome grooming experience with Julie! This was our first time having her groom our pup, and she took the time to listen to what we wanted for his haircut. Our dog looks adorable! And it seems he was really comfortable in her care because he’s been so calm since his visit. Olive loves her instructors Austin and Leilani. She is always excited to play with her friends at daycare. All the staff is helpful, friendly and happy to greet Olive every morning when she comes in. They have full and half day options that helps with our schedule. Kriser's has been wonderful during the pandemic, keeping the store and daycare room clean and safe, while maintaining a consistent daycare schedule for for Olive.

We have been bringing our dog for grooming to JULIE at Krisers on Clybourn for years. She is absolutely the kindest to both Einstein and us! He has NEVER had a bad cut. She is a true gem. The only difficulty is lately it difficult to get an appointment with her. And sometimes I think we have booked with Julie but then find out we have been booked with another groomer. This has happened a couple of times recently. It is also impossible to book online which is frustrating.

Julie is a true talent. We bring our Havanese dogs Teagan and Tasha to be "Julieized". Our pups got tangled in weeds and burrs on a walk in the leaves. My wife had to cut out the mess and they looked like they had the mange. Julie transformed their coats back into clean, fluffy perfection. She is a truly gifted groomer. Worked with Allie for Sophie's very first grooming as she is now 12 weeks old. Sophie is a Morkie and she loved working and grooming with Allie. Allie was extremely gentle and eased Sophie into the grooming experience. Sophie has no reservations with Allie and is already looking forward to her next visit.

Switched from another groomer who I was dissatisfied with to Kriser's and so happy I did. Allyssa has been grooming my dog Gia for over a year now and love the job that she does. I take her in every five weeks to control her shedding and Allyssa does such a thorough job of getting all the hair out. Aquetta and the rest of the team is always so nice. I normally call ahead of time and ask them to put a couple of bags of food aside so I can just run in and run out and they always accommodate me. Being friendly and helping me run my errands more efficiently means a lot. Will remain a loyal customer for life.

I absolutely love Kriser's for my dog's grooming! I have been going to Alyssa ever since I started bringing my dog here and she does a fantastic job. Alyssa is friendly and patient and my dog always looks great after her groom. The rest of the staff at the store is also very patient with my requests and friendly on the phone and in the store. Everyone who works here is awesome and their products and grooming services are great. This past grooming was the first time with their groomer Phillip and my 10 y/o beagle usually has a good amount of anxiety leaving the appt. For the first time ever, he did not shake on his way home or want to go right to bed. Phillip must have worked some magic to make him feel safe and comfy (and very clean!). Amazing! Thank you!

We've been taking our standard poodle to Alyssa Kay for over 7 years and can't say enough good things about her. Our dog is very nervous, shy and NOT a fan of dryers. On top of that, her coat and size is a daunting task for any groomer. Alyssa gained the trust of our pup quickly and is very gentle, calm and understanding with her. Our babe always comes back to us sporting a beautiful cut and a happy demeanor, something we can't say about every groomer she's been to. Alyssa listens to what we want and follows our wishes accordingly. We value her grooming skills so much that we've followed her services to other Kriser's locations further away from us.All in all Alyssa is the groomer for us and highly recommend her to anyone else. We love her and look forward to many groomings to come.

I brought my golden retriever puppy (seven months) to be groomed at Kriser's. Julie was the groomer and she did such a nice job. He looked so great afterward and she was very patient with his puppy antics. She also gave great advice for maintenance go forward. The employees are really nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our middle-aged rescue pup loves Kriser's on Clybourn. He practically leaps out of the car when we pull in the parking lot and his whole body wags when he sees his buddies. It makes us so happy to know he's in really good hands (and paws...sorry) while we're at work and school. The whole staff is so friendly and consistently go above and beyond. They're true Dog People. We love the Clybourn Krisers crew, including Austin, Alec, Vanessa and so many more.

We’ve brought our dog to Kriser’s daycare since she was a puppy. They have extremely kind and caring staff. She gets lots of playtime and bubble time and is passed out the next day - which is great for a high energy pup!
