Love Kriser’s, huge fan! We always get vouchers for money off anything in our email for being in the rewards program. They have a variety of hides that are often discounted. We had our dog’s nails ground for the first time there and the groomer was extremely kind and patient with our pup. I’ve never had a bad experience when going in, all the staff are friendly!

I visited this location and was fined $170 by a 'parking attendant' despite my receipt from the store. My car was booted and I was forced to pay money on the spot and give a stranger my license in order to take it off. This is an entirely unacceptable way to treat customers and the attendant said he didn't care if every store in the lot went out of business by what he was doing. Attached is a picture of the minivan to look out for. VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I love the Kriser marketing and niche branding for the way they remember everything about your pets. I also photographed the pet monthly birthday parties for a bit, so I got to see all the different ways they served their community. Long life to their brand in Chicago.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so amazing. We had one girl by the name of Michelle who took the time to help us with our toy mini bernedoodle. She was so friendly and explained the foods for us to help us get our very picky eater the right food and treats. We just had our pup grommed there, and OMG, I just need to give credit. Kaila is amazing with our very shy antisocial pup. She did amazing with her. Thank you everyone you all are amazing.

Great 1st time using the Self Wash service. Staff was very friendly and attentive, ensuring I had enough shampoo, conditioner, and towels for my dogs. If you don't have space to bath you dogs at home, this is a MUST.

I bring my dogs to Trip for grooming at this location and am never disappointed! One of my dogs gets a very specific cut for his breed and my other dog is a rather giant puppy who requires a little extra patience with his grooming. Trip is kind and patient with both of them and is truly an expert. I highly recommend!

We’ve been bringing our Pomeranian here to be groomed for months and every single time he has turned out perfect!!! We see Haley and she does such a great job, especially because our dog can have some anxiety when he gets groomed and she’s always super mindful of making him feel safe when he goes back. I would absolutely recommend seeing Haley for any dog but especially if you have a Pomeranian or another breed with a unique coat!! The whole team is great and Haley is so talented and truly a gem!

Just moved to Chicago recently. Did my research looking for a groomer for our Pomeranian- landed on this one. Saw the recent review + photo about her pleasant experience and CUTE Pom. Haley just so happened to be the groomer we were scheduled with anyways.Haley did a stellar job, was timely, and communicative. Our dog looks, feels, and smells amazing. She said he behaved just fine- that’s not the feedback we typically receive from our previous groomers 😬 this leads me to believe that Haley’s got the magic touch and calming energy, not that my dog is somehow an angel hahaOverall: I’m a happy dog mom and will be a regular from this point forward. Reception staff was also lovely (forgetting her name) and just good vibes in there. Thanks for all you do! Y’all deserve a raise

Matt does such a great job with our doodle! We feel so lucky that we found someone good when our dood was a pup so that he doesn’t have anxiety around grooming. We also love the self wash option.

Matt has been grooming my dog baci for a while now and even time he does so with so much care and kindness. My dog absolutely loves him! In addition to Matt being great the whole staff is so lovely and attentive! Definitely would (and have!) recommend this location to anyone looking for a good pet shop / groomer.

Haley did such an amazing job with grooming Mosley!!! He usually hates his grooms but look at that happy face! He looks so perfect, exactly what I asked for. She even let me know there was a tiny red spot on his underside, which I thoroughly appreciate the transparency. We won’t be going anywhere else from here on out. Also they carry the Stella and Chewys brand - double win!

The groomers here are all really great. Every other groomer we tried in the city, the dog would get ear infections afterwards. At Kaiser's, every groomer has done a great job keeping water out of his ears. No infections after coming here for a year!

The entire grooming experience with Matt was pleasant! Not only did Matt do a fantastic job, he made sure both Opie and I felt comfortable and explained the process thoroughly to ease my concerns beforehand. And unlike Opie's previous grooming experience at another place, Opie was happy and calm when I picked him up. Thank you again Matt for taking care of my baby and making him look like a little prince! We can't wait to be back!

Been sending my dog here for dog training, vet care and daycare since she was 5 months old. The staff at the store are amazing. Cassie, heads the daycare, is awesome! She cares a lot and knows each animals' personality and temperament. She really goes out of her way to make each dog feel special from setting up agility courses to celebrating doggie birthday parties. Andrea, the manager and her staff, are very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend this place.

My dog and I love this store, and particularly the team. They always recommend the right products for our Staffy. who has a very sensitive stomach. Coming here feels like going over to a friends house, they always love on our dog and are patient when she refuses to leave. We’ll be coming back to get her nails done within a couple weeks, and it’s helpful that she associates the store with positivity. Love this place!

We just started using the daycare here for our smaller pup. He’s definitely shy and a little nervous but the team did a great job with him. Our first visit was free and he got a report card and a goodie bag to take home. We’re hoping to bring him about 2x a week from now on!

A boot was put on my vehicle as I was walking to the pet store and I had to pay $170 to have it taken off. Regardless of whether or not the pet store has control of this, they should not operate in an area where predatory scams are carried out like this. I don’t believe it aligns with Kriser’s mission, but maybe it does. Until then, I won’t support this location or this chain until they move from this location.

This place is THE BEST!! They have an answer to every question I have, they have everything I need and it's made the transition to healthy and clean eating for my newly adopted kitty so easy! The selection of good and healthy wet food is amazing, and eventually ill get her raw food from here, too. One thing at a time... The ladies there are so friendly and welcoming. I can take my kitty here to get her nails clipped, because God help me, she'll never let me do it myself. This store deserves NO LESS than 5 stars! I'd give them 10 if I could. If you care about your pet, you should shop here.

I love this store, not only do I LOVE that I can wash my dogs every week (I’m a crazy clean freak and they get messy) but the staff is so sweet — we love everyone there! I truly enjoy walking over to the store with my pups on a weekly basis and I’ll just find something to buy 😆 only to visit thank you to the GM and staff there we love it!!! Also, since this is shared public they have nothing to do with the parking lot!!

Kriser’s is truly excellent! My pup loves coming in here (even if she’s not a huge fan of the bath itself)The manager here is also incredibly helpful! She went out of our way to help us resolve a dispute with the parking enforcement. Word to the wise - the parking company here is VERY predatory and will boot your car at the first opportunity - don’t stray from your car even to let the dog pee!

I personally don't shop here because I'm poor. And my cats get the basics. But i shop here for my clients and they have a great selection of top line goodies for your pets and very helpful staff. I also see the beautiful job the groomers do as well when I have the pleasure of shopping here. They are great!

We have been using their dog food subscription and delivery service for years. It’s awesome, I never have to think about when we are getting low or when I can go to the store. They are prompt and friendly. We also go in to get treats and always have a good experience at this location. Would highly recommend Bucktown Kriser’s!

Got our little pup groomed there today and Matt was fantastic and made our pup so calm and comfortable (he's usually pretty anxious when he gets groomed). His haircut looks great and Matt paid great attention to detail. Will definitely be booking with him again!
