Got a Christmas present wrong size they did not have my size when I called for information I was informed I could return for. Cash or different size they did not have any thing I wanted so I asked for cash back cashier said ,no Could not get cash back only J C penny gift card is aid no thank you I do compliment Mannagement who spoke to me on request and returned money to the person who gave me the gift 5 stars for management!

I placed an order for curbside pickup I got sick and went in the hospital I called and asked him but they hold my package until I got out of the hospital that I wanted my and I was told yes they could hold it until a later date. But when that date came I was still sick and recovering. I called in to ask them to hold it a little longer since I was not able to come out but I instead I was told that they had canceled my order. Customer service said they would send the store an email asking them to hold my order because I still wanted it. I had been trying to call curbside pickup for several days in a row but couldn't get anyone but a recording that kept transferring me to a number no one was answering. I really wanted my order. Then someone left me a message stating that my order was cancelled and I couldn't get it. I tried calling the store again and they never answered. I think it was bad customers service especially since no one was never answering the store phone for store pickup

Item amounts are incorrect and misleading! Sign displayed $4.99 instead the amount is $24.99. Another display shows 9.99 however the price is 89.99. The manager Alma expressed zero concern. For a head over.

Weird how I'm trying to reach them over the phone while utnsays it's open. Have cycled through almost every department and no one can answer a phone. Just continues to ring until it says that department is unavailable and restart me on the list of options

Went there back in December to do dress shopping for an upcoming event. Not many sales associates on the floor to offer help. When I would ask anyone if they could help me they would say I will send someone over this isn't my department. I finally found a few dresses and purchased one but not for the event I had to attend. Now the cashier was very friendly and polite A plus for her. I am full figured woman that's slimming and unfortunately most of the clothes I did see were matronly and drab. When it comes to this store plus sizes are limited.

This is the best JCPenney I shop at, the store is always clean and organized. They have great clearance racks as well as fantastic sales. The customer service is also great, never wait very long to check out or pick up either. They also have a very large stock of merchandise. I highly recommend this store in ford city mall. It does also have its own entrance.

I haven't shopped in J C Penny in a long time. I was truly amazed at the clothes and the absolute beauty of this place. I got sweaters, pants to match, warm jackets, boots on sale, sales on practically everything. I even opened a charge account with them. This store has really changed. Loved the shopping experience

The saleswoman Rhonda was very helpful and polite this was my first time being in the Ford city mall in a while! My sister was looking for some curtains and another associate she came by and she was very helpful too!

Store had items on clearance with an 85 percent off sticker, when I went to pay the cashier had to wait for a manager to change the price on the tag and the manager didn’t want to override the price that was on the clearance items, she said no it was a mistake scratched off the sticker even though the cashier said they had to give us the items at clearance price, as advertised due the sale being on certain sizes, on top of the managers being rude, the their store is a complete mess. Its not a good look when the cashiers can do the managers hob better than the manager, never liked shopping here and i never will after this experience.

Great service and quality products. Ordered my child's school clothes and had to exchange some and reorder different sizes. Staff very helpful. Been a JCPenney customer for a long time. Highly recommend going there and shopping online or in store. I miss the old school catalog days.

I don't usually leave reviews but I just want to share our shopping experience here at JC Penney. One sale associate helped my husband finding the right suit and tie that we needed on weekend. She really passionate on her job and I couldn't believe how patient she was. She gives opinions and she's very knowledgeable. After on suits section, we go in women's section. It is filled with beautiful women's dresses and clothing that is colorful, fashionable and perfect for our event this coming weekend. The clothing is reasonably priced and most times the store offers a 15% to 25% discount. Great products with good value for the money.

JC Penney is one of the last ol skool brick and mortars Kohl's being the other. JCP has great sales that don't break the bank.You could easily enhance your wardrobe for the whole summer for under $200 with a mixture of shirts and shorts
