This hardware store has everything. Every employee here is so knowledgeable (even young employees). And if they don't have the answer they will find you someone there that had the answer. I've been here many times. I go out of my way to drive here because it is always a positive experience. Everyone is super helpful and courteous. And they do not talk down to you. I really appreciate that.

As a teenager I worked here you learn a lot of good things from a lot of good people. The customer service is good. The parts are good they will have what you need but you’re gonna pay for it. Lol.

I find this to be the place to go to for materials and advice. There is always plenty of help just waiting to serve you. Jim ( now retired) could tell you how to fix almost anything in a way that you could understand. George is my "go to guy" for everything. I do a lot of cleaning and small repairs on properties and I strongly rely on his expertise.

I have been coming to ACE Hardware stores for over 40 years . Great customer service , excellent products, very helpful & curtieous staff . The best PRICES are in this store !!! They sell everything you NEED HERE !!!!

Just left out the store now needed a key cut it's 5:10 was told that they stop cutting keys at 5;00 to bad if you can't take care of the little guy you don't need to be in business driving now to a big box store never again will I visit there 👎👎

I wish Google maps had the correct hours. They started kicking customers out around 5:30. I work reg hours so I was hoping they’d be open till 6. Overall though, they had what I needed and the customer service was REALLY good and proactive. They lead me to the product I needed and let me have my own space while I browsed (which I prefer). Every so often an employee checked on me to see if I was alright.

I hate shopping at this price gouging gold digging haven. Their prices Is TWICE as much as Home depot and Menards. Total RIP OFFS because they know they're the only hardware on the far east side, so they take advantage of the people in need 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

These old school hardware stores are a rare breed. The owner was a love muffin and his friends were as well. I stopped in for an old fashioned light switch. He didn't have but he was so sweet and funny I left feeling like I made new friends. Stop in these guys are great.

We walked into the hardware store, told them what i needed which was an air filter for my furnace 3-month type and i bought 2 and unexpected got 1 free which is a good deal. They are very organized and gave us what seems like red carpet treatment. The store is very well stocked and i did not have to fumble around looking for it myself. I sincerely recommend this store to anyone who appreciates outstanding service.

This my spot! The folks in this place are friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. (Unlike the big box stores. They show concern for you getting the right product if you have questions as oppose to just wanting to get your money.A lot of the products you need whether auto or hardware under one roof for great prices!

As a family, we have been going to this location since 1973 and this location has always been the go to for all household goods etc... Anytime, we have visited the store, we were welcomed and assisted with all our needs. The Sales guys have a idea where the items are located can tell you a little about the product and advise you if it is something that will suit your purpose. There is a lot of product and merchandise housed within this big store. So Sales or Management assisted is a must because you can be in there for days seeking what you want because there are aisles and aisles of stuff everywhere in the store. The pricing on most items can range from cheaper to more expensive than most other stores in the neighborhood or area. I was in there today 9/4/21 and was able to get everything I need accept a long stick Shower Cleaner, maybe you should invest in getting that product for your store. The one thing I would suggest because you can always find parking in front, across the streets and on neighboring residential streets is the layouts within the store. Will be back like always in the pasts.

White Manager came to black cashier to tell her she charged me from the wrong account 🙄 ...🤔🙄... I never been charged the 'black tax'... in real time before. I guess I'll take it as a compliment... Friendly, fast service. There is always someone to help you out and even take the heavy stuff to my care. Parking can be tight at times but they get you in & out so fast that you don't wait long for a spot to open. This year, with the higher need for salt they are my go to spot. And they are in to neighborhood.

Old school type hardware store like in the 1980's. A little bit of everything and then some. It's connected openly to an automobile parts store and auto body repair supply. Pricing is fair.

The guys in the automotive paint department are very knowledgeable about their stuff. They were able to color match the paint on my classic car when I lost the paint code. Props to these guys. I will definitely be back if I ever need anything else. Reasonable price for the paint too, while everybody else wanted 250-300 to match the paint. I got it here for 89 dollars. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper 😁

Great sales. However, they need to hire more knowledgeable and respectful staff. The young kids working there are very immature, they lack an understanding of customer service, and they don't know many times about the products sold there. Fortunately, the owner is aware of this situation and hopefully will do something about it.

Called on today (Thanksgiving day @12:56pm) and they were closing in four minutes (holiday hours). I got there at 1:01pm and the entire staff was waiting with product in hand. Admittedly I was surprised that they not only waited but serviced me after official closing time. Most stores close and lock doors before posted times. This store reminds me of the Ma and Pa stores of the old neighborhoods that knows customers by first name. I miss stores like that. Kicker: they serviced a guy that came in after me. This is my home site for everything from here on out. Thanks guys.
