They are truly the best. My sweet Lola loves to go to daycare here and she just recently spent a 4 night stay. I am always nervous about leaving her but they eased my mind with PUPdates and pictures daily. She is sleeping soundly next to me and I know she had the best time. They interact and make sure to actively play games and ball(her favorite) with them. If you are looking for a place for your pup, I highly recommend Hill Family Pet Care!

The best pet care ever! Our pup, Zola, absolutely loved going to Hill Family for daycare. And they truly loved her, too. So much personal attention for our dog. And, the team is amazing with humans, too. We just moved away from Chicago and our standards for finding a new daycare are so much higher now that we've experienced Hill Family (extraordinary ) Pet Care!

We love taking our Pomeranian puppy Bruno to Hill Family Pet Care ! They take such wonderful care of him there for day care, boarding, and grooming. We get plenty of updates about his days there, and he always comes home exhausted but not stressed. We love the fun activities Bruno gets to do, and socializing him there has turned him into a brave boy!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hill Family Pet Care! It was my first time boarding our senior cat Nestle, so I spent hours researching boarding facilities in Chicago to ensure our girl was in the best hands. The entire HFPC team is incredibly responsive and sent daily updates (with the cutest pictures) reassuring me that she was having a great time while we were away. Nestle was so excited to come home but was in the best mood and showed zero signs of anxiety or distress, which was one of my biggest worries about boarding her. I cannot recommend HFPC enough and will definitely be boarding her here for all our future trips!

Can't recommend Hill Family Pet Care enough! I tell everyone I know about them because they take such good care of my boy and are always so friendly. Our pup loves his time at HFPC and can't wait to play with his friends every week. It can get a little pricey, but they are worth it with what you're getting. Highly recommend!

This is the cutest daycare and one of the only ones I’ve experienced where the dogs actually PLAY and the staff does different enrichment activities. My pup is pretty shy but still manages to play and enjoy himself and the staff treats him so well. I love being able to send him here for some stimulation when I have super busy days at work.

We love Hill Family pet care! From the people to the environment we can’t say enough good things! Our 4 month old berner pup absolutely loved it and it was so great to know he was at a safe place having fun! The people truly care about the pups and are always with them which is such a relief. The space is so cute and totally tailored for pups to have fun - many other places are just sterile and have tile which many dogs slip on. After going here I wouldn’t take Bane anywhere else!

Our pup just started daycare at Hill Family Pet Care and it's been such a great experience for both our dog and us! Unlike her previous daycare, she is genuinely excited to go versus being more anxious. You can see a difference in her demeanor. It's so amazing to see and makes it alot easier to drop her off knowing she is going to have fun and be in good hands. The communication is fantastic and it feels more personal/intimate than other daycares. The staff genuinely care and treat your pup like family. So glad we found Hill Family!

It makes me feel good that my dog is safe, having fun and receiving love and attention when I am at work. I have been boarding my Irish Setter/Poodle Mix at HFPC for around a year now. The team is very responsive and they make it super easy to book/add on additional services such as walks and enrichment activities. They even email “pupdate’s” which are pictures or videos of your dog. It’s a much appreciated gesture that makes me feel confident that our pup is in good hands.

we feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful daycare in the neighborhood. The facility is clean and the employees are AMAZING. I appreciate that they go above and beyond to make sure the dogs have structured activities throughout the day. The owners are frequently on-site, which really shows how invested they are in the business. Additionally, they regularly have celebrations/parties with special treats and activities. I can’t recommend Hill Family highly enough. My dog is always excited when he gets to see his friends :)

We used Hill Family Pet Care for our dog Bubs over Christmas for their boarding services. Took so many calls and time finding somewhere that would take our dog last minute for a few days. I came across Hill Pet Care and I can't say enough how amazing this facility and staff is. He had such a great time with Taylor, the rest of the genuine caring staff and of course the dogs there. I would seriously consider bringing your fur baby if it's a dog or even cat here for the best care. Thanks again Hill Family Pet Care, we will be back for Daycare! 💕

Staff and ownership are amazing. They gave us a tour of the facility, schedule of all activities planned for the week, and even gave us a discount on merch! It was refreshing knowing my dogs would not be kenneled up and had full reign of the facility to interact with other dogs. I wish had more hands, so I could give this place more thumbs up!

We switched our pup to this daycare, and it’s been one of the best decisions. The facility is always so clean, he leaves not smelling like a daycare, and he’s able to get groomed during his time there. He comes home absolutely exhausted and excited to go back. This is the best daycare in chicago. They love my dog, Bill, and are just a joy to have in the neighborhood. I know Bill will be looked after very well- with all his quirks. They know he will only eat kibble if served in a spherical toy. They know he’s a wild ladies’ man. They love him as much as I do and what more could you ask for in a dog sitter?

We absolutely LOVE taking our pup, Goose, to Hill Family Pet Care! They always are so happy when our dog walks through the door, and he drags us in with excitement. It is so nice leaving him there for day care knowing he is having the best time and is being treated kindly. I am someone who gets anxious about leaving my dog places- but I have never felt that when I drop him off at Hill Family Pet Care. They are the best! We also love getting his report cards and sometimes seeing a feature on their Instagram stories. Best place ever!

I love Hill Family Pet Care!! I seriously will never take my dog anywhere else for daycare or boarding. The staff is SO friendly and I can tell they really care about Beau. He is always so excited when he gets there and I can tell he has so much fun there!! At the previous daycare I took him to, I would be anxious during work not knowing what my pup is up to but I love that they update their socials throughout the day so I can see what he is up to. Beau has only been coming here regularly for a week now but I can already tell a huge difference in his behavior!! I would recommend Hill Family Pet Care to anyone who really wants the best care for their pet!!

I am so impressed with Hill Family Pet Care - when our previous daycare closed without warning, Taylor responded to my plea for daycare and boarding within minutes - on a Sunday night no less!Our dog LOVED his daycare experience - and we had an update email within a few hours letting us know he was doing great and settling in nicely. I appreciate that the facility takes fewer dogs than others in the areas - it's all around more calm and provides plenty of enrichment opportunities, not just free play.Everyone we talked to was able to answer our questions about the kennel-free boarding, exercise levels and expectations, staffing and beyond.This is obviously a well-run facility with a dedicated staff who cares deeply for the dog's well being. It's much calmer that other daycares we've seen and dogs get more individual attention. Hill Family Pet Care is an absolute neighborhood gem - I only wish we lived closer!

Highly Recommended! Our new Bernese mountain puppy, Corby, absolutely loves going to daycare every week. It took no time for him to warm up to the other dogs/staff and excitedly trots in each week. They are super caring and detailed, going above and beyond with themed days and thoughtful adds. It is the perfect place for his social playtime and is nonstop fun. He is exhausted after every visit. The facility is always clean and organized. We have also used their grooming services and plan to use overnights in the future!
