Smells awful. Went in with my boyfriend to look at the antique corner they had and it smelt even worse. Lady in the front was rude. Didn't see anything I liked and as I left she said "are you gonna get anything?" in the rudest tone ive heard in awhile. Don't go here unless you have extreme patience and self control cuz I was gonna uppercut that chick.

I am so glad I found this groomer. Not only are the prices affordable, the people that work here are dedicated to helping animals. This is actually a rescue that does grooming which is cool because the money you spend with them (grooming, getting a cat, or trinkets at their store) goes back to the animals at the shelter. I will definitely be back!

I don’t even know where to start. Everything about this place was just poorly ran. I was a first time customer here and the Customer service was awful.The older woman answering the phone and at the front desk was extremely rude & expected me to know that they do not do appointments and instead they tell everyone to bring their dogs in at 10:30 where they keep the dogs for almost 4/5 hrs. Then they shaved a patch of my dogs hair for “sanitary” reasons when I specifically requested them to NOT shave down my dog. I do not recommend this grooming facility at all. You’re better off at petco.

I agree that they are the best. I've been taking my 100 lbs female german shepherd mix there for the last 5 years. I've tried other groomers out of convenience, but no one else can do as good a job. She smells great for SO MUCH LONGER with Happy Tails grooming. I don't find it to be bad customer service; sure they aren't super catering to me,but they are to THE DOG. That's all I care about. I think Gloria is in such high demand, that you may catch her in a frenzy mode, trust me she isn't rude, just ULTRA BUSY, because she is GOOD!

I should have listened to the majority of the reviews for the shelter. This place is run as bad as it smells. Watch out for the entry mat leading up to the desk (where the extremely rude lady sits) it was completely saturated with pee. I had a 1030 grooming appointment and was told when dropping my dog off that there was no way he would be ready by 1pm because they groom four dogs at a time. I just asked for my dog back and left. My recommendation is to believe the bad reviews and go somewhere else.

We take our spoiled babies to get their nails trimmed by Teddy. He is always busy but always in good spirits. Also, so sweet and patient with our furry babies. The only thing that I could suggest is they clean floors with vinegar and water. Because using scented floor solution and cat smell, does not mix.😷Thank goodness for masks

First visit and I didn't want to leave. The staff was friendly and all appeared to have answered a calling to help four legged animals and their two legged caretakers.Brought a friend there who had recently rescued a dog off of the street and had a host of needs. Other places gave up trying to cut his hair and we were faced with the prospect of astronomical fees at the VET. Luckily, for her dog Lucky, Happy Tails to the rescue. I can only imagine the amount of time they spent on his head to toe matted, knotted hair. They actually worked after hours to finish the job!My friend is a new pet owner and the staff went to great lengths to give advice on her new responsibilities. My friend has serious health issues that affect her income and Happy Tails is an affordable solution for her pet's needs.This not for profit rescue center is the real deal, with a heart and soul that reaches out and touches both pets and owners.

I've never trusted a groomer more than the groomers here. Happy Tails is a no kill facility and truly care about your pet. Do not cheap out by going to a PetSmart or Petco. They have many cases of animal mistreatment. Nothing against the workers at PetSmart but most are not trained professionals with a stake in the business. I recommend calling ahead and scheduling an appointment. If no one answers right away, they're usually attending an animal. Hope this helps.

Got my dogs nails clipped here and had a great experience. The owner and her husband were super nice and accommodating and I think it’s a great place for the neighborhood. Will continue to go here over petsmart.

They use product lines which are soap and detergent free. This is a must! Most scratching is dry skin caused by customers who used SOAP. Let Happy Tails do it right. Best part, your DOG will be happy!

Worst experience ever. We had just gotten in to ask for info, and the lady that was on the desk got mad for petting a dog in which the owner was okay with. She was telling us how dumb we were by doing so, and started teaching us about it with a Netflix show instead of facts. I volunteer at a shelter and the way this customer service works is the absolute worst.
