I’m not sure if I like the new way things are setup here. Self checkout is very different now.There maybe an employee standing right over you grabbing items out your cart. If that’s how things are done going forward the self checkout signs need to go away & you need actual cashiers at every register that’s open. Only because the associates on staff are picking & choosing whom they are checking out. That maybe a racial problem in the near future only because just now I was checking out and the only black woman in line at the time the employee start looking throughout my cart scanning my items while others Hispanic women had the option to self check out in peace the employee stated “ there isn’t enough staff to check out everyone but you were next in line” “ ok I guess if you say so” I really needed a charger and also enjoyed a few other items so I continued to purchase. Also Everything has locks on it & you have to wait a few extra mins for an employee to gather a key to unlock most items.Probably won’t be back here at this location again..

5 below is literally my favorite store. I cant help myself with all the cute things they have. I bring my clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities for personal shopping and staff is always so kind to them and helpful. I really appreciate that. Store is always clean too👌🏼

This store allows fraudulent transactions to take place. No photo ID or proof of debit card used required to pick up purchases. Apparently all you need is a fake email confirmation. I strongly do not recommend shopping at this store and believe the employees are in on this scam.

I freaking love this place. I'm not even a child, I'm 24, but I love this place. They have a bunch of art supplies which I love, because I'm an artist. They have a bunch of just fun random things that you can get for presents or whatever, and I have two nieces and a nephew so I definitely, you know, like to get them little toys or whatever I think they're into at the time just to keep them happy and at a very reasonable price! I love this store, absolutely definitely cannot recommend it enough

Decent snacks, only 1 cashier to check people out but wait wasn't long. She was scaning items with one hand instead of putting whatever she had in her other hand down to scan purchases properly. Will patronize again if in the area.

This place is a wonder of merriment.. From the time you walk in you will be spellbound by the sheer magnitude of this opulent store. From the go cart track neatly ensconced in the men's room to the water rides in the basement this is a great night out.. Don't forget about the petting zoo in the alley.. Free admission for the kids..

There is always something I need to buy from here. I have bought clothes and home decor and my daughter loves the toy/crafts section. Is clean and the employees are always nice. There is brand name items here Usually $5. It was a great addition to Ford City.

I went in today as a customer and needed help getting something down and I came into a “MANAGER” named Cynthia and instead of her helping me she screamed across the store at one of her employees to help me instead of her helping me and find this rude and waste of my time when she was right there and as I was walking around the store she treated her employees poorly she should be retrained again or fired I expected more from her as a manager never coming back into a store that treats there employees like pets and making me waste my time shopping !!!!

Would give a 5 star rating if the security guard wasn’t following me through the entire store. I spend my hard earned money here and the last thing I want is to have someone make me feel like they believe I am doing something sketchy.
