This store is a good location for the neighborhood but they grind my gears with the ambience of this place! They always have good prices on household things but the feel it gives when you're in there shopping makes you want to go elsewhere. If you need a quick run in and run out though this is the place .

They’ve shorted me on money TWICE! Then when I bought pizzas that said they were on sale, they rung up more. I told the cashier they’re on sale in the back, she just shrugs & says “That’s what they’re ringing up.” No price check or nothing. Then proceeds to say “They’re some good pizzas.” Like girl, what? Let’s not forget the dude that said I was trying to steal on a Sunday, like sir what? I must look like someone that stole out of there before?

Loved it, been going there for yearsNew manager is there now, she's beautiful helping you find thing gives a awesome way to serve youShe's always smiling, she know about customers service she let's you know that she appreciate you as a customer. If she's up front when you leave she always say see you next time. I don't know her name but, just look for the smile.

Very unprofessional staff at this location. Cashier Netta cursed out customers because she had to actually do some work and walked off from her register and told the manager to ring out the customers. Very unstructured business. But the manager Charles was helpful by taking the rest of the customers while his staff left him to fend for himself. Every time I visit this location there's a problem, whether no staff, one register for 20 customers, or poor customer service by the staff they hire. If they want more customers who will spend some money in this location, they need to retrain their staff for professionalism in the workplace, and customer service skills.

I went there today and saw a new face. I think she's Caucasian and was working the first register. She looks very sweet but quiet. I was standing in line and I heard her tell to the manager that she needed change. The manager responds back rudely with, "I'm gonna need you to NOT yell that out. We don't do that here."The only reason I'm mentioning this is because she picks and chooses who to reprimand. There's a ''ghetto" woman there who is loud and obnoxious. She gives her opinion even when it's not asked for. I remember her talking about a customer that had just left with the manager. I forgot the conversation but it was loud enough that everyone could hear and very disrespectful to whom they were referring to. It was very unprofessional. Long story short, she didn't reprimand this loud-mouth woman but did so on a newbie.Also, this store is falling apart. The floors and aisles are hideous.

Cashiers are rude and unprofessional one girl was on her phone ringing me up and had to stop and tell someone on the other line to use the link card and get some food. The mangers seems to be nice and people on the floor are helpful..The front end need retraining. No smiles . You do not get the feeling they appreciate having a job or me as a customer .

Change the ticket prices on your merchandise because charging the customer more (AT THE REGISTER) for something that has a cheaper ticket price on the shelves is not where IT is at?!! Some of the items prices on the shelves are way cheaper then when U checked out at the register. I purchase the same pads about a week ago 20/ $4.00 now the same pads are (week later) 10/$4.00, the bubblegums is now $1.25 (REGISTER) when the ticket price for all bubblegum stocked is $1.00, the pricing for some medicines is off and at times very confusing. I know the prices are a lot lesser amount at times than going to Walgreens, but when running a business efficiency is the KEY. If Customers were to start double checking; especially those on a strict budget U will be getting a lot of complaints and non return visits. IJS! Three ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for new floor plan and fasts service anytime I have been in this location, two left off for empty shelves and pricing (TICKETING) problems.

Jus left this store today (12/14/21)..I had asked the cashier to put my donuts in a bag by itself as not to smash em up..she proceeded to put boxed items on top of my donuts anyways.. and then had the audacity to get smart with me arguing with a nasty attitude, mind you her Assistant Manager was right there and did nothing. There are too many Family Dollar stores, I won't be buying from this one!

The STORE manager was very nice but the store was empty as hell..i thowt is was closeing....and there was know one in the store on point working today....if you was shopping in this store..you wood be waiting your time paying to park..the floors was nasty...and workers slow !! And this was not my first time shopping in the store !

Despite the decent prices and quick accessibility, this store is AWFUL. The employees are rude and the manager is even WORSE. Some of the employees show favoritism towards some customers, asking only for some people to give them their bags before shopping. Would not recommend

My opinion those who give good reviews for this store location are blind and not paying any attention I work i. TJ MAXX and our store is more clean and organized im literally pregnant and im due on beginning of may and the stock on the floor and unorganized i litterally almost fell by trippinv over things and hurting not just me but my unborn baby. Only certin people can bring in the bags through the store and rest has to hand over. There is always one person in a register taking care of the customers while the others are either in the back or doing something bathroom situation they need to get one i had a accident in the store due to being pregnant and i had to walk all the way down to another store that had one i was so angry and upset embarrassed because my pants was wet due to buying diapers and wipes for my children i chose them over myself

This place is a dirty mess. The only reason this place is open is because the area doesn't have much else. The employees here are incompetent, rude and extremely unprofessional. The term "ghetto" doesn't do this place justice its like walking into a different world where the normal rules of society don't apply. Yelling, swearing and ignoring customers seem to be the norm around this store. I really cant believe that people who behave the way I have seen the employees here behave actually still have a job. I won't even get into the overpriced junk they sell that seems to be the norm with Family Dollar stores but at the very least they should have polite competent employees but even that seems to be too much to ask.

There’s a manager by the name of MS.TRACY she need to be fired. I didn’t like my visit she was talking about the other workers like a dog. The lady was firing the workers just because they was asking her too many questions. Every time I visit someone coming up to this family dollar just to fight her. This is so unprofessional
