I can give them a zero rating, I would. The staff is always rude and they never help you find your items. When you ask for assustance, they tell you if it's not on the shelf then we don't carry it. Today I asked for a product called CLR. She told me if I don't see it, they don't sell it. After going to another isle, I found it and showed it to her. She was very rude and I said I won't be back. Can't waste my money on bad service.

My items were in stock! This Family Dollar has products I've never seen in my community. What a shocker today. I told manager I have return to see all new brands they've advertised. My area is not far but, our stores does not have these things. Y? We have travel for good products.

I don’t think these people like their job… I was standing at the cashier for 5 minutes… no one was there… Ronda came with bad attitude and on the phone 😣 no even apologized.

Edit from last review. Manager is rude and employees are rude and always chatting and not working at times. This location did not honor any retailer coupons. They also had bags that had bite marks from mice. It's temporarily closed now.

Went in for a few cleaning supplies and found some amazing deals in clearance! The store was well stocked and the staff was helpful and friendly.

It says online store opens at 8AM...tell me why who ever was in charged to open the store. Was extremely late at 8:15 AM.. saw me waiting and was taking her sweet time to open the store. I called the store and didn’t answer. Then she calls back and ask me can you hear me.. and I said I can hear you. I’m like when we’re you guys supposed to open the store?? She said in a few.. I’m like you’re late and I’m reporting this to the district manager. It was 8:30AM and she asked me if that was me outside. I was like I have things to do. Now I know not to come early to this location.

So, so sorry for everything that’s being going on on this store . We change the way the register was and now is more faster taking care our customer. We here to help you and serve you and make our customer happy. Any problems that our customer have we will like for all of you to asked for the manager and let them know the situation that you have will any of our staff. Each of our staff have a name tag and we will appreciate if you let us know the situation so this won’t happen again. I apologize for everything that has being going on here. My apology to our customer.

PROS: Convenient in the neighborhood and Friendly employees. CONS: The register is in a odd location. Once you pay for your products, you have to go back through the line to get out. As with a majority of Family Dollars clutter. I gave 4 stars due to the friendliness of the employees..it will make you look over everything else.

Just moved to this area and I've been a few times, the staff is really nice and helpful. There's a few things in the store I didn't expect them to sell, which shocked me.

So here is the thing i live in this area now and there is a big difference. Family dollar i need yall to up the workers pay they are nice. But family dollar you are slacking on cleaning products laundry products and a few other products. Shelves are empty in tis store where are the candles and oils. If i go to the nicer neighborhood they are hella stocked..
