This is the MOST DISGUSTING FAMILY DOLLAR STORE EVER! They have panhandlers outside the door begging for change and the inside is ridiculous! One cashier by the name of Deidre or how ever you spell is VERY RUDE AND RACIST IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! They don’t have on their uniforms or name tag and the line is longer than the aid office line! There’s boxes down the aisle and they barely have what you’re looking for because everything is in the box! SMH!!!! They NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!!

I’ll give thiz place a 0 these people are so rude understaff and the female that works there has a attitude problem I purchased only a roller and she over charged me for candy that my son had already paid with cash and she charged me again she was getting very rude and was screaming when I was clearly calm to ask why was I been charge for something I didn’t purchase corporate need to do something about thiz place shut it down it’s dirty and rude people

The tiny black girl working today 12/16/2021, 3pm is very disrespectful and treats customers like she's in her bedroom. It's so sad to have somebody in a shain of stores like Family $ who refuses to sell me a plastic bag because I changed my mind and asked for a it right after I realized that whatever I bought won't fit in my bag. Worst, if she discriminates another black person I can't imagine what other races go through

Why can't this place have shopping carts available for customers?!? Seriously, I've never seen this before in ANY store! This store didn't have carts for MONTHS.. then one day they had a bunch of them. Then.. week by week all the carts slowly disappeared. Now they have like 2 carts available! It's insane! What are happening to the carts? Are they being stolen?? You can't buy much here because you have to carry everything around the store. I'd LIKE to buy more.. but I can't!

The shelves are never stocked and what is stocked is all over the shelves. The staff is usually on their phones and if not on their phones they busy flirting with each other. Then the poor staff and customers have to deal with people taking off out family doller stores doors with boxes of huggies diapers just robbed them while I'm paying for my stuff. The workers just looked at each other and kept working. Seriously some scary stuff yalls workers are going through maybe that's why the shelves not stocked ......idk

This store is always a mess. Boxes in every aisle, they always have limited supplies to choose from. Only one register is always open so your standing in line forever. Seems like their understaffed. When shopping u literally have to carry your things in hand, so don't grab too much cause there aren't any carts. Needs to upgrade the store and hire more people.

Family Dollar is like the Walmart in Forest Park we used to call the ghetto Walmart because they know nothing of customer service not all Family Dollar but it's a shame we have to go to certain areas to quality customer service

Awkward employees wouldnt switch an already paid for energy drink for a colder chilled one in the freezer. The weird girl in glasses first lied and said she couldnt switch it because they had no more in the freezer. Shes not very smart, because their freezer was literally full of these. Maybe management should hire a SMARTER& less LAZY employee.After the i pointed out the said the freezer chock full of them, the lazy girl in glasses said she "wasnt allowed to".Pretty awkward & sad.

The service for the customers is really bad. There aren’t enough employees therefore you are stuck looking around the store for everything. No one ever answers the phone so you can’t call to make sure things are there before you get there, usually there aren’t any left of the item that you’re looking for when you do arrive. Even though the cashiers are friendly they are slow as hell. There’s usually only one line and the store is always junky as hell .

Well stocked. A bit high on the surveillance but I can't blame them.They have alot to offer inventory wise compared to other family dollars.Great place to stock up on cat/dog food.

This is the 2nd time I get charged 2 or 3x for an item because these people are so busy and don't have enough counter space. This place is not very organized and never have enough cashiers. Unbelievable.

When I buy from here they usually never give a bag unless I have to say something or I otherwise just leave altogether having to walk home carrying everything most of the time because c'mon I clearly didn't have a bag from home.
