The customer service is very poor, the rude young ladies don’t know how to communicate effectively, they steal your money and get mad and be ready to fight when u ask for your correct change. A young rude lady didn’t give me my correct money for my cash back, she told me she didn’t have to do it, even tho obviously you are at work, it’s your job, then continued to threaten me only because I corrected her about MY money. I said absolutely nothing rude or mean, actually laughed it off to her and got called a female dog and threatened to get “flooded “ lol, I was in my government issued uniform so I didn’t engage with the mess but I will not return to my neighborhood store because of the incompetent employees and their disgusting behavior

Well this day I wen as I walked in there was a car crash like literally in front of the door. Hilarious man hit parked car. But staff is nice. There a few things can b better but it a Normal family dollar. They're in stock most the time I haven't had any bad experiences or food shortage

Horrible experience with this store. There was a bulk of rugs on a displayed shelf with what I thought was the correct price . Once I got to the register I noticed it was about six dollars more. I explained to the cashier and she called a female worker to check the shelf where it was. All what was said was it is labeled wrong. How is that my fault I ask? There was no apologies nor a price match to satisfy the customer, not to mention no eye contact. I left everything in my cart and walked out. I was too pissed to ask for a manager. Mean while ghetto rap music was being played by the cashier personal music speaker. So unprofessional.

I love shopping at Family Dollar. Products are reasonably priced and good quality. Family Dollar is my first go to store especially for toiletry, bath medicine and hygiene products.

Random but good selection of cheap stuff you need (and don't). Staff can be rude at times, perhaps due to past experiences with would-be shoplifters, so don't be surprised if a busy cashier shouts out one of the floor associates "Watch her!" 😒

They know weave. AMPLE selection of weave, wigs, tools and hair accessories. Highly recommended. Park to the west of the store & have knowledgeable sidekick 😀
