I went to this store for a hand full of items. Some of the items were out of stock but I sort of expected it. People who shop at this location usually purchase mass quantities and empty the shelves. Good place overall it has a bunch of items others don't have. I had a good interaction with a cashier named Annabelle . She was helpful and made my visit a bit more positive. One thing I didn't like were the actual customers. Very rude and extremely ignorant. Leave people do their job and be grateful they even try to help.you bad people.

Checked Google for Sunday store hours, went at 8:30pm for a last minute thing but store is closed and lights are off.. Please update your store hours on Google.

Great management (Christine is very helpful) fair prices, very convenient. Only minus is that stock availability is a little inconsistent, but otherwise excellent little store.

Love this store. It is very clean and organized. The prices are cheaper then most of the other family dollars i been to. You can find mostly anything your looking for. 85 percent of all the juice and snacks are only $1.00 each. I recommend this location to everyone who's looking to get more for your buck.

Their service is good. When calling to see if they had what I needed they check the price and if they have any left. When arriving I went to look for it. I had truble finding it so I ask for help. The man told me which lane and which side to find it. So the works are nice. The only problem was their were a lot of boxes. Some covering the shelf. To end why I put 3 stars was the floors. The floor was dirty all around and if you look under all the shelf you'll see some things not package and dust everywhere. The floor is reasonable for a long day but I still have to take points off.

Just made a shopping trip to Family Dollar at Archer and Meade. Store is well-stocked except for Christmas decor items. Shelves are seriously empty. Christmas stockings and hats and wrapping paper available but not much else to choose from when it comes to decorations or tree trimming. Otherwise staff was very polite and friendly. Store was clean.

The Family Dollar was passed from brother to sister , to cousin to mother.. This amazing dollar has hypnotic qualities unique to its presence.. We all touched this mystical denomination in hopes of attaining some of its magical aura.. In honor of this otherworldly specimen I have renamed my two children Family and Dollar. Ten well deserved stars!!! Bring your mail man!!!!

The one bright spot of my visit was the cashier very friendly and helpful. The rest of the store was a mess. Crowded holiday aisle. A customer rudely hit me with her cart as she passed thru the aisle. No excuse me and acted as no one was in the aisle with her.The store was not set up correctly.A disorganized bunch.

DO NOT BUY BALLOONS HERE !!! I bought 1 balloon here today and once I walked out of the store, the balloon came off the string due to the wind. These balloons are just taped to the balloon not tied, the wind tore the balloon off. I walked back in the store and told the clerk. She called the manager, I told him what happened and he says, "I don't think we can give you another one". I said but it's not my fault, I didn't let it go, your product came off the tape, how are people supposed to take the balloon outside, by hugging the balloon? How are people supposed to buy 10 balloons and take them outside? No real answer from the manager. This is something that should be fixed, this is not right. I wasn't going to stand there and argue for a $2 balloon. Not a way to keep customers happy.

They got it all shampoo paper plates cans of vegetables fruit jelly peanut butter jello soup beans peanuts and frozen chicken fries burgers ice cream and hot dogs cjicken wings milk eggs orange juice. The store is clean and employees friendly. I go here a couple times a week.

Victim of shopping while black. I went into this store today omw to my kids school. Most Family Dollars are closing down so it was great to see this one was still open. There was nobody by the door when I came to shop, however on my way out I noticed that an associate was standing by the door. It wasn't until I got inside my car that realize the lady was by the door because see assumed I had stolen something. This is very sad and terrible customer service. I will be filinga formal complaint to corporate.

This lady(the Mgr. Christina) really done insulted me tonight over my own merchandise, being rude & she's usually nice, well she still is but they way she came at me tonight was very disrespectful also & this Lil old lady co-signing with her talking about store policy like she work there or something or she knows what's going on, people need to mind their own business...she felt stupid when I showed a receipt & asked for corporate #!!!!!!!!
