Now I know some of these comments ppl r really being nice because the staff for the most part is really nice. Store being clean is a lie store being stocked is a lie!!!! They might of gotten better with that as of recent but overall this store location is always a mess!!! Now today I went in 6/23/2023 & the staff that was there had to CLOSE THE STORE!!! Due to no staff showing up to release the other from their shift!!! This store always seems to have an issue with keeping staff!!! Corporate office think it's time u guys step in because this location truly needs some help!!!

What a wonderful experience I had today with the Team Members at the Family Dollar on 64th & Western. I was in the neighborhood and rushed in to purchase a very important item. The Gentleman and the Ladies all weighed in and offered me advise on the next best steps. I promise to make my way back to this location when I have more time to shop. The store was extremely clean and well stocked. But most importantly, the personalities and the professionalism of the Team Members was very must appreciated and made me smile!

The service provided today was very good. However the entrance to the store was littered with large amounts of trash that was a terrible eye sore & also a bad representation of Family Dollar. Please note that I reported this issue to the Store Manager today on 2-1-2023 @ 12:58 pm. The Store Manager explained that the wind blows the trash into the entrance. I feel that the Employees should do a better job of keeping the entrance clean and not littered with trash.

FAMILY DOLLAR 🙏🏿🌏💚THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR YOUR BRAND AS A WHOLE. 👎🏿 Information on this location BUSINESS HOURS is very misleading. 👎🏿Arrived here at 9pm the employees was there . Employees watching through the door at me and other customers while we are asking why was the store closed.👎🏿 Poor customer service, was so disappointed. This is an amazing location nice parking lott with nice lighting. WHY? 🤨

Horrible experience! Store was cluttered with boxes in almost every aisle. Limited amount of carts. I understand this store isn’t in a very good area, 2 of the store clerks(1 of them being the manager I think) were speaking like they were the only 2 people there. Complaining about who’s going to work what and being obnoxious about it. I usually have a lot of patience with people but after I notice I got charged twice for my items because cashier wasn’t paying attention, I felt like writing a review.

I walked in the store thur were no shopping carts, so I asked the cashier nd she said they were all in used. Thur weren't to many people in the store nd some of the shopping carts had stuff in it from them stocking I would say. I couldn't shop isle per isle cuz thur were carts full of boxes in each isle. Nd the workers had the music loud nd they were dancing nd eating. Never again will I or recommend this store to anyone.

This family dollar is more like Kmart or target 🎯 too expensive on most of the items. Nightwear is being separated, Matching top and Bottom being taking apart to get more money for them. I don’t understand how Wal-Mart comes out to be Cheaper
