Love the cashiers but really wish the managers would follow the I see 3 mantra and help them out. Its just pathetic customer service to have 4-5 people in line while the manager on duty looks so uninterested in helping anyone. Thank god the cashier who works 2 jobs apologizes for the wait while the key holder just stands there

I love this place whether I'm getting supplies for work,a snack to eat, or simply getting a few odds and ends here I can always depend on this place... The community needs places like this for must have items... Staff is nice and helpful...

One of the most unprofessional stores in the area store almost always messy stuff everywhere and not stocked fully ever just don't go here and hopefully they'll close down and put in a better store or at least hire someone who knows what customer service is and someone who knows how to stock the store and a decent manager that isn't lazy

They were well stocked and organized. The smoke smell is strong because they seem to smoke a LOT right outside the back door. So the smell is strong in the parking lot and in the back of the store.

This place is use by the community a lot, and during my visit I have been greeted as I entered the store by an associate.Please continue to discuss business matters pertaining to the store, workers, and daily operations private for staff meetings. Things about the store should not be discussed so that customers can hear.

About a week ago I went too purchase a item and I was told that it wasn't available, which I knew was a lie because I once worked across theStreet from this location. Whenever our truck came in theirs did as well.The problem that I had was with the management (manager) told me that Iwould have to ask the other managerFor my item.Upon looking in the area I approached a associate an ask him he addressed me with a very unprofessional deminer with pants sagging off his behind...told the manager he did nothing but stared at me from the time I walked til I left as If i was stealing....:-( very disappointed with this new staff!!!!

I went to 2 stores of the south side of Chicago. No plates etc. Both stores are a hot mess. Why can't our neighborhood be keeped up. A shame
