I went to the store July 6, 2023 the light skin slim lady with glasses let the line just stayed long while she was right there putting up a few things and kept looking around while the other cashier was waiting on a lady and I was returning 3 12 packs of Pepsi cause I found it cheaper at Dollar General on sale and coupons was even more cheaper and the I guess she was manager that day acting like she had a bad day I came in with the Pepsi and she said cash or card while she was standing by the line and I said return she looked at my receipt and she said really loud NOPE INVENTORY TAKE IT BACK TO WHERE YOU GOT IT FROM!!!! And the customer in front of me daughter laughed so hard and all the customers were like hell no. She was so rude and ridiculous.

I literally went to this same store two days in a row purchasing items. Each day I bought a fan and other things. I bought like 9 pair of shorts (3 pair a piece for my boys). Fast forward to today, I see that those security things that be on the clothes was on three pair of shorts. I called the store for like 20 minutes and no one answered.

I've always had a great shopping experience at this family dollar. It's been about a year since I've been here and happened to be in the area so I go in looking for cleaning supplies. I'm talking aloud to my granddaughter about a specific section of the store and didn't need any assistance, when this female whom I've come to know as Donna Morgan approached. I could go on and on, but I will just say she is rude and nosy and should have been cleaning the clutter off the floor in the isle that she was in instead of ear hustling and minding my business. I hope she is disciplined and retrained.

I had no issue in this store other than on Sunday Mothers Day… I come into the store & someone (an employee) was playing inappropriate music off of his cracked android over the intercom. Literally was the worst music ever & had the nerve to have the intercom phone 📞 on his phone playing it as if it was really something pleasant to hear, there was a child in the store who should not have heard that music. I’m not naming anyone but please do better my young brothers! So not cool!

First of all let me say the girl with tattoos everywhere I believe they said it was chey, was very rude. This women was one being racist saying the N word around the store I ask for help and she ignore me on her phone talking then when the cashier asked for assistance it was very ignorant and rude how she responded to the cashier very crazy to me that this women is the store manager? Crazy .. hope this women gets retrained or transferred

I really like the way the store is set up nice and clean for now,but they need more cashier's working,instead of stocking shelfves,when you see more than four in a line,them you should open up another,cashier.stock shelves,on your own time not the customers,we come in to shop,and get what we want and spend our money,not to be in there all day.thank you!!!!

One of the cashiers walk away from her register and didn't say anything, while we were standing in her line! The other one charged me for a bag without even asking me if I wanted one. But she kept asking the lady b4 me if she wanted one!!

I will never go back again cause i got smaller size juoce and noticed the bigger one i put smaller ones back at register cashier got attitude cause it was shop back time and she was ready to go the gentlemen on staff was more helpful than her outside of store was nasty garbage was everywhere it just look bad thought store was close parking lot littered with garbage
