This is one of the worst family dollars I ever been to most of the shelves an freezer Are empty and on top that they never do cash back but they do avertse it also for a product that costs 10$ with taxes the faniel costs is15.45 its never that much taxes on 10$ any where ever an too long of a time for checking out

The manager on 119th in a mall and family dollar is very rude. She don’t know how to keep her manners to herself. She talks out loud about different employees and had a late for work and had a lazy and don’t do it the customers hear everything that the lady say the manager.

Customer Service here is at an all time high! Must be new people. I was greeted not only once as I walked through the door but a second time as I started to shop. I could even hear another Store Rep on another aisle asking if another customer needed any help. They are amazing! I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer! I had to ask for the manager and tell her what a great job she's doing. This team has what more businesses need!

Upon entrance of this location you’ll find that stinking is just the surface of the piles of issues at this location. I witnessed security asking for a car to be removed from the fire lane and the male employee cursed her out! The store is dirty and NASTY, SMELLY AND GRIMMY! The store manager shows no leadership capabilities whatsoever! The owner should do pop ups to see the horrible conditions with his business.Sad….

I found what I needed however I find it very unprofessional for the cashier to be on FaceTime the entire time. It's not the customers business that you are low on funds and wanted to see if they would let you borrow it. If you must talk try saying hold on and engage with your customers

The Security Guard at the Family Dollar should be the Store Manager. He is a good Leader and reached out to the people. The store was ok. They did not have the things shown on the sale paper on 119 the and Halsted. There was also only one cashier which made the wait long. I will give them 3 stars because their security was so outstanding when it comes to helping the people.

So let me understand... I walk in with a book bag in a store in a city that charges for bags, you tell me to check my bag behind the counter, where a gentleman walks in BEHIND THE COUNTER, to leave his bag. Who's in charge of watching the bags???? Ohhhh just leave my laptop and valuables with you hard working young ladies while I shop for 2 dollar items??????!!!! No I'll pass. The hood policies are victimizing. Not everyone is a thief.

I'm giving this establishment 4 stars at the 119th street location.Very nice an polite, professional associate's that greets the customer upon entering the store also helpful when finding certain item that you're looking for....☺ keep up the good work.👍

This store is terrible you cannot bring shopping carts out of the store and then you are left to struggle with all of your purchases and your bags trying to get out of the walk-in door it's terrible this is unacceptable I will no longer spend my hard-earned money in this establishment until something changes
